Abstract

一种小满贯测井仪,包括电缆、鱼雷、软电极、电子线路和推靠,其特征在于:所述电缆通过鱼雷与软电极相连接,软电极上设有电极环,电极环与电子线路一端相连接,电子线路的另一端与推靠相连接。本发明与现有技术相比较,具有可以一次测井同时完成微电位、微梯度、R4米底部梯度、R2.5米底部梯度、自然电位、井径六测井曲线的测量,也就大大提高了测井时效、降低工程事故发生率的优点。

小满贯测井仪
一、技术领域
本发明涉及油田裸眼井电阻率测量技术领域,具体的讲是一种小满贯测井仪。
二、背景技术
目前,油田裸眼井电阻率的测量,应用815组合仪器、推靠组合仪器进行微电位、微梯度、R4米底部、R2.5底部梯度、自然电位、井径测井时都得单独进行。上述方式在油田应用中做出了一定的贡献,但是其尚存在有:测井的趟数多、浪费油耗严重、容易发生工程事故、测井效率低、工人的劳动强度大及交井时间长的缺陷或不足。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对815组合仪器、推靠组合仪器在应用中的不足,而提供一种与之配套使用的小满贯测井仪。
其技术方案是:一种小满贯测井仪,包括电缆、鱼雷、软电极、电子线路和推靠,其特征在于:所述电缆通过鱼雷与软电极相连接,软电极上设有电极环,电极环与电子线路一端相连接,电子线路的另一端与推靠相连接。
所述软电极上的电极环设为6个。所述电子线路包括电源电路、R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路、R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路、R4米及R2.5米测量电路、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路、微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路、微梯度及微电位测量电路和井径供电及测量电路,其中,电源电路分别与R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路、R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路、R4米及R2.5米测量电路、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路、微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路、微梯度及微电位测量电路和井径供电及测量电路的电源输入端相连接,R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路与R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路、R4米及R2.5米测量电路相连接,微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路与微梯度及微电位测量电路、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路相连接,微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路还与推靠相连接,井径供电及测量电路与推靠4相连接,微梯度及微电位测量电路与推靠相连接,R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路和R4米及R2.5米测量电路还与电极环相连接。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有可以一次测井同时完成微电位、微梯度、R4米底部梯度、R2.5米底部梯度、自然电位、井径六测井曲线的测量,也就大大提高了测井时效、降低工程事故发生率的优点。

五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种小满贯测井仪,包括电缆5、鱼雷1、软电极2、电子线路3和推靠4。电缆5通过鱼雷1与软电极2相连接,软电极2上设有电极环21,电极环21与电子线路3一端相连接,电子线路3的另一端与推靠4相连接。软电极2上的电极环21设为6个。
如图1所示,电子线路3包括电源电路31、R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路34、R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路33、R4米及R2.5米测量电路32、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路35、微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路36、微梯度及微电位测量电路37和井径供电及测量电路38,其中,电源电路31分别与R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路34、R4米及R2.5米测量电路32、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路35、微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路36、微梯度及微电位测量电路37和井径供电及测量电路38的电源输入端相连接,R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路33与R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路34、R4米及R2.5米测量电路32相连接,微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路36与微梯度及微电位测量电路37、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路35相连接,微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路35还与推靠4相连接,井径供电及测量电路38和推靠4相连接,微梯度及微电位测量电路37与推靠4相连接,R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路33和R4米及R2.5米测量电路32还与电极环21相连接。

1.一种小满贯测井仪,包括电缆、鱼雷、软电极、电子线路和推靠,其特征在于:所述电缆通过鱼雷与软电极相连接,软电极上设有电极环,电极环与电子线路一端相连接,电子线路的另一端与推靠相连接;所述软电极上的电极环设为6个;所述电子线路包括电源电路、R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路、R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路、R4米及R2.5米测量电路、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路、微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路、微梯度及微电位测量电路和井径供电及测量电路,其中,电源电路分别与R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路、R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路、R4米及R2.5米测量电路、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路、微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路、微梯度及微电位测量电路和井径供电及测量电路的电源输入端相连接,R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路与R4米及R2.5米恒功率供电电路、R4米及R2.5米测量电路相连接,微梯度及微电位刻度继电器电路与微梯度及微电位测量电路、微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路相连接,微梯度及微电位恒流供电电路还与推靠相连接,井径供电及测量电路与推靠相连接,微梯度及微电位测量电路与推靠相连接,R4米及R2.5米刻度继电器电路和R4米及R2.5米测量电路还与电极环相连接。
