Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a resource allocation method and a resource allocation device, which are used for improving the efficiency of data transmission.
A method of resource allocation, comprising:
when the system currently reaches a preset coordinated multi-point (CoMP) resource allocation condition, determining the frequency resources meeting a preset rule as current CoMP special transmission resources;
and informing the determined information of the current CoMP special transmission resource to an entity in the system.
Preferably, the preset CoMP resource allocation condition is determined by the number of CoMP terminals currently included in the system.
Preferably, after the frequency resource meeting the preset rule is determined as the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource; or after notifying the determined information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource to an entity in the system, further comprising:
and detecting whether the updating condition of the preset CoMP special transmission resource is reached in real time, if so, updating the current CoMP special transmission resource, and taking the updated CoMP special transmission resource as the current CoMP special transmission resource.
Preferably, the system is a cell group consisting of a plurality of cells corresponding to one base station eNB; or all cells contained in a preset area, wherein the cells contained in the preset area correspond to the same base station;
the determining the frequency resource meeting the preset rule as the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource includes:
determining the frequency resource which is the slowest to attenuate along with the transmission distance in all the frequency resources supported by the system as the current CoMP special transmission resource; or,
and determining the most frequency resources currently used by all CoMP terminals in the system as the current CoMP special transmission resources.
Preferably, the entity comprises: a control entity corresponding to a cell included in the system, and/or all terminals or all CoMP terminals belonging to the cell included in the system;
the notifying the determined information of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources to the entity in the system includes:
carrying the determined information of the CoMP special transmission resources in RRC signaling or system broadcasting and sending the information to all terminals belonging to the cell contained in the system or all CoMP terminals; and/or carrying the determined information of the CoMP special transmission resources in a system interaction primitive and sending the information to a control entity corresponding to a cell contained in the system.
Preferably, the notifying of the determined information of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources to an entity in the system is performed by the base station.
Preferably, the system is all cells included in a preset area, wherein the cells included in the preset area correspond to different base stations;
the determining the frequency resource meeting the preset rule as the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource includes:
each base station determines the CoMP special transmission resources supported by the base station according to the frequency resource which is the slowest to attenuate along with the transmission distance in all the frequency resources supported by the base station, or determines the CoMP special transmission resources supported by the base station according to the frequency resource which is the most used by all CoMP terminals in the corresponding cell;
each base station negotiates the CoMP special transmission resources used by the system according to the CoMP special transmission resources supported by the base station, and determines the negotiated CoMP special transmission resources as the current CoMP special transmission resources.
Preferably, the notifying the determined information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource to an entity in the system includes:
each base station carries the negotiated information of the current CoMP special transmission resource in RRC signaling or system broadcast and sends the information to all terminals or all CoMP terminals in the corresponding cell; and/or each base station carries the negotiated information of the current CoMP special transmission resource in the system interaction primitive and sends the information to the control entity corresponding to the corresponding cell.
Preferably, any combination of all CoMP terminals belonging to the cell included in the system, the control entity corresponding to the cell included in the system, and the base station corresponding to the cell included in the system;
the notifying the determined information of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources to the entity in the system includes:
carrying the determined information of the CoMP special transmission resources in an S1 port application protocol signaling and sending the information to a base station, carrying the determined information of the CoMP special transmission resources in a non-access stratum (NAS) signaling and sending the information to all CoMP terminals belonging to a cell contained in the system, and forwarding the information of the CoMP special transmission resources received by the base station to any combination of control entities corresponding to the cell contained in the system through system interaction primitives by the base station; or,
the determined information of the CoMP dedicated transmission resources is carried in an application protocol signaling of an S1 port and sent to the base station, the base station forwards the received information of the determined CoMP dedicated transmission resources to all CoMP terminals belonging to a cell included in the system through RRC signaling or system broadcasting, and the base station forwards the received information of the CoMP dedicated transmission resources to any combination of control entities corresponding to the cells included in the system through system interaction primitives.
Preferably, the operation of notifying the determined information of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources to the entities in the system is performed by a higher control entity corresponding to each base station.
Preferably, the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is one or more carrier resources or a frequency band in one or more carrier resources;
if the CoMP dedicated transmission resource is a carrier resource, the information of the CoMP dedicated transmission resource is: a carrier index;
if the CoMP dedicated transmission resource is a frequency band in one carrier resource, the information of the CoMP dedicated transmission resource is: a carrier index and a frequency band index;
if the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is more than two carrier resources, the information of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is: the number of carriers and the carrier index;
if the CoMP dedicated transmission resource is a frequency band in more than two carrier resources, the information of the CoMP dedicated transmission resource is: the number of carriers, the number of frequency bands, the carrier index, and the frequency band index.
