本发明属于治疗心脑血管系统疾病的中药领域。
背景技术
糖尿病性心脏病系糖尿病大血管病变和神经病变所致，是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一，也是糖尿病患者主要的致死原因。据统计，糖尿病患者70％死于糖尿病性心脏病。目前的旨在治疗糖尿病性心脏病方面存在两个方面的不足：一是效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓。以致于许多糖尿病性心脏病患者由于得不到有效药物的治疗，长期忍受胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁的折磨，面临心肌梗死的危险，患者及其家属对此不满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药，它能解决以往此类中药效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好、见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药，采用中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
郁金4-30份 当归4-30份 三七3-20份
泽泻4-30份 山药4-30份 灵芝2-12份
生地黄4-30份
这种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将郁金、当归、泽泻、山药、生地黄经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，可制成中药冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂等剂型。
本发明是根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。方中灵芝益气养血，养心安神，扶正培本，增强机体免疫力；生地黄性甘寒，长于滋阴清热，既能消解消渴所致燥热，又能逐血痹而祛瘀，此为主药；辅以山药滋阴生津；泽泻利水渗湿，泻热化浊；合当归、三七、郁金养血活血，化瘀止痛。诸药配伍，相得益彰，共奏扶正培本，益气养血，滋阴清热，活血化瘀止痛之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
郁金80克 当归80克 三七60克
泽泻80克 山药80克 灵芝40克
生地黄80克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将郁金、当归、泽泻、山药、生地黄提取，制成浸膏细粉120克，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装入0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊785粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
郁金160克 当归180克 三七100克
泽泻160克 山药180克 灵芝60克
生地黄180克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊1492粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
郁金300克 当归300克 三七200克
泽泻300克 山药300克 灵芝120克
生地黄300克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊2570粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
郁金7份 当归7份 三七5份
泽泻7份 山药7份 灵芝4份
生地黄7份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
郁金20份 当归20份 三七16份
泽泻20份 山药25份 灵芝9份
生地黄25份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以中医糖尿病性心脏病为例，经8例临床观察。选择中医诊断糖尿病性心脏病为标准：糖尿病患者腰膝酸软，身体乏力；胸闷胸痛，心悸不宁；常有心动过速等心区不适。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，男性5例，女性3例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为48岁-78岁，平均年龄59.7岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，身上有劲，胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁、心动过速等心区不适明显缓解，心电图可见心肌供血改善。
2、有效：体质增强，胸闷胸痛等心区不适有所缓解。
3、无效：病症无变化。
临床实验时，除糖尿病患者必须的降糖药照常服用(药不变、量不变)外，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日3次，每次4粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，30天后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的8人中，显效4人，有效3人，无效1人，总有效率87.5％。

1.一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药，采用中药原料制备，重量比为：
郁金4—30份 当归4—30份 三七3—20份
泽泻4—30份 山药4—30份 灵芝2—12份
生地黄4—30份
这种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将郁金、当归、泽泻、山药、生地黄经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，制成中药颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂剂型。
