Abstract
本发明公开了一种多元素活性营养剂,由以下重量份的组分构成:硅藻土180-260、硫酸镁120-180、硅肥275-325、腐植酸50-100、木酢液2、烯效唑3、石膏20-80、硫酸铵80-120、普钙80-120,该多元素活性营养剂能够补充土壤中的中量营养元素和微量营养元素、提高土壤中有机质含量、促进作物对氮、磷、钾肥的吸收利用,增加作物产量的多元素活性营养剂,本发明的多元素活性营养剂可以根据不同土壤中中量营养元素和微量营养元素的含量及不同作物对中量营养元素和微量营养元素的需求特征进行施用,更有利于配方平衡施肥。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料领域,尤其是一种多元素活性营养剂。
背景技术
植物整个生长期内所必需的营养元素可分为大量营养元素、中量营养元素、微量营养元素。大量营养元素有碳、氢、氧、氮、磷、钾,中量营养元素有钙、镁、硫,微量营养元素有铁、锰、锌、铜、钼、硼、氯,而硅肥是一种新型肥料,被国际土壤界列为继氮、磷、钾之后的第四大元素肥料,主要用于水稻、小麦、玉米等喜硅作物,尤以水稻对硅最敏感,施用硅肥可以增强水稻抗病能力,提高结实率,促进干物质的累积进而增加产量,并有改善米质的作用。目前,市场上的肥料多以补充土壤中的氮、磷、钾为主,少数复混肥中加入了中量营养元素和微量营养元素,但还没有单独为作物补充中量营养元素和微量营养元素的肥料。由于不同的作物生长对于中量营养元素和微量营养元素的需求量存在差异,加上不同地区的土壤中中量营养元素的含量也不一样,因此,很难做到按需补充土壤中的中量营养元素和微量营养元素。
发明内容
发明解决要的技术问题:提供一种能够补充土壤中的中量营养元素和微量营养元素、提高土壤中有机质含量、促进作物对氮、磷、钾肥的吸收利用,增加作物产量的多元素活性营养剂。
解决技术问题采用的技术方案:一种多元素活性营养剂,由以下重量份的组分构成:
硅藻土180-260
硫酸镁120-180
硅肥275-325
腐植酸50-100
木酢液2
烯效唑3
石膏20-80
硫酸铵80-120
普钙80-120。
作为本发明的优选方案:一种多元素活性营养剂,由以下重量份的组分构成:
硅藻土220

有益效果:在本发明中由于加入了硫酸镁、硫酸铵、普钙原料,使得本发明的多元素活性营养剂中富含大量的植物生长所需要的中量营养元素(钙、硫、镁);由于加入了硅肥,使得本发明的多元素活性营养剂可以增强作物的抗病能力,提高结实率,促进干物质的累积进而增加产量,并有改善作物品质的作用,同时,由于硅肥中还含有大量作物生长所需要的微量营养元素,因此,也增加了土壤中微量营养元素的含量;由于加入了腐植酸,使得本发明的多元素活性营养剂具有增加土壤中的有机质含量、改善土壤结构、抗旱、增产、提高作物的抗逆能力的功能,还能对金属离子和微量元素起到螯合作用,促进作物对金属离子和微量元素的吸收效果;由于加入了木酢液,使本发明的多元素活性营养剂具有杀菌、治虫、抗病、提高土壤中有益微生物活性、促进作物生长的作用;由于加入了烯效唑这一兼有杀菌和除草作用的广谱、高效植物生长调节剂,使得本发明的多元素活性营养剂具有控制株高,促进根系生长,提高作物的抗倒伏能力的功效;由于采用硅藻土作为载体并加入了石膏,使本多元素活性营养剂更容易制成颗粒,同时也增加了多元素活性营养剂中钙和微量营养元素的含量。由于本发明的多元素活性营养剂中富含大量的植物生长所需要的中量营养元素和微量营养元素,因此,施用本发明的多元素活性营养剂能有效补充土壤中中量营养元素和微量营养元素的含量,促进作物对氮磷钾的吸收、提高作物的产量,连续施用还可以减少氮磷钾肥的施用量。此外,由于本发明的多元素活性营养剂中的营养成分以植物生长所需要的中量营养元素和微量营养元素为主,而不是像普通全元素复混肥那样将氮、磷、钾肥与中微量营养元素肥混合在一起,因此,本发明的多元素活性营养剂可以根据不同土壤中中量营养元素和微量营养元素的含量及不同作物对中量营养元素和微量营养元素的需求特征进行施用,更有利于配方平衡施肥。
本发明的多元素活性营养剂在辽宁省铁岭市的三个试验点以水稻为对象进行田间对比试验,通过田间调查和测产分析,采用多元素活性营养剂配合常规施肥的水稻较普通常规施肥的水稻在整个生育期内表现出较好的生育性状,三个试验点都具有增产效果,增产幅度达到9.4-16.4%,亩增效益20-30元,说明该营养剂有较好的增产效果,能够取得较好的经济效益。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种多元素活性营养剂,由表1所示重量份的组分构成:

本发明的多元素活性营养剂的生产方法为:
按照表1实施例中的各原料重量份比,取配方量的各种原料混合均匀后粉碎至80目,得混合料,再用造粒机将前步制得的混合料制成直径2-6毫米的颗粒,即得成品多元素活性营养剂。
本发明的多元素活性营养剂的施用方式为在常规施肥的基础上,再施用本发明的多元素活性营养剂,具体施用方法为:
水田:在插秧拉板之前施用,每亩施用10公斤,撒播均匀。
旱田:与口肥一起下地,每亩地施用5公斤,撒播均匀。
果树等经济作物:与底肥同时施用,根据地力和品种,每亩地施用2-3公斤,撒施均匀。
