Abstract

本发明涉及一种压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,包括压盘发热体及球阀,所述压盘发热体上设置有沉孔,所述球阀的内端通过密封圈装配在所述沉孔内,其外端设置有压板,所述压板通过螺栓固定在所述压盘发热体上。本发明采用标准件球阀,降低了成本;球阀采用压板压紧式安装方式,缩短了球阀和加热体之间的距离,保证了球阀的温度,胶水不会凝固堵塞,排气通畅。

技术领域
本发明涉及压盘式热熔胶机,尤其涉及一种压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构。
背景技术
压盘式热熔胶机是针对桶装的聚氨酯类湿反应型热熔胶而设计的热熔胶机。使用时用具有加热功能的压盘覆盖胶桶的桶口,使桶内的聚氨酯热熔胶完全与空气隔绝,阻止聚氨酯热熔胶与空气中的水汽反应,使聚氨酯热溶胶在加热与使用的过程中不会固化。
为了排出胶桶内的空气,压盘式热熔胶机的压盘上设置有排气结构,通常采用球阀作为排气动作开关。现有的压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构大致有两种类型:一种是采用订做的短小型的球阀,因为要专门订做,所以成本高;另一种是采用标准件的球阀,但由于球阀是通过连接接头固定在压盘上,球阀与压盘加热体之间的距离较远,阀体内的温度较低,阀门容易被凝固的胶水堵上,造成排气不畅。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,该排气结构排气通畅、成本低。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,包括压盘发热体及标准件球阀,所述压盘发热体上设置有沉孔,所述球阀的内端通过密封圈装配在所述沉孔内,其外端设置有压板,所述压板通过螺栓固定在所述压盘发热体上。
所述压板的中部设置有与所述球阀的外端相匹配的套装孔,所述压板通过所述套装孔套在所述球阀的外端。
所述套装孔的两侧分别设置有通孔,两只所述螺栓穿过所述通孔将所述压板固定在所述压盘发热体上。
所述密封圈为O型圈。
所述球阀的操作杆上套装有加长手柄。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明采用标准件球阀,降低了成本;球阀采用压板压紧式安装方式,缩短了球阀和加热体之间的距离,保证了球阀的温度,胶水不会凝固堵塞,排气通畅;采用了球阀的内端与沉孔平面接触,密封圈密封,结构简单可靠;不使用螺纹联接和密封,可保证装配时的角度一致;在球阀的操作杆上套装有加长手柄,防止烫伤,操作省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明是一种压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,包括压盘发热体5及标准件球阀3,球阀3使用标准的不锈钢球阀。压盘发热体5上设置有沉孔7,球阀3的内端通过密封圈4装配在沉孔7内,其外端设置有压板2,压板2通过螺栓1固定在压盘发热体5上。
压板2的中部设置有与球阀3的外端相匹配的套装孔9,压板2通过套装孔9套在球阀3的外端。本实施例中,球阀3的外端及套装孔9的形状均为六角形。
套装孔9的两侧分别设置有通孔10,两只螺栓1穿过通孔10将压板2固定在压盘发热体5上。螺栓1的尾端螺纹连接在发热体5的螺孔6中。
密封圈4优选为O型圈。
由于热熔胶机工作时,球阀3的温度较高,直接用手操作球阀3的操作杆11时容易烫伤,因此在操作杆11上套装有加长手柄8。加长手柄8的另一个作用是省力。
本发明采用标准件球阀3,不需要设计专用球阀,降低了成本;取消了现有技术中的球阀的连接接头,将球阀的螺纹连接方式改为压板压紧式安装方式,球阀3的内端的一部分伸入到压盘发热体5的沉孔7内,缩短了球阀3和加热体5之间的距离,球阀伸出发热体5很短,保证了球阀3的温度,胶水不会凝固堵塞,排气通畅;采用了球阀3的内端与沉孔7平面接触,密封圈密封,结构简单可靠;不使用螺纹联接和密封,可保证装配时的角度一致。

Claims (3)

1.一种压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,包括压盘发热体(5)及标准件球阀(3),其特征是:所述压盘发热体(5)上设置有沉孔(7),所述球阀(3)的内端通过密封圈(4)装配在所述沉孔(7)内,其外端设置有压板(2),所述压板(2)通过螺栓(1)固定在所述压盘发热体(5)上;
所述压板(2)的中部设置有与所述球阀(3)的外端相匹配的套装孔(9),所述压板(2)通过所述套装孔(9)套在所述球阀(3)的外端;
所述套装孔(9)的两侧分别设置有通孔(10),两只所述螺栓(1)穿过所述通孔(10)将所述压板(2)固定在所述压盘发热体(5)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,其特征是所述密封圈(4)为O型圈。
3.按照权利要求1所述的压盘式热熔胶机的排气结构,其特征是所述球阀(3)的操作杆(11)上套装有加长手柄(8)。
