Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有反光聚光板的真空管太阳能热水器,它包括斜置架、排列的真空管、反光板和储水箱,所述的反光板是连续的圆弧凹面状,凹面为镜面,镜面朝向真空管圆弧的弧度小于等于180°,圆弧的弦长等于两真空管的中心距,布置时真空管的断面圆心与反光板圆弧的圆心相重合。本发明的积极效果是:太阳的照射方向无论移动到任何角度,处于两管中间的太阳光线都能反射和折射到真空管里层上,使太阳光得到充分利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热水器,尤其真空管太阳能热水器。
背景技术
目前真空器太阳能热水器,以热效率高防冻等优点得到大力普及。它是在斜置架上安装多根排列的太阳能真空管(简称真空管),在真空管顶部安装储水箱。由于真空管安装结构的需要,所以在管与管之间留有很宽的缝隙,使部分阳光从缝隙中透过,光照得不到充分利用。虽然有的在真空管背面安装反光板,但大都是一块平面板或波浪式板,当太阳照射某一角度时,反射光照不到太阳能真空管口,仍从缝隙中反射掉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有反光板或真空管太阳能热水器的不足,提出一种不但有反光作用而且有聚光折射作用的真空管太阳能热水器。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:它包括斜置架、排列的真空管、反光板和储水箱,其特征在于,所述的反光板是连续的圆弧凹面状,凹面为镜面,镜面朝向真空管圆弧的弧度小于等于180°,圆弧的弦长等于两真空管的中心距,布置时真空管的断面圆心与反光板圆弧的圆心相重合。上面所述的反光板可用一块整板压制成形,亦可加工成一条条的弦槽拼装在一起。
本发明的积极效果是:太阳的照射方向无论移动到任何角度,处于两管中间的太阳光线都能反射和折射到真空管里层上,使太阳光得到充分利用。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示,本发明包括斜置架1、排列的真空管2、反光板3和储水箱4,所述的反光板3是连续的圆弧凹面状,凹面为镜面,镜面朝向真空管2圆弧的弧度小于等于180°,圆弧的弦长等于两真空管的中心距,布置时真空管2的断面圆心与反光板3圆弧的圆心相重合。
上面所述的反光板3可用一块整板压制成形,亦可加工成一条条的弦槽拼装在一起。

1.一种带有反光聚光板的真空管太阳能热水器,它包括斜置架、排列的真空管、反光板和储水箱,其特征在于,所述的反光板是连续的圆弧凹面状,凹面为镜面,镜面朝向真空管圆弧的弧度小于等于180°,圆弧的弦长等于两真空管的中心距,布置时真空管的断面圆心与反光板圆弧的圆心相重合。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有反光聚光板的真空管太阳能热水器,其特征在于,所述的反光板用一块整板压制成形;
3.如权利要求1所述的带有反光聚光板的真空管太阳能热水器,其特征在于,所述的反光板用一条条的弦槽拼装而成。
