Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC), and more particularly, to a method and system for managing a personal identification number of a UICC under multiple applications.
Background
The AT (attention) command is a command interface form between a Terminal Equipment (TE) and a Mobile Terminal (MT), and this interface form is named as an AT command because the Terminal Equipment adds an "AT" before the command when sending the command to the Mobile Terminal. The terminal device may control the implementation of each function on the mobile terminal through an AT command, such as network searching, user Personal Identification Number (PIN) verification, and the like. Because the AT command has a uniform format and command definition in the protocol, the protocol stack provided by each manufacturer uses the AT command as a uniform interface when communicating with the terminal equipment.
A conventional card applied to a mobile terminal in a Second Generation (2G) mobile communication technology is a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the card may be related through an AT command, where the related operations include personal identification number verification, personal identification number change, personal identification number activation, personal identification number deactivation, and personal identification number unlocking. In the protocol, the main parameter of the AT command content is PIN code content.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows an operation flow of performing PIN verification on a SIM card by using a standard AT command, which includes the following specific steps:
step 101-104: the terminal equipment 101 sends an AT command request for updating operation of the file 1 on the SIM card 103 to the mobile terminal 102;
the mobile terminal 102 updates the file 1 on the SIM card 103;
the SIM card 103 sends an update operation response to the file 1 on the SIM card 103 to the mobile terminal 102;
the mobile terminal 102 sends an AT command response to the terminal equipment 101 for updating the file 1 on the SIM card 103;
step 105-108: the terminal equipment 101 sends a PIN verification AT command request to the SIM card 103 to the mobile terminal 102;
the mobile terminal 102 performs PIN verification operation on the SIM card 103;
the SIM card 103 sends a PIN verification response to the mobile terminal 102;
the mobile terminal 102 issues a PIN verification AT command response to the SIM card 103 to the terminal device 101.
However, there are only 2G SIM applications on the SIM card, and each SIM card supports only one application. With the advent of the 3G era, a new mobile terminal card has emerged: 3G UICC card. The 3G UICC card has the following characteristics: the card introduces a multi-application concept, so that the UICC card can be applied to various industries such as communication application, finance, social security and the like, and is convenient for users to use. Meanwhile, in order to be compatible with the current domestic 2G network with wide coverage, the UICC card is also integrated with 2G SIM card application, which provides convenient conditions for the stable and smooth transition from the 2G network to the 3G network, so that the traditional 2G SIM card is necessarily replaced by the 3G UICC card. At present, no method for PIN management of the UICC card exists.

The invention firstly configures the corresponding application for managing the personal identification number on the universal integrated circuit card, and then manages the personal identification number on the universal integrated circuit card according to the configured application, thereby solving the problem of how to manage the personal identification number under the condition of multiple applications of the universal integrated circuit card, and the realization mode is simple and easy.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a device connection schematic of a PIN-dependent AT command operation in an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a terminal device 201, a mobile terminal 202, and a UICC card 203; wherein,
a terminal device 201, an external device used by a user, such as a computer;
the mobile terminal 202, excluding the UICC card and the terminal device, is generally referred to as a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile phone used by a user, and some main functions of the mobile phone include, for example, searching for a network, calling, sending a short message, and the like;
a UICC card 203 for storing various files provided to the mobile terminal 202. And provide some security protection for the files on the card, such as: password protection is provided for the operation of files on the UICC card 203, and some files need to be entered with a personal identification number when updated.
At present, the maximum number of applications supported by the UICC card and activated at the same time is 4, and with the development of the technology, more and more new applications are necessarily burnt on the card. Because there is no application-related information in the PIN-related operation command of the standard AT, when multiple applications are activated simultaneously, the existing technical solution cannot perform PIN operation on the card.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the following steps are adopted to implement PIN management under multiple applications for the UICC card:
firstly, configuring an application message through a mobile terminal to configure a corresponding application for management of a PIN on a UICC card;
secondly, the mobile terminal manages the PIN on the UICC according to the configured application message.
Specifically, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is realized as follows:
in addition to the standard AT command, an AT command is added for configuring an application corresponding to the operation before PIN operation is performed on the mobile terminal, and an AT command operation object is clarified. The AT command format is as follows:

wherein, the parameter < logical channel > corresponds to a logical channel on the UICC card, and after setting, the subsequent AT commands related to the PIN are executed on the channel. Setting 4 logic channels according to the maximum number of simultaneously activated applications supported by the current UICC card as 4, wherein the value of the parameter < logical channel > is defined as follows:

Through the AT command, a list of logical channels supported by the UICC card can be obtained, and information such as which logical channel is currently used can be set. Thereby ensuring the execution of subsequent PIN-related AT commands.
The PIN management method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below by taking PIN verification for multiple applications of the UICC card as an example.
Referring to fig. 3, a process of implementing AT command PIN verification under UICC card multi-application according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 301-304: the terminal equipment 201 sends an AT command request for updating the file 1 on the UICC card 203 to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 performs an update operation on the file 1 on the UICC card 203;
the UICC card 203 sends an update operation response to the file 1 on the UICC card 203 to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 sends an AT command response to the terminal device 201 for the update operation of the file 1 on the UICC card 203;
step 305-307: the terminal device 201 sends an application configuration message to the mobile terminal 202, for configuring an application corresponding to a subsequent PIN verification AT command request to the UICC card 203;
after receiving the application configuration message of the terminal device, the mobile terminal 202 records the application information, that is, the configured application content, locally;
the mobile terminal 202 sends an AT command response of the application configuration to the terminal device 201;
step 308-312: the terminal equipment 201 sends a PIN verification AT command request for the UICC 203 to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 selects an application on the corresponding UICC card 203 to operate according to the recorded application information;
the mobile terminal 202 performs PIN verification operation on the UICC card 203;
the UICC card 203 sends a PIN verification response to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 issues a PIN verification AT command response to the UICC card 203 to the terminal apparatus 201.
It should be noted that, although the UICC card has no limitation on the activation of the applications, in practical use, due to the current hardware device limitations (e.g. radio frequency, etc.), only one of the network search related applications can be activated at a time, and the network search related application is referred to as a master application herein. Considering that the application configuration command is a new AT command, not all terminal devices may be compatible. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, when the application configuration is not carried out or the newly added AT command configuration is unsuccessful, the AT command operation object of the application configuration is defaulted to be the main application on the card.
Fig. 4 is a flow for implementing AT command PIN verification under UICC card multi-application on the premise that application configuration is not performed or configuration is unsuccessful in the embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following steps:
step 401-404: the terminal equipment 201 sends an AT command request for updating the file 1 on the UICC card 203 to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 performs an update operation on the file 1 on the UICC card 203;
the UICC card 203 sends an update operation response to the file 1 on the UICC card 203 to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 sends an AT command response to the terminal device 201 for the update operation of the file 1 on the UICC card 203;
step 405-409: the terminal equipment 201 sends a PIN verification AT command request for the UICC 203 to the mobile terminal 202;
on the premise that no application configuration exists, the mobile terminal 202 selects a main application on the UICC card 203 to operate;
the mobile terminal 202 performs PIN verification operation on the UICC card 203;
the UICC card 203 sends a PIN verification response to the mobile terminal 202;
the mobile terminal 202 issues a PIN verification AT command response to the UICC card 203 to the terminal apparatus 201.
Compared with the prior art, the invention realizes the PIN related operation of the AT command under the multi-application of the UICC card by adding the application configuration message of the PIN operation. The method for carrying out PIN operation without application configuration solves the problem of carrying out PIN operation on the UICC card under the condition of not changing standard AT commands when a plurality of applications are activated simultaneously, and the implementation mode is simple and easy.

Claims (7)
1. A management method for personal identification numbers under multiple applications of a universal integrated circuit card is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal receives application configuration information of the terminal equipment, records the configured application information locally, and takes a logic channel corresponding to the application information as an execution logic channel of the application;
the mobile terminal receives an AT command request sent by the terminal equipment for carrying out the personal identification number management on the universal integrated circuit card, determines the corresponding application according to the execution logic channel, carries out the personal identification number management operation on the universal integrated circuit card under the corresponding application according to the AT command request, receives the personal identification number management operation response of the universal integrated circuit card, and sends the AT command response for carrying out the personal identification number management on the universal integrated circuit card to the terminal equipment.
2. The management method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving, by the mobile terminal, the application configuration message of the terminal device, and the locally recording the configured application information specifically includes:
the mobile terminal receives an application configuration message sent by terminal equipment, wherein the application configuration message is used for configuring an application corresponding to an AT command request for carrying out personal identification number management on a universal integrated circuit card;
after receiving the application configuration message, the mobile terminal records the configured application information locally and sends an AT command response of the application configuration to the terminal equipment.
3. The management method of claim 1, further comprising: and when the mobile terminal does not obtain the application configuration message, taking the logic channel of the main application on the universal integrated circuit card as the execution logic channel.

5. A management system for personal identification numbers under multiple applications of a universal integrated circuit card comprises a mobile terminal, and is characterized by comprising:
an application configuration module, configured to receive the application configuration message of the terminal device, record configured application information locally, and use a logic channel corresponding to the application information as an execution logic channel of the application;
the management module is used for receiving an AT command request which is sent by the terminal equipment and used for carrying out personal identification number management on the universal integrated circuit card, determining corresponding application according to the execution logic channel, carrying out personal identification number management operation on the universal integrated circuit card under the corresponding application according to the AT command request, receiving a personal identification number management operation response of the universal integrated circuit card, and sending an AT command response for carrying out personal identification number management on the universal integrated circuit card to the terminal equipment.
6. The management system of claim 5, wherein the application configuration module is further configured to treat a logical channel of a master application on a universal integrated circuit card as the execution logical channel when the application configuration message is not obtained.
7. The management system of claim 5 or 6, wherein the personal identification management operation includes one or more of verification, change, activation, deactivation, unlocking of a personal identification number.