Preferably, after notifying the determined information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource to an entity in the system, the method further includes:
determining, by an entity in the system, a corresponding current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource according to the determined information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource; and realizing the data receiving and sending operation on the determined current CoMP special transmission resource.
A resource allocation apparatus, comprising: a judging unit, a determining unit and a notifying unit; wherein,
the judging unit is used for judging whether the system currently reaches the preset coordinated multi-point CoMP resource allocation condition;
the determining unit is configured to determine, when the determination result received by the determining unit is yes, a frequency resource meeting a preset rule as a current CoMP dedicated transmission resource;
the notifying unit is configured to notify the entity in the system of the information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource determined by the determining unit.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises: an update unit; wherein,
the updating unit is used for determining the current CoMP special transmission resource by the determining unit; or after the notification unit notifies the determined information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource to an entity in the system, detecting whether the preset update condition of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is reached in real time; when the preset updating condition of the CoMP special transmission resource is reached, updating the current CoMP special transmission resource, and taking the updated CoMP special transmission resource as the current CoMP special transmission resource;
the notifying unit is further configured to notify the entity in the system of the information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource, which is obtained after the updating by the updating unit.

Preferably, the system is all cells included in a preset area, wherein the cells included in the preset area correspond to different base stations;
the entity includes: any combination of all terminals belonging to the cell included in the system or all CoMP terminals, a control entity corresponding to the cell included in the system, and a base station corresponding to the cell included in the system;
the resource allocation device is a high-level control entity corresponding to each base station.
According to the technical scheme, the resource allocation method and the resource allocation device provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages that when the system currently reaches the preset CoMP resource allocation condition, the frequency resources meeting the preset rules are determined as the current CoMP special transmission resources; and informing the determined information of the current CoMP special transmission resource to an entity in the system. Therefore, when an entity in the system, such as a CoMP terminal, performs data transmission, the determined current CoMP dedicated transmission resource can be directly used for data transmission, and the transmission resource to be used is determined without coordination among cells in the prior art, thereby improving the efficiency of data transmission.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a basic flowchart of a resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the basic flowchart may include the following steps:
step 201, when the system currently reaches a preset CoMP resource allocation condition, determining a frequency resource meeting a preset rule as a current CoMP dedicated transmission resource.
Here, whether the system currently reaches a preset CoMP resource allocation condition may be determined according to the number of CoMP terminals currently included in the system, and when the system currently reaches the preset CoMP resource allocation condition, step 201 is executed, otherwise, data transmission is processed according to the operation of the prior art. That is, the preset CoMP resource allocation condition is related to the number of CoMP terminals currently included in the system, that is, the preset CoMP resource allocation condition is determined by the number of CoMP terminals currently included in the system.
Step 202, notifying the determined information of the current CoMP dedicated transmission resource to an entity in the system.
Thus, the basic operation of resource allocation provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized.
In order to make the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the following describes the above method in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of a resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the current system may be determined according to actual conditions, and specifically, the system may be determined according to the number of current CoMP terminals; the system determined in this embodiment may be a cell group consisting of multiple cells corresponding to one base station (where the cell group consisting of multiple cells corresponding to one base station may specifically be all cells corresponding to one base station or a part of cells corresponding to one base station); or all cells included in a preset area, wherein all the cells may correspond to the same base station or different base stations. In this embodiment, taking the system as an example of all cells corresponding to one base station, as shown in fig. 3, the process may include the following steps:
step 301, judging whether the system currently reaches a preset CoMP resource allocation condition according to the number of CoMP terminals included in the system, and if so, executing step 302; otherwise, data transfer is performed according to the prior art flow.
Here, if the system in this embodiment is all cells corresponding to one base station, determining whether the system currently achieves the preset CoMP resource allocation condition according to the number of CoMP terminals included in the system specifically includes: and judging whether the current CoMP resource allocation condition is reached according to the total number of the CoMP terminals contained in all the cells in the system. Of course, if the system is a part of cells corresponding to one base station or all cells included in a preset area, the above method is also performed, and details are not described here.
