Abstract
本发明涉及一种针刀微创术神经探测仪的设计及新用途包括成品信号发生器、电源开关、输出口、输出线夹、中性电极、微创治疗针,根据微小电流、频率可判断微创术中针具距神经根的远近,阻抗值的大小判断不同的组织,探测出神经位置避免了临床微创术中对神经的损伤,使治疗容易到位,减少了治疗次数,增加了临床治愈率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种针刀微创术神经探测仪的设计及新用途属医疗器械领域。
背景技术
针刀微创疗法是目前治疗疼痛科疾病最有效的方法,其疗法包括针灸、银质针、针刀、松筋针、水针刀、经筋针、臭氧疗法、髓核溶解、射频电凝术、神经阻滞等疗法,现医疗市场上有各种治疗操作手法,不是疗效不肯定就是损伤神经造成后遗症,特别是脊柱方面疾病由于都担心损伤神经根,使微创疗法很难在医疗上推广普及。所以人们要想普及微创疗法就必须解决临床中避免损伤神经根的方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种针刀微创术神经探测仪,用以探测神经位置避免临床微创术中对神经的损伤。
本发明另外一种目的提供涉及一种针刀微创术神经探测仪的设计。
本发明的目的是通过以下实现:
一种针刀微创术神经探测仪的设计包括成品信号发生器、电源开关、输出口、输出线夹、中性电极、微创治疗针,信号发生器包括可编程电压数显表0-10伏可调、可编程频率数显表0.1-100Hz可调、可编程电流数显表0-5MA可调、可编程阻抗数显表0-1000Ω可调、可编程示波数显器多种波形可调。微创治疗针是由针灸、银质针、针刀、松筋针、经筋针、水针刀、臭氧疗法专用针具、髓核溶解针具、射频电凝术针具、神经阻滞针具等疗法中的针具加工而成,即将上述针具针身部分涂上绝缘漆就可。
实施例一

一种针刀微创术神经探测仪的设计包括成品信号发生器16、电源开关11、输出口12、输出线13、线夹14、中性电极15、信号发生器16包括可编程电压数显表1、0-10伏电压可调开关2、可编程频率数显表3、0.1-100Hz频率可调开关4、可编程电流数显表5、0-5MA电流可调开关6、可编程阻抗数显表7、0-1000Ω阻抗可调开关8、可编程示波数显器9、多种波形可调开关10。

图2微创治疗针是由针灸、银质针、针刀、松筋针、经筋针、水针刀、臭氧疗法专用针具、髓核溶解针具、射频电凝术针具、神经阻滞针具等疗法中的针具加工而成,即将上述针具针身1内10分之9部分涂上绝缘漆既可。
本发明针刀微创术神经探测仪,主要用以探测神经位置避免临床微创术中对神经的损伤,避免了操作风险,简化了操作手法,提高了疗效。
试验例一:本发明一种针刀微创术神经探测仪在临床中的应用
1.方法:用针刀松解L4-L5椎管内口为例
首先打开针刀微创术神经探测仪电源开关,分别把电压调至2伏、电流调至0.8MA,频率调至50Hz,患者俯卧位,把中性电极板放在患者腹部,腰部常规消毒,把探测仪输出线夹在针刀上,右手持针刀从腰L4-L5脊间隙中点旁开1CM处进针,向内倾斜20度角进针于皮下、皮下组织、浅筋膜、骶脊肌、当有韧性感时,即到达黄韧带,在松解神经根内口的粘连组织和后纵韧带前,首先观察患者的电刺激反映和探测仪的阻抗值。
启动电刺激2Hz、1V时肌肉无颤动,50Hz、1V时患者无任何异感和 不适为原则。同时根据电阻抗数据断定针刀所在的组织性质,硬膜外阻抗值400-600Ω,靠近骨质时阻抗值最大800Ω以上,脑脊液阻抗值200Ω,脊髓本身阻抗值700Ω,椎间盘组织阻抗值200-300Ω。
根据探测仪判断结果,针刀治疗时无电刺激不适感且阻抗值证明不在异常组织内,可以实施针刀松解术。

1.一种针刀微创术神经探测仪,其特征在于:包括成品信号发生器、电源开关、输出口、输出线夹、中性电极、微创治疗针,信号发生器包括可编程电压数显表0-10伏可调、可编程频率数显表0.1-100Hz可调、可编程电流数显表0-5MA可调、可编程阻抗数显表0-1000Ω可调、可编程示波数显器多种波形可调,微创治疗针是由针灸、银质针、针刀、松筋针、经筋针、水针刀、臭氧疗法专用针、髓核溶解针具、射频电凝术针具、神经阻滞针具中的针具针身部分涂上绝缘漆共同组成。
