The rectangular window Ministry of Revenue branch of top hung femerell (GHL type) form, its horizontal axis that can be provided with around the sidepiece (being the left side of Fig. 2) along window pivots.Window partly is installed in the flat roof 16, and comprises the window frame 17 that is installed in the window frame 18, and window frame 17 and framework 18 all are the form of the PVC section bar of extruding. In other embodiments, framework and window frame can be for example form of extruded aluminium section, and perhaps they can comprise wooden part.In the middle of enclosing, window frame 17 accompanies the window glass 19 of the layer glass window of one deck gas, so that insulated glazing to be provided.
The cover portion 20 that is vaulted poly (methyl methacrylate) plate form is attached to window frame 17, to form the weather shield of protection window part.Cover portion 20 comprises peak dot, and the surface slopes down to sidepiece from this peak dot.Seal convexity or weather strip 21,22 support this cover portion 20, so that window frame 17 envelopes are leaned against in the cover portion 20.
Center on described horizontal axis pivot window frame 17 and cover 20 by means of the chain type operating mechanism 23 that is embedded in the framework 4, this just provides motion between the opening and closing position of window.Chain type operating mechanism 23 can drive automatically, and can carry out radio control.
Be fastened with first embodiment according to coupling arrangement of the present invention in frame members 1, this coupling arrangement illustrates in the mode that does not have frame members 1 and frame parts 4 in Fig. 5 and 6.The individual component of coupling arrangement is presented among Fig. 7 to 10 respectively.
Coupling arrangement comprises flat and for first coupling components 3 (Fig. 7) of plate-like with have second coupling components 6 of lateral shaft parts 6a (Fig. 9).
The spindle unit 6a of second coupling components 6 is fastened to fastener 10 rotatably, and this spindle unit 6a comprises and having corresponding to the first lateral dimension a of the width of oral area 5a and corresponding to the coupling part 8 of the second bigger size b of the width of otch 5.Coupling part 8 is the form of the both sides local contraction that has roughly rectangular cross section.
In addition, spindle unit 6a comprises the whirligig of the form that is the groove 7 that the screwdriver that is used to make spindle unit 6a rotation uses.Frame members 1 comprises that the permission screwdriver is inserted into the hole 7a in the groove 7.
Connect these two by means of bridging component 15 and keep projection 13,14.The indicating device that will be spring-loaded spring 11 (Fig. 8) form by means of end flanging 11a, 11b is connected to bridging component 15, thereby so that it gives prominence to the coupling part 8 of butt spindle unit 6a downwards. In Fig. 4 shown in the best, the sheet spring is arranged in the axial upper offset of spindle unit 6, so that can not hinder first coupling components 3 in the operating period of coupling arrangement. Can not shift out from the position on the bridging component 15 in order to ensure sheet spring 11, bridging component 15 can comprise the otch (not shown) of the correspondence that is used to receive end flanging 11a, 11b.It is symmetrical that sheet spring 11 is configured as about two central planes, and comprises three linear plate portion 11c, 11d, 11e, mid portion 11d butt coupling part 8.As following will describe in detail more, sheet spring 11 is suitable for the user indicating the position of rotation of spindle unit 6a to the user during by means of screwdriver (not shown) operating groove 7.
In Fig. 1 to 6, coupling arrangement is arranged in the latched position, wherein, spindle unit 6a has been rotated into and has made the oral area 5a of the second bigger size b in the face of first coupling components 3.In this position, first coupling components 3 firmly is connected to second coupling components 6, so that the user can not draw back these two parts.
When the user wants coupling components 3,6 releases each other, for example when can contact chain type operating mechanism 23, he passes hole 7a with suitable screwdriver and is arranged in the groove 7.When the rotation screw cutter, spindle unit 6a rotated into present unlocked position, in this unlocked position, the littler first size a of the spindle unit part 8 of contraction is in the face of oral area 5a.Spindle unit 6a can be pulled out otch 5 subsequently, and be disengaged with first coupling components 3 thus.
When being arranged in latched position, a butt sheet spring part 11d in the surface of two broads of constriction 8 makes sheet spring 11 provide against the spring force of spindle unit 6a.When rotating shaft member 6a, the user must overcome this spring force, so that coupling arrangement is set in the unlocked position. When the revolving force on the spindle unit 6a had overcome spring force, sheet spring 11 forced spindle unit 6a to rotate remaining distance, and to enter unlocked position, in this unlocked position, size a is in the face of oral area 5a.In unlocked position, a butt sheet spring part 11d in two narrower surfaces of constriction is so that form another kind of equilibrium of forces. Therefore, when rotating shaft member 6a once more, the user must overcome the spring force of this new balance, so that coupling arrangement is set in the latched position once more. And once more, when the revolving force on the spindle unit 6a had overcome spring force, sheet spring 11 forced spindle unit 6a to rotate remaining distance to enter latched position, and wherein, size b is in the face of oral area 5a.
