Abstract

浮式蓄能发电装置,基桩打入海底的泥层中,在基桩上套入浮筒,浮筒内安装发条、齿轮箱、发电机,在基桩外壁固定齿条,与齿条相对应的位置设置与齿条相啮合的齿杆,齿杆的两端伸入浮筒内安装齿轮与发条的齿轮相啮合。当涨潮时水位上升,浮筒随着水位上升带动齿杆旋转将发条上紧,退潮时,浮筒下降,同样上紧发条,发电机是通过发条释放时产生的能量来工作的,这样的发电装置安装在潮水落差大的沿海水域,就能达到利用潮汛水位差来发电的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种潮汛发电装置,具体地说是一种利用潮汛的水位来发电的装置。
背景技术
在我国沿海水域随着潮水的涨落,有的水域有着较大的落差,尤其是浙江沿海的澉浦其最大落差达8米多,全年最小的潮汛时也有近3米的落差,而且转潮快,有着潮汛发电得天独厚的条件。今后,不可再生的能源将越来越匮乏,利用可再生的自然能源是我们的主要手段,潮汛蕴藏着巨大的能量,如何更好地利用潮汛发电是我们的梦想。
发明内容
为更好地利用潮汛发电,本发明提供一种浮式蓄能发电装置,该装置是利用潮水的涨落水位差,通过浮筒的升降来驱动发条蓄能,发条释放的能量经过齿轮箱变速后带动发电机发电。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,基桩打入水底泥层中,浮桶中心开孔套在基桩上,并能沿着桩壁上下滑动,在基桩的外壁固定齿条,与齿条相对应的位置设齿杆,齿杆与齿条相啮合,其两端伸入浮筒内安装齿轮与发条齿轮相啮合,通过变速齿轮箱(现有技术)连接安装在浮筒下层中发条的输入轴。发电机安装在浮筒内上层,输入轴连接齿轮箱,齿轮箱的输入轴连接发条的输出轴。当潮水上涨时,浮筒随着水位同步上升,齿杆沿着齿条产生旋转带动的啮合的发条齿轮逐渐上紧发条,退潮时,水位下降,同样带动齿杆旋转来上紧发条,发条扩胀时所释放的能量,经过齿轮箱的变速后带动发电机发电,从而达到潮汛水位差来发电的目的。
本发明的有效果是,不消耗不可再生能源,利用潮汛的能量来发电,无污染,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中,基桩1打入海底泥层,浮筒2中心开孔套入基桩上,在基桩2的外壁上固定齿条7,在齿条相对应的位置设置与齿条相啮合的齿杆9,齿杆两端伸入浮筒内,连接支架并安装齿轮6,齿轮6与发条齿轮5相啮合,在浮筒的下层11安装发条8,发条8的输出轴连接上层的发条释放齿轮箱10,齿轮箱10的输出轴连接发电机3、4的输入轴。

1.浮式蓄能发电装置,基桩打入海底的泥层中,浮筒中心开孔套在基桩上,在基桩外壁固定齿条,与齿条相对应的位置设置齿杆,齿杆与齿条相啮合,齿杆的两端伸入浮筒内安装齿轮,发电机安装在浮筒内上层,发条安装在浮筒内的下层,其特征是:发条的输入齿轮与齿杆的齿轮相啮合,发条的输出轴与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱的输出轴与发电机的输入轴相连接。