It should be noted that, in step 301, it is determined whether the current CoMP resource allocation condition of the system reaches a preset CoMP resource allocation condition according to the number of CoMP terminals included in the system, for example, it is determined whether the number of CoMP terminals included in the system reaches a preset value; or determining whether the number of CoMP terminals included in the system is stable within a preset time, and the like.
Step 302, determining the frequency resource meeting the preset rule as the CoMP dedicated transmission resource.
Here, if the system is all cells included in a preset area, where the cells correspond to different base stations, step 302 may specifically include: each base station determines the frequency resources which are supported by the base station and meet the preset rule as CoMP special transmission resources which can be supported by the base station, and sends the information of the determined CoMP special transmission resources which can be supported by the base station to other base stations for coordination, so as to determine the final CoMP special transmission resources. For example, if a part of cells in all cells included in the preset area correspond to the base station 1 and a part of cells correspond to the base station 2, for each base station, such as the base station 1, the base station 1 determines the frequency resources that meet the preset rule and are supported by the base station 1 as CoMP-dedicated transmission resources that can be supported by the base station, and sends the determined CoMP-dedicated transmission resources that can be supported by the base station to the base station 2; the base station 2 determines the final CoMP special transmission resource according to the carrier resource which can be supported by the base station and meets the preset rule and the received information of the CoMP special transmission resource supported by the base station 1, and feeds the determined information of the final CoMP special transmission resource back to the base station 1, so that the CoMP special transmission resource which can be currently used in the system can be determined.
Here, when the frequency resource meeting the preset rule is determined to be the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource in step 302, there may be a plurality of implementation forms, for example, the frequency resource with the slowest attenuation along with the transmission distance among all the frequency resources supported by the system is determined to be the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource; or, the frequency resource currently used by the CoMP terminal is determined as the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource among all the frequency resources supported by the system, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Specifically, the frequency resource may be a carrier resource or a certain frequency band in the carrier resource, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in particular.
As such, the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource determined in step 302 may specifically be a certain carrier, or a frequency band (specifically, a frequency range) in a certain carrier, or multiple carriers, or a frequency band (where the frequency band in each carrier may be the same or different) in multiple carriers, and the like, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.
Step 303, sending the information of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource determined in step 302 to each entity in the system.
Here, if the system is a cell group including multiple cells corresponding to one base station, the entity in step 303 may be specifically all terminals or all CoMP terminals in the cell group, and/or each cell in the cell group (specifically, may be a control entity corresponding to each cell, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment). Thus, the operation of step 303 may be performed by the base station corresponding to the cell group, specifically, for example, if the entity in step 303 is a control entity corresponding to all current CoMP terminals in the cell group and each cell in the cell group, the base station may carry the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in a system broadcast or an RRC signaling to all current terminals or all CoMP terminals in the cell group; and the CoMP special transmission resource information is carried in the system interaction primitive to notify each cell (specifically, a control entity in each cell) in the cell group.
If the system is all cells included in the preset area, wherein the operation performed correspondingly when all the cells can correspond to the same base station is similar to the operation performed by the system for a cell group including a plurality of cells corresponding to one base station, which is not described herein again; when all the cells may correspond to different base stations, the entities in step 303 may specifically be: all terminals/all CoMP terminals included in all cells, and/or control entities corresponding to all cells, so step 303 may specifically be: each base station carries the information of the CoMP special transmission resources which can be used by the system at present and is finally negotiated in RRC signaling or system broadcasting and sends the information to all terminals or all CoMP terminals in the corresponding cell; and/or each base station carries the negotiated information of the current CoMP special transmission resource in the system interaction primitive and sends the information to the control entity corresponding to the corresponding cell.
It should be noted that, if the system is all cells included in the preset area and all the cells do not correspond to the same base station, the entities in step 303 may specifically be: any combination of the base stations corresponding to all the cells, all the terminals/all the CoMP terminals included in all the cells, and all the cells (specifically, the control entities corresponding to all the cells), which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. As such, the operations of step 303 may be performed by a higher layer control entity above the base station. Correspondingly, the higher-layer control entity may carry the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in an S1 port application protocol (S1-AP: application protocol) signaling and send the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to the base station, carry the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in a non-access stratum (NAS) signaling and send the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to all terminals/all CoMP terminals included in all cells, and carry the determined CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in an S1-AP signaling and send the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to the base station, and the base station forwards the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to any combination of control entities in cells included in the system through a system interaction primitive. The above is to directly send the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to all terminals/all CoMP terminals included in all cells by the higher-level control entity, and of course, in this embodiment, the higher-level control entity may also carry the determined CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in S1-AP signaling and send the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to the base station, and the base station sends the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information to all terminals/all CoMP terminals belonging to cells included in the system through RRC signaling or system broadcast.