Therefore, the spring force that is provided by the sheet spring 11 that acts on the spindle unit 6a indicates the position of rotation of spindle unit 6a to the user when user's rotating shaft members 6a.In addition, when the user had overcome this spring force, spindle unit 6a entered (" sending click ") in the suitable locking or unlocked position automatically. And 6a firmly remains in the position that is presented with spindle unit, thereby between the normal operating period of window, makes the break away risk minimization of latched position of coupling arrangement.
Can replace sheet spring 11 with other device, for example spring-loaded plate or elastic bumps with identical or similar functions.
Figure 11 to 14 has shown the different views according to second embodiment of coupling arrangement of the present invention, and this embodiment has adopted a kind of like this elastic bumps.Second embodiment is similar to aforementioned first embodiment aspect a lot.Similar parts are provided with similar Reference numeral with feature, and detailed description thereof is provided in the above-mentioned explanation of first embodiment.
The same with first embodiment, spindle unit 6a is fastened to fixed part 12 rotatably, and this fixed part 12 is fixed on by means of bolt 10a, 10b on the inwall of hollow material of frame members 1.In this embodiment, still exist two to keep projection 13,14.Yet, do not need to connect the bridging component of these parts in the present embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the sheet spring 11 of first embodiment divides the indicating device of the form of the end plug 25 that is arranged to be replaced by being with spindle unit 6a, in this article end plug 25 is envisioned for a part that forms second coupling components 6.End plug 25 is made by acetal resin (POM), and comprise head part 26, the external surface of its butt frame members 1 in the installation site is referring to Figure 14, with the projection 27 of clip member 28, the interior surface opposing of its butt frame members 1 is so that in keeping end plug 25 in position. The head 26 of end plug 25 comprises two sides 33 of cutting sth. askew of the bearing surface of the sealing track 34 that is suitable for butt such as frame members 1, so that the spin locking of end plug 25 to be provided. Also be provided with circumferential guide rail 29, thereby guarantee the suitable rotation of end plug 25.
In Figure 11 and 14, end plug 25 has passed hole 7a and has been inserted in the frame members 1, thereby makes key 30 engaging grooves 32.This just provides the latched position of coupling arrangement, and in this position, key 30 and groove 32 stop the rotation of spindle unit 6a.Notice that end plug 25 is locked to frame members 1 rotatably, this is the sealing track 34 because of the side 33 engagement window members of frame 1 of cutting sth. askew of chock plug 26, referring to Figure 14.
When rotating shaft member 6a, the user must overcome the friction elastic force between the elastomeric material of key 30 of the groove 32 of spindle unit 6a and end plug 25.When overcoming this power, will send " thump " sound. Therefore, the user can hear and feel that spindle unit 6a no longer is locked in the otch 5 of first coupling components 3.When spindle unit 6a enters latched position once more, can send similar signal.
Therefore, the power that is provided by the groove 32 on the key 30 that acts on spindle unit 6a indicates the position of rotation of spindle unit 6a to the user when user's rotating shaft member 6a.6a firmly remains in the latched position with spindle unit, thereby between the normal operating period of window, makes the break away risk minimization of latched position of coupling arrangement.
Therefore, the function that provides of end plug 25 is very similar to the function of the sheet spring 11 of first embodiment.Yet, in the present embodiment, when coupling arrangement enters into unlocked position, do not provide indication or signal to the user.
Shown in Figure 11 to 14, second end plug 35 is inserted among the 7a of hole in the opposite end of spindle unit 6a.Similarly end plug can be applied to first embodiment of coupling arrangement. As an alternative, whirligig 7 can be the form that extends to the handle among the spindle unit 6a.
Hereinbefore, two non-limiting examples according to the embodiment of coupling arrangement of the present invention have been described. As those skilled in the art be perfectly clear, can produce other embodiment with similar functions, these embodiments might not be by using the position of rotation that indicates to the user spindle unit for the sensation of rotational resistance. On the contrary, this indicating device can only provide sound, vision indication etc.
