Description

Professional lamp shock absorber
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vibration reduction technology, in particular to a vibration reducer for vibration isolation and vibration reduction during suspension installation of a professional lamp.
Background
Conventional vibration reduction techniques are generally applied to buildings, bridges, vehicles, precision instruments and the like. In modern professional lighting technology, professional lamps are often subjected to continuous and strong vibration, three-dimensional vibration generally occurs, the vibration frequency and amplitude are unpredictable, and great negative effects can be caused to the lamps, particularly light-emitting elements. However, there is no special lamp vibration absorber for modern professional lamps, and in many cases, the vibration source of the external environment used by the lamp continuously vibrates to the lamp through the conduction between the installation position of the lamp and the vibration source, which not only affects the service life of the light emitting device such as a bulb or other electroluminescent elements, but also causes the structure of the electronic ballast and other control devices as part of the lamp to fall off and break due to the poor shock resistance of the structure, thereby affecting the normal use of the lamp and bringing troubles and losses to users, and the influence of vibration on the reduction of the service life of the lamp is very obvious, and meanwhile, the vibration also reduces the comfort of people when the lamp is used. Chinese patent 96210275 discloses an explosion-proof fluorescent lighting fixture, in which a plurality of vibration dampers are arranged in the base to improve the vibration resistance. However, the design can not meet the vibration reduction requirement of the installation of the suspended lamp, and the vibration reduction means is single.

In the special lamp shock absorber, one end of the special-shaped screw rod is separated from the shell of the shock absorber by the second buffer device.
In the special lamp shock absorber, the first buffer device is a rubber sleeve integrated with the special-shaped screw rod.
In the special lamp shock absorber, the rubber sleeve is connected with the special-shaped screw rod in a concave-convex structure, the shock absorber rotary cover is provided with a middle hole, and the top of the rubber sleeve is provided with a boss matched with the middle hole of the rotary cover.
In the above-mentioned professional lamp shock absorber, the second damping means is a rubber lining accommodated within a shock absorber housing.
In the special lamp vibration absorber, a vibration absorber mounting thread is arranged on the vibration absorber shell at the other end of the special lamp vibration absorber.
In the special lamp shock absorber, a radial shock absorbing rubber gasket is arranged between the special-shaped screw rod and the middle hole of the shock absorber screw cap.
In the special lamp shock absorber, the special-shaped screw is provided with an inner hexagonal groove on the extending end face at the other end of the special lamp shock absorber.
In the special lamp shock absorber, the special-shaped screw is provided with a limiting boss for limiting the installation of a lamp.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the professional lamp damper provided according to the present invention, the lamp damper comprises a damper screw cap 100, a profiled screw 200, a rubber sleeve 210 as a first damping device, a friction inner sleeve 300, a rubber liner 400 as a second damping device, and a damper outer shell 500, wherein the profiled screw 200 and the rubber sleeve 210 are molded into a whole. The concave-convex structure between the rubber sleeve 210 and the profiled screw 200 is connected as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of layers of bosses are arranged on the profiled screw 200, and the rubber sleeve 210 opposite to the bosses is opposite to the grooves due to the bosses, so that the rubber sleeve 210 and the profiled screw 200 can be reliably connected. The profiled screw 200 is provided with a lamp mounting thread 220 for connection to a lamp. In order to limit the lamp during installation, a limit boss 250 for limiting the installation of the lamp is arranged on the special-shaped screw 200, and the installation thread 220 is arranged outside the limit boss 250 (fig. 3).
The end surface of the other end of the profiled screw 200 having the mounting thread 220, i.e. the end surface extending out of the damper housing 500, is provided with an inner hexagonal groove 230 for inserting an outer hexagonal wrench for positioning during mounting. On the same end periphery of the damper housing 500, a damper mounting thread 510 is provided for connecting the professional lamp damper itself of the present invention to a mounting bracket or the like by screw-engaging with a mounting nut.
As shown in fig. 3, the rubber liner 400 as the second buffer device separates the other end of the profile screw 200 from the damper housing 500, except that the rubber sleeve 210 as the first buffer device separates the profile screw 200 from the damper screw cap 100. The boss 240 on the top of the rubber sleeve 210 fits into the hole in the screw cap 100 of the vibration damper, and can be replaced by a vibration damping rubber gasket, so as to reduce the radial vibration. When viewed axially, the two ends of the damper connection of the present invention are obstructed or isolated from the vibration conduction aspect, so that the vibration on the bracket mounted and connected at one end of the damper housing 500 is protected from or hardly conducted to the professional lamp connected at one end of the profiled screw rod 200, thereby ensuring that the lamp operates in a vibration-free or vibration-damped state.
The rubber sleeve 210 is used to block or attenuate vibrations from the profiled screw 200 and the damper housing 500. The rubber sleeve 210 is mainly a wedge structure with a large top and a small bottom, and is used for tightly installing the friction inner sleeve 300 on the corresponding position of the rubber sleeve 210, the rubber liner 400 can install the friction inner sleeve 300 therebetween, the shock absorber outer shell 500 is installed in the rubber liner 400, and the friction inner sleeve 300, the rubber sleeve 210 and the profiled screw 200 are packaged in the closed space formed between the shock absorber spiral cover 100 through the rubber liner 400.
In the vibration process, the vibration energy from the vibration source is mainly absorbed through the deformation of the rubber sleeve 210 and the rubber lining 400, and the friction inner sleeve 300 can be made of a metal sheet, and has the functions of reducing the abrasion of the contact surface between the rubber sleeve 210 and the rubber lining 400 and enabling the pressure to be transmitted uniformly, and further enabling the rubber sleeve 210 and the rubber lining 400 to deform uniformly, so that the purposes of vibration reduction and vibration isolation are achieved.
The special lamp vibration absorber provided by the invention has small volume, so that the special lamp vibration absorber can be used independently or together. The installation comprises two parts of installation vibration damper and installation lamp. The installation of the dampers is to install 1 or more dampers to the position where the lamp is originally prepared to be directly installed. The lamp is installed by installing the lamp on the vibration damper provided by the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the first step is to connect two dampers to the supporting plate 600 through the damper housing 500 and the nuts, respectively, and then fix the two dampers to the base mounting position 700 by bolts, thereby completing the mounting of the dampers. The second step is to adjust the bracket 810 connected with the lamp 800 to a proper position, penetrate the 2 special-shaped screws 200 of the shock absorber into the mounting holes on the bracket 810, and screw the nuts to compress, thereby completing the installation of the lamp.
Similarly, vibration isolation and isolation connections can be achieved with more specialized lamp dampers of the present invention. Of course, items such as projectors can also be mounted for suspension using the specialized light fixture vibration dampers of the present invention.
The above examples only express the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention; it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the concept of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the protection scope of the present invention; therefore, all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