It should be noted that, since the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource determined in step 302 may specifically be a certain carrier, a certain frequency band in a certain carrier, a plurality of carriers, or a frequency band in a plurality of carriers, correspondingly, the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in step 303 may specifically be a carrier index, a carrier index and a frequency band index, a number of carriers and each carrier index, or a number of carriers, each carrier index, a number of frequency bands and each frequency band index.
And step 304, the entity in the system transmits data according to the received CoMP special transmission resource information.
For convenience of description, in this embodiment, an entity in the system is taken as a CoMP terminal in the system, and other situations are similar and are not described herein, so step 304 may specifically be: the CoMP terminal determines corresponding CoMP special transmission resources according to the received CoMP special transmission resource information; in this way, data is received or transmitted on the determined CoMP-specific transmission resources.
It should be noted that, because the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is not predetermined, the determination of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is executed only when the system meets the preset CoMP resource allocation condition, so that before the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is determined, there is a possibility that the CoMP terminal performs data transmission by using the non-CoMP-dedicated transmission resource, and thus, after the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is determined by the CoMP terminal in step 304, the original non-CoMP-dedicated transmission resource needs to be switched to the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource for data transmission. Or, because the CoMP terminal is not preset, when a certain terminal reaches the edge of its home cell or a certain terminal determines that CoMP transmission needs to be performed on the terminal due to a change in channel conditions, the terminal can be determined as the CoMP terminal; therefore, before the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is determined, there is a case where a certain terminal does not perform data transmission using the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource before being determined as the CoMP terminal, and therefore, after the certain terminal is determined as the CoMP terminal, it is necessary to switch the original non-CoMP-dedicated transmission resource to the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource for data transmission.
Step 305, after determining the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources in step 302, detecting whether a preset update condition of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources is reached in real time, if so, executing step 306; otherwise, return to execute step 304.
Here, the preset update condition of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource may be implemented in various forms, for example, the update condition is: the change of the number of CoMP terminals included in the system reaches a preset threshold; or, a change of a channel resource (specifically, the channel resource may include a signal-to-noise ratio, etc.) of the CoMP terminal included in the system reaches a preset value, or after the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is determined in step 302, a corresponding update timer is started, and the update timer is timed out (where time setting of the update timer is specifically set according to an actual situation), and the like.
It should be noted that step 305 and step 303 do not have a fixed time sequence, for example, after step 302 is completed, step 305 may also be directly executed, that is, step 305 specifically includes: and detecting whether the updating condition of the preset CoMP special transmission resource is reached in real time, if so, executing step 306, otherwise, executing step 303. Therefore, the above is only an example and is not intended to limit the application of the embodiments of the present invention.
Step 306, updating CoMP-specific transmission resources, and sending the updated CoMP-specific transmission resource information to each entity in the system.
Here, if the preset updating condition of the CoMP dedicated transmission resources is that the change of the number of CoMP terminals included in the system reaches the preset threshold, for example, the number of CoMP terminals included in the system increases, where the increased number reaches the preset threshold, more CoMP dedicated transmission resources need to be determined to satisfy data transmission of more CoMP terminals, and the specific determination method is similar to the determination method in step 302 and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, because the number of CoMP terminals included in the system increases and more CoMP-dedicated transmission resources need to be determined, when the CoMP terminals in the system cannot fully utilize the determined CoMP-dedicated transmission resources, other terminals in the system can also transmit data by using the determined CoMP-dedicated transmission resources. That is to say, in this embodiment, after determining the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources, it is not limited that the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources are only applicable to the CoMP terminal, and other non-CoMP terminals may also use idle CoMP-dedicated transmission resources that cannot be completely used by the CoMP terminal in the system according to the actual situation.
And 307, the CoMP terminal transmits data according to the updated CoMP special transmission resource information.
Here, step 307 may specifically be: the CoMP terminal determines the corresponding CoMP special transmission resource according to the updated CoMP special transmission resource information, and receives or sends data on the determined CoMP special transmission resource.
It should be noted that the updated CoMP dedicated transmission resource is not completely the same as the CoMP dedicated transmission resource before updating, and therefore, there is a possibility that the CoMP terminal performs data transmission by using the non-updated CoMP dedicated transmission resource; in this way, after determining the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources in step 307, the CoMP terminal needs to switch the original non-updated CoMP-dedicated transmission resources to the updated CoMP-dedicated transmission resources for data transmission.
