本发明涉及一种中控管道循环装置，包括水箱，水箱上连接有出水管，出水管上设置有出水阀门，所述出水阀门与所述水箱之间的所述出水管上连接有循环管，循环管的另一端连接到所述水箱，所述循环管上设置有循环泵。本发明在热水器水箱的出水管上增设了循环管与循环泵，使出水管内的冷水直接循环至水箱，使用热水器时可以直接放出热水，不会浪费水资源，节能降耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热水器，具体地说是一种中控管道循环装置。
背景技术
现有的太阳能热水器，水箱的出水管上设置有出水阀门。由于出水管上一般不设置保温材料，出水阀门与水箱之间的出水管内的水是一段冷水。使用时，先要放掉这一段冷水后才会出热水，造成水资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题，提供一种中控管道循环装置，该装置将出水管内的冷水循环利用，出水管可以直接放出热水。
按照本发明的技术方案：一种中控管道循环装置，包括水箱，水箱上连接有出水管，出水管上设置有出水阀门，所述出水阀门与所述水箱之间的所述出水管上连接有循环管，循环管的另一端连接到所述水箱，所述循环管上设置有循环泵。
所述循环泵由单独的电源供电。
所述循环泵与热水器的控制器电连接。
本发明的技术效果在于：本发明在热水器水箱的出水管上增设了循环管与循环泵，使出水管内的冷水直接循环至水箱，使用热水器时可以直接放出热水，不会浪费水资源，节能降耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本发明是一种用于太阳能热水器的中控管道循环装置，包括水箱1，水箱1上连接有出水管2，出水管2上设置有出水阀门3，在出水阀门3与水箱1之间的出水管2上连接有循环管5，循环管5的另一端连接到水箱1，循环管5上设置有循环泵4。
循环泵4由单独的电源供电。在使用热水之前，打开循环泵4的开关，使出水管2内的冷水循环到水箱1中，打开出水阀门3就可放出热水。这种循环方式为手动循环，一般适合于家庭用，不浪费水资源的同时，也不浪费电源。
循环泵4的电源也可与热水器的控制器电连接，这时可以设置定时循环和手动循环两种循环方式。定时循环，可以设置0-2分钟循环一次，保证出水管2内的水一直为热水，这种方式适合于宾馆等公共场所，用户打开出水阀门3就出热水。手动循环方式与单独供电的循环泵4一样，在使用热水之前进行循环一次，打开出水阀门3就出热水。
本发明在热水器水箱1的出水管2上增设了循环管5与循环泵4，使出水管2内的冷水直接循环至水箱1，使用热水器时可以直接放出热水，不会浪费水资源，节能降耗。

Claims (3)

1.一种中控管道循环装置，包括水箱(1)，水箱(1)上连接有出水管(2)，出水管(2)上设置有出水阀门(3)，其特征是：所述出水阀门(3)与所述水箱(1)之间的所述出水管(2)上连接有循环管(5)，循环管(5)的另一端连接到所述水箱(1)，所述循环管(5)上设置有循环泵(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的中控管道循环装置，其特征是所述循环泵(4)由单独的电源供电。
3.按照权利要求1所述的中控管道循环装置，其特征是所述循环泵(4)与热水器的控制器电连接。
