Abstract

LED汽车前大灯组合芯片发光器，由发光和散热两部分组成，发光部分是将多个LED发光芯片分组面向不同方向紧密排列，并固定在由高导热材料制成的基架上，基架上布有电极或导线。用导线将每个芯片与电极连接，统一涂荧光粉，树脂封装，制成一个使光线呈球形向外放射可用做已有车型前大灯光碗光学焦点的发光体。散热部分与发光部分相连，可灵活设计并固定在可变灯座上。

所属领域：一种用LED做光源的汽车前大灯用发光器，可直接替换卤素灯泡，并适用已有广泛汽车型。
技术背景：
公知的大多数单个LED光线单向性强，光线呈圆锥形向外放射，侧向夹角小于180度，使反光碗的侧向夹角也很小，大部分光线散射，光线利用率低远距离照射时视觉效果差。增加数量可增大所照射单位面积的光通量，但并不能解决光线散射和利用率问题，大部分光线散射而照不到需要照射的单位面积上，如用到已有车型前大灯总成都要更换成本很高。
LED汽车前大灯组合芯片发光器，使光线由一个体积很小的发光体向四外放射，可直接用做已有车型前大灯光碗的光学焦点，提高光线利用率，使所照射单位面积的光通量和其它亮度值成倍增加。
发明内容：
LED汽车前大灯组合芯片发光器包括发光和散热两部分。将多个LED芯片面向不同方向分组紧密排列并固定在一个由高导热材料制成的，并布有电极或导线的基架上，用导线将芯片与电极连接，并用树封装，制成一个体积很小的多面发光体，使光线呈球型向四外放射，光形与卤素灯芯相似，适用已有车型前大灯。
有益效果：  控制散射，增大光通量和其它亮度值，增强亮度视觉效果，光电转化率高，寿命长，更节能，并适用已有车型前大灯。
实施方法：将多个LED芯片(1)分组紧密排列面向不同方向固定在由高导热材料制成的带有电极和散热片的基架(2)上，用导线(4)将芯片与电极连接，涂荧光粉(6)，用树脂(7)封装。散热片(3)形状可灵活设计并用铆钉(8)固定在不同灯型的灯座(5)上制成LED汽车前大灯组合芯片发光器。