It should be noted that, after determining the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources, the following step 308 may be further performed in the present embodiment.
Step 308, after the CoMP-dedicated transmission resources are determined, detecting a preset CoMP-dedicated resource cancellation condition in real time, and canceling the dedicated resources when the preset CoMP-dedicated resource cancellation condition is reached.
Here, the preset CoMP-dedicated resource cancellation condition may be implemented in various manners, for example, the preset CoMP-dedicated resource cancellation condition is that the number of CoMP terminals in the system is smaller than a preset value, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
Step 309, notifying each entity in the system of the CoMP-dedicated resource cancellation information.
In this way, after receiving the information of canceling the CoMP-dedicated resource, each entity, for example, the terminal, freely uses its own idle frequency resource to perform data transmission.
Thus, through the above operations, the detailed flow of resource allocation provided by the embodiment of the present invention is realized.
The above is a description of a method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the following is a description of an apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a resource allocation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may include: a judgment unit 401, a determination unit 402, and a notification unit 403.
The determining unit 401 is configured to determine whether the system currently reaches a preset coordinated multipoint CoMP resource allocation condition.
The determining unit 402 is configured to determine, when the determination result of the determining unit 401 is yes, the frequency resource meeting the preset rule as the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource.
The notifying unit 403 is configured to notify the entity in the system of the information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource determined by the determining unit 402.
Preferably, the determining unit 401 determines whether the system currently reaches a preset CoMP resource allocation condition according to the number of CoMP terminals currently included in the system.
As shown in the dashed box in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: and an update unit 404.
Wherein, the updating unit 404 is configured to determine the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource by the determining unit 402; or after the notification unit 403 notifies the determined information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource to an entity in the system, detecting whether the preset update condition of the CoMP-dedicated transmission resource is reached in real time; and when the preset updating condition of the CoMP special transmission resource is reached, updating the current CoMP special transmission resource, and taking the updated CoMP special transmission resource as the current CoMP special transmission resource.
The notifying unit 403 is further configured to notify the entity in the system of the information of the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource obtained after being updated by the updating unit 404.
Preferably, the system is a cell group consisting of a plurality of cells corresponding to one base station eNB; or all cells contained in a preset area, wherein the cells contained in the preset area correspond to the same base station;
if the system is a cell group consisting of a plurality of cells corresponding to one base station eNB; or all cells included in a preset area, where the cells included in the preset area correspond to the same base station, the determining unit 402 determines a frequency resource, which attenuates slowest with a transmission distance, of all frequency resources supported by the system as a current CoMP-dedicated transmission resource; or determining the most frequency resources currently used by all CoMP terminals in the system as the current CoMP-dedicated transmission resources.
Preferably, the entity may comprise: a control entity corresponding to a cell included in the system, and/or all terminals or all CoMP terminals belonging to the cell included in the system;
the notification unit 403 carries the determined CoMP-dedicated transmission resource information in an RRC signaling or a system broadcast, and sends the information to all terminals belonging to a cell included in the system or all CoMP terminals; and/or carrying the determined CoMP special transmission resource information in a system interaction primitive and sending the system interaction primitive to a cell contained in the system.
In this embodiment, since the cells included in the system correspond to the same base station, preferably, the resource allocation apparatus may be the base station.
Preferably, the system may further include all cells included in a preset area, where the cells included in the preset area correspond to different base stations;
accordingly, the above entities may also be: any combination of all terminals belonging to the cell included in the system or all CoMP terminals, a control entity in the cell included in the system, and a base station corresponding to the cell included in the system; accordingly, the resource allocation device is a higher layer control entity corresponding to each base station
According to the technical scheme, the resource allocation method and the resource allocation device provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages that when the system currently reaches the preset CoMP resource allocation condition, the frequency resources meeting the preset rules are determined as the current CoMP special transmission resources; and informing the determined current CoMP special transmission resource information to an entity in the system. Therefore, when an entity in the system, such as a CoMP terminal, performs data transmission, the determined current CoMP dedicated transmission resource can be directly used for data transmission, and the transmission resource to be used is determined without coordination among cells in the prior art, thereby improving the efficiency of data transmission.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, by determining the current CoMP dedicated transmission resource, the transmission resources used by the CoMP terminal in the system can be centrally scheduled, so as to improve the utilization rate of the resources.
