Abstract

一种浮式发电装置,在沿海潮位落差大的水域海底泥层中打入桩柱,在桩柱上套入一个中心开圆孔的大型浮筒,浮筒底面通过拉杆连接摇臂,摇臂一头与桩柱连接,另一头连接泵水装的缸体上。当潮水涨退水位发生变化时,浮筒能沿着桩柱上下滑动,在浮筒上下滑动的同时带动拉杆和摇臂,使泵水装置的缸体作往复运动,将高压海水泵至压力柜增压后接通岸上的喷管来驱动水力发电机发电,从而达到利用潮位差来发电的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电装置,具体地说是一种利用潮水涨退潮时的水位差来发电的装置。
背景技术
如今,随着经济的发展,对能源的需求也越来越大,但是地球蕴藏着的不可再生能源及其有限,按照现在的开采量,在不久的将来,就会枯竭,因此开发可再生的绿色能源才是我们人类的出路。海洋的潮位差蕴藏着巨大的能量,在我国沿海地区,尤其是在浙江沿海,最大的潮位差在10米左右,一天24小时内水位就有四个升降过程,在这水位上升和下降的过程中,就会产生巨大的能量,如何利用这些能量来为我们人类服务,是人类所期待的。
发明内容
为了解决利用潮位差来发电的问题,本发明提供一种浮式发电装置,该装置利用潮位差的变化,通过浮筒在潮水涨退时的浮力和浮筒所承载的重量上下运动来驱动泵水装置,利用泵水装置输出的高压水来推动水力发电机发电。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,在沿海潮位落差大的水域的海底泥层中打入桩柱,大型浮筒制成圆形或者方形,浮筒中心开一个稍大于桩柱的圆孔,桩柱套入圆孔中。浮筒随着水位的上升和下降能沿着桩柱上下滑动,浮筒的底部连接拉杆,拉杆的下端连接在摇臂的杆身上,摇臂的一头用活动接头固定在桩柱上,另一头连接往复式泵水装置缸体中部的枢轴上。缸体内腔中间用隔板封闭,将缸内隔成上下水腔,在上下水腔的隔板附近的缸体上开进水口,进水口设置单向阀,单向向里进水。缸体上下水腔中套入柱塞,下部柱塞安装在打入海底的固定柱上,上部柱塞用托架与下部柱塞固定,上下柱塞伸入缸内的一头设置出水口,出水口设置单向阀。出水口通过柱塞内部通道连接后端的出水管,上下柱塞的出水管接出合并后连接压力柜,压力柜上部接充气管、进气阀和安全阀,可以向压力柜内充入氮气或压缩空气,当压力柜内的压力超过额定压力时安全阀打开,以确保安全。压力柜下部连接定压阀和输出管,输出管接至岸上水力发电装置的喷管。压力柜汇集浮筒下所有泵水装置的出水管,压力柜的容量越大供发电装的喷水时间越长。当海水涨潮时,水位上升浮筒随之上升,在上升的过程中通过拉杆拉动摇臂,摇臂带动缸体向上运动,缸体下水腔扩大压力下降,进口单向阀打开向缸内进水,缸体上部水腔内的水被压缩,由于水不可被压缩就顶开柱塞上的单向阀经出水管泵至压力柜中,压力柜内水量不断增加,同时在上部空气的挤压下,压力不断不升,当压力达到额定压力时输出管上的定压阀被打开,高压水流经输出管从喷管喷出推动水力发电机发电。当退潮时,水位下降,浮筒随着下降,浮筒在自身的重量下推动拉杆向下,通过摇臂带动泵水装置的缸体向下滑动,这时缸体上部的水腔扩大压力下降,缸体壁上的单向阀打开向缸内进水,而缸体下部水腔中的水被压后就顶开下部柱塞的单向阀向压力柜内注水,当达到额定压力时,压力柜下部的定压阀被顶开,经输出管、喷管来推动岸上的水力发电机发电,从而达到利用潮位差来发电的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,不消耗不可再生能源利用潮位差的能量来获取电能,而且清洁环保,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图中,浮筒2制成圆形或者方形,中心开圆孔,桩柱1穿过浮筒中心圆孔打入沿海潮位落差大的水底泥层中,当水位上升或下降时浮筒能沿着桩柱上下滑动,在浮筒的底部连接拉杆3,拉杆的下端活动连接摇臂4,摇臂的一头用活动接头固定在桩柱上,摇臂的另一头连接在泵水装置的缸体5的中部枢轴上,缸体内中间用隔板6将缸内空腔隔上下水腔,在上下水腔的隔板附近的缸体壁上设置进气单向阀9和12,单向阀向里进水,缸体上下水腔内套入上部柱塞7和下部柱塞10,下部柱塞安装在打入海底泥层中的固定桩10-1上,上部柱塞用托架13与下部柱塞连接固定,上柱塞内设出水单向阀8,下柱塞设出水单向阀11,出水单向阀8和11通过柱塞内部管道连接出水管14,出水管连接压力柜15,压力柜汇集所有浮筒下泵水装置的出水管,压力柜上部接进气管、进气阀16和安全阀19,可以充入氮气和压缩空气,压力柜的下部设定压阀和输出管17,输出管接至岸上发电机18的喷管上,通常浮筒下带动的拉杆对称布置,至少两对以上,以保持浮筒的平衡。

Claims (3)

1.一种浮式发电装置,在海底泥层中打入桩柱,浮筒制成圆形或者方形,中心开圆孔,桩柱伸入浮筒的圆孔中,其特征是:浮筒的底面连接拉杆,拉杆连接摇臂,摇臂的一头用活动接头固定在桩柱上,摇臂的另一头与泵水装置的缸体中部的枢轴连接,缸体内用隔板隔成上下水腔,在上下水腔的隔板附近的缸壁上设进水口和单向阀,缸体上下水腔中套入上下柱塞,下部柱塞安装在打入海底泥层中的固定柱上,上部柱塞通过托架与下部柱塞连接固定,上下柱塞靠近隔板一头设出水口和出水单向阀,出水口通过柱塞内部通道连接后端的出水管,出水管连接压力柜,压力柜下部设定压阀和输出管,输出管接通岸上水力发电机的喷水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮式发电装置,其特征是:所述浮筒下带动泵水装置的拉杆对称布置,至少两对以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮式发电装置,其特征是:所述压力柜的上部设置进气管、进气阀和安全阀。
