技术领域
本发明涉及植物类农业废弃物的处理设备，更具体地说是涉及一种植物类农业废弃物汽爆预处理中的喷放装置。
背景技术
蒸汽汽爆法是对植物类农业废弃物进行预处理的一种新技术，汽爆过程是在汽爆罐中完成。
现有技术中，在汽爆罐中完成汽爆的物料直接喷放出罐，这一过程蒸汽消耗大、耗能高，同时，噪音很大，喷散的物料不易收集，不利于连续生产。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处，提供一种节能降噪汽爆物料喷放装置，用于对喷放的汽爆物进行收集，以利能量的回收利用、降低噪音。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
本发明节能降噪汽爆物料喷放装置的结构特点是：
所述喷放装置设置为一封闭的、隔音的筒体，所述筒体的顶部设置有安全阀，筒体通过喷料管口与汽爆机出料口相连通，筒体也通过蒸汽导管与筒体外部热交换器连通。
本发明节能降噪汽爆物料喷放装置的结构特点也在于：
在所述筒体的中央设置缓冲仓，所述缓冲仓为一底部敞口的柱筒，所述喷料管和蒸汽导管均与缓冲仓相连通。
在所述筒体的顶部、位于缓冲仓的外周，设置有于高压水源连通的、用于喷水的环形喷淋管。
在所述筒体的底部设置螺旋出料装置。
与已有技术相比，本发明喷放装置的设置使喷放的物料得到直接的收集，喷放出的蒸汽能量可以得到有效的回收利用，并且很好地降低了噪音。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本实施例中，喷放装置设置为一封闭的、隔音的筒体3，筒体3的体积可以达到汽爆罐的20倍，筒体3的顶部设置有安全阀4，超压时安全阀自动开启，筒体3通过喷料管口8与汽爆机出料口相连通，筒体3也通过蒸汽导管5与筒体外部热交换器6连通，经热交换的热水收集在热水罐13中。
具体实施中，相应结构设置也包括：
在筒体3的中央设置缓冲仓2，缓冲仓2为一底部敞口的柱筒，喷料管口8和蒸汽导管5均与缓冲仓2相连通，喷料管口8中的喷料在缓冲仓2的顶部导入，蒸汽导管5在缓冲仓2的底部敞口中引出，在蒸汽导管5的管路中，串联设置汽浆分离器9，经分离的蒸汽利用压力差进入热交换器6中，使热能得到回收利用。
在筒体3的顶部、位于缓冲仓2的外周，设置有与外部高压水源连通的、用于喷水的环形喷淋管7，以防止物料在筒体搭桥。
在筒体3的底部设置螺旋出料装置1，可以实现自动出料，导出的物料，通过收集斗10集至挤浆机11进行固液分离，再通过螺旋疏解机12提升至下一处理工段。

1.节能降噪汽爆物料喷放装置，其特征是：所述喷放装置设置为一封闭的、隔音的筒体(3)，所述筒体(3)的顶部设置有安全阀(4)，筒体(3)通过喷料管口(8)与汽爆机出料口相连通，筒体(3)也通过蒸汽导管(5)与筒体外部热交换器(6)连通；在所述筒体(3)的中央设置缓冲仓(2)，所述缓冲仓(2)为一底部敞口的柱筒，所述喷料管口(8)和蒸汽导管(5)均与缓冲仓(2)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能降噪汽爆物料喷放装置，其特征是：在所述筒体(3)的顶部、位于缓冲仓(2)的外周，设置有与高压水源连通的、用于喷水的环形喷淋管(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能降噪汽爆物料喷放装置，其特征是：在所述筒体(3)的底部设置螺旋出料装置(1)。
