本发明提供一种双轮兜风式风力发电机,其结构是由基座、主兜风轮、副兜风轮、机架、发电机组成,其中,主副兜风轮是由叶片、轮毂、隔板和通轴组成,通轴设置在轮毂的中心,叶片呈放射状排列的轮毂的外圆上,叶片的两端和中间通过圆形隔板分隔成兜风室,叶片的外端设置有成弧面板,通轴的两端通过轴承座与机架连接,通轴的下端设置有大皮带轮,其中主兜风轮轴端大皮带轮通过皮带与设置在发电机轴端的复合皮带轮连接,发电机设置在机架之中,发电机的轴穿过机架向下伸出连接复合皮带轮,副兜风轮下端的大皮带轮通过皮带与换向复合皮带轮连接,本发明的双轮兜风式风力发电机和现有技术相比具有结构简单,易于加工,地面施工,运输安装方便等优点,全部是金属结构,耐风沙磨蚀,能抗12级以上大风。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风电设备,具体的说是一种双轮兜风式风力发电机.
背景技术
现有的风力发电机设备多是设置在高高立柱之上的水平轴风力发电机,通常风电场多是建在海上或沿海地区,或草原地区,这些地区的空气含沙量少,再加上风机安装在10米以上的立柱顶部,所以风沙对风机叶片的磨损较轻,能够有效提高风机的使用寿命。当前中国政府的一项重要国家决策,就是西部大开发重在能源和交通,西部不仅丰富的矿产资源,还有取之不尽的风电资源,尤其是西部的高原戈壁和山谷山口,常年大风不断,大风时间占全年95%以上,是绝好的风力发电场所,但是,西部高原,植被少,沙尘暴时常发生,空气中的含沙量大,现有的玻璃钢制成的风力发电机比适应高含沙量的环境,所以大量的风电资源被白白浪费,目前还未有好的利用办法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺点,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、安装使用方便、不怕风沙飞石的双轮兜风式风力发电机。
本发明的技术方案是按以下方式实现的:其结构是由基座、主兜风轮、副兜风轮、机架、发电机组成,其中,主副兜风轮是由叶片、轮毂、隔板和通轴组成,通轴设置在轮毂的中心,叶片呈放射状排列的轮毂的外圆上,叶片的两端和中间通过圆形隔板分隔成兜风室,叶片的外端设置有成弧面板,通轴的两端通过轴承座与机架连接,通轴的下端设置有大皮带轮,其中主兜风轮轴端大皮带轮通过皮带与设置在发电机轴端的复合皮带轮连接,发电机设置在机架之中,发电机的轴穿过机架向下伸出连接复合皮带轮,副兜风轮下端的大皮带轮通过皮带与换向复合皮带轮连接,复合皮带轮和换向复合皮带轮是由齿轮和皮带轮同轴复合制成,齿轮相互啮合,机架是由顶板和底板1通过立柱支撑组合而成,立柱支撑设置在顶板与底板之间,顶板与底板1的迎风端两侧之间通过两块曲面板连接,两块曲面板的一端并接,另一端与叶片端部的弧面板弧面相切呈V形双曲面,发电机位于双曲面之间,位于发电机与主副兜风轮之间垂直设置有一轴套,轴套中贯穿有转轴,转轴的下端连接有轴盘,轴盘通过地脚螺栓固定在机座上。
主副兜风轮和机架是由抗风沙侵蚀的金属薄板制成,金属薄板包括钢板、铝板或不锈钢板。
本发明的双轮兜风式风力发电机所具有的有益效果是,结构简单,易于加工,地面施工,运输安装方便,全部是钢制结构,耐风沙磨蚀,能抗12级以上大风,

本发明的双轮兜风式风力发电机,其结构是由基座16、主兜风轮、副兜风轮、机架、发电机13组成,其中,主副兜风轮是由叶片3、轮毂7、隔板17和通轴5组成,通轴5设置在轮毂7的中心,叶片3呈放射状排列的轮毂7的外圆上,叶片3的两端和中间通过圆形隔板8分隔成兜风室,叶片3的外端设置有成弧面板4,通轴5的两端通过轴承座与机架连接,通轴5的下端设置有大皮带轮6,其中主兜风轮轴端大皮带轮6通过皮带9与设置在发电机13轴端的复合皮带轮12连接,发电机13设置在机架之中,发电机13的轴穿过机架向下伸出连接复合皮带轮12,副兜风轮下端的大皮带轮6通过皮带9与换向复合皮带轮2连接,复合皮带轮12和换向复合皮带轮2是由齿轮和皮带轮同轴复合制成,齿轮相互啮合,机架是由顶板15和底板1通过立柱支撑14组合而成,立柱支撑14设置在顶板15与底板1之间,顶板15与底板1的迎风端两侧之间通过两块曲面板11连接,两块曲面板11的一端并接,另一端与叶片3端部的弧面板4弧面相切呈V形双曲面,发电机13位于双曲面之间,位于发电机13与主副兜风轮之间垂直设置有一轴套10,轴套10中贯穿有转轴20,转轴20的下端连接有轴盘18,轴盘18通过地脚螺栓19固定在机座16上。
主副兜风轮和机架是由抗风沙侵蚀的金属薄板制成,金属薄板包括钢板、铝板或不锈钢板。
实施例:由于风力发电机是设置在西部高原地面,或是山谷风口处,由于转轴设置在主副兜风轮与可以将兜风轮和机房设置在V形双曲面之间,主副兜风轮的迎风面积大于V形双曲面,所以V形双曲面永远指向来风方向,并随风向沿转轴旋转。发电机设置在V形双曲面之中,所以不怕风沙雨水侵蚀。
考虑到高原戈壁的风沙磨损,叶片和挡板采用钢板、铝板制成,并通过螺栓相互连接一方便维修和更换。

1.一种双轮兜风式风力发电机,其特征在于,包括基座、主兜风轮、副兜风轮、机架、发电机,其中,主副兜风轮是由叶片、轮毂、隔板和通轴组成,通轴设置在轮毂的中心,叶片呈放射状排列在轮毂的外圆上,叶片的两端和中间通过圆形隔板分隔成兜风室,叶片的外端设置有成弧面板,通轴的两端通过轴承座与机架连接,通轴的下端设置有大皮带轮,其中主兜风轮轴端大皮带轮通过皮带与设置在发电机轴端的复合皮带轮连接,发电机设置在机架之中,发电机的轴穿过机架向下伸出连接复合皮带轮,副兜风轮下端的大皮带轮通过皮带与换向复合皮带轮连接,复合皮带轮和换向复合皮带轮是由齿轮和皮带轮同轴复合制成,齿轮相互啮合,机架是由顶板和底板通过立柱支撑组合而成,立柱支撑设置在顶板与底板之间,顶板与底板的迎风端两侧之间通过两块曲面板连接,两块曲面板的一端并接,另一端与叶片端部的弧面板弧面相切呈V形双曲面,发电机位于双曲面之间,位于发电机与主副兜风轮之间垂直设置有一轴套,轴套中贯穿有转轴,转轴的下端连接有轴盘,轴盘通过地脚螺栓固定在基座上。
