Abstract

本发明涉及一种插头。
背景技术
传统的插座上通常开设有多组插孔,以便于多个插头同时插设于其上,以进行电性连接。然而,在使用的过程中发现,因该多组插孔之间的距离通常较小,体积较大的插头通常会占用较多的空间,从而干涉到相邻的其他插头与插座之间的连接,不便于使用者的使用。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于使用者使用的插头。
一种插头,其包括壳体以及设置于壳体内的导电杆,所述壳体上开设有卡槽,所述导电杆包括从所述卡槽内伸出所述壳体的插脚、与插脚电性连通的导线以及设置于所述导线上且靠近所述插脚的旋钮部,所述旋钮部具有螺纹,用于螺合于卡槽内。
当插座上未有足够的空间便于插头插设时,可将旋钮部从插头的卡槽内旋出,以使导电杆露出壳体的长度为足够长,以便于插设于插座上,从而,便于使用者的使用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,其为一具体实施方式的插头10的立体图。插头10包括壳体100及导电杆20,在本实施方式中,导电杆20的数量为两根。
请参阅图2,壳体100包括上壳体200及与上壳体200相卡合的下壳体201。下壳体201的一侧壁215上开设有固定孔214,与侧壁215相对的另一侧壁217上开设有呈锥台状的卡槽212,卡槽212上远离固定孔214的一端大于靠近固定孔214的一端。卡槽212内部设有螺纹。下壳体201上凸设有与上壳体200相对的螺柱216。上壳体200与下壳体201可通过螺丝等固定件固定在一起。
导电杆20包括插脚202、与插脚202电性连通的导线205以及设置于导线205外部且靠近插脚202的旋钮部203。
插脚202可插设于插座(图未示)的插孔以与插座电性连接,以通过插脚202让连接插头10的电器产品能与电路连接。
导线205由软性材料制作而成,且缠绕成圈并容置于上壳体200和下壳体201之间。导线205上凸设防滑部207和与防滑部207相对的卡止部209。当导线205固定于壳体100上的固定孔214内时,卡止部209抵靠于上壳体200及下壳体201的外部,防滑部207位于上壳体200及下壳体201之间,亦即,导线205上位于防滑部207和卡止部209之间部分被固定于固定孔214内,从而使得导线205不会相对于固定孔214移动。
旋钮部203亦呈锥台形状,其上自导线205到插脚202的方向上尺寸逐渐增大。旋钮部203上具有外螺纹,旋钮部203的尺寸与卡槽212的尺寸相适应,用于螺合于卡槽212内,以便于插脚202可在远离或者靠近壳体100的方向上延伸。
当插头10处于未使用状态时,旋钮部203螺合于卡槽212处,防滑部207位于上壳体200及下壳体201之间,卡止部209抵靠于上壳体200及下壳体201的外部。
如图3所示,当插座上未有足够的空间便于插头10插设时,可将旋钮部203从插头10的卡槽212内旋出,以使导电杆20露出壳体100的长度为足够长,以便于插设于插座上,从而,便于使用者的使用。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种插头,其包括壳体以及设置于壳体内的导电杆,所述壳体上开设有卡槽,其特征在于:所述导电杆包括从所述卡槽内伸出所述壳体的插脚、与插脚电性连通的导线以及设置于所述导线上且靠近所述插脚的旋钮部,所述旋钮部具有螺纹,用于螺合于卡槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头,其特征在于,所述卡槽呈锥台状,所述旋钮部的形状与所述卡槽相对应。
3.如权利要求2所述的插头,其特征在于,所述旋钮部自导线到插脚的方向上的尺寸逐渐增大。
4.如权利要求1所述的插头,其特征在于,所述壳体上开设有便于导线伸出的固定孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的插头,其特征在于,所述卡槽与所述固定孔相对。
6.如权利要求5所述的插头,其特征在于,所述卡槽内部设置有内螺纹,所述旋钮部螺纹为与内螺纹相对的外螺纹。
7.如权利要求4所述的插头,其特征在于,所述导线上凸设有防滑部,且所述防滑部位于所述壳体内。
8.如权利要求7所述的插头,其特征在于,所述导线上还凸设置卡止部,所述卡止部与所述防滑部相对,所述卡止部位于所述壳体外,所述导线位于所述卡止部与所述防滑部之间的部分卡设于所述固定孔内。
9.如权利要求1所述的插头,其特征在于,所述导线部分卷设于壳体内。
