Based on the first and second embodiments of the above-mentioned call method, the present invention may further provide a call method, where the method is applied to a mobile phone including two subscriber identity cards, where the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identity cards belong to different operators and different network types, respectively, a corresponding relationship between each number segment and the operator to which the local number segment belongs is pre-established, and after the corresponding relationship between each number segment and the network type to which the local number segment belongs is pre-established, the method includes: selecting a communication mode; and establishing the call according to the selected call mode and the first call mode or establishing the call according to the second call mode.
Wherein, the first communication mode comprises: acquiring a number segment of a current called number; searching the operator of the current called number according to the corresponding relation; if the found operator is the same as any one of operators to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identification cards belong, establishing a call by using the local number corresponding to the found operator; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
The second communication mode includes: acquiring a number segment of a current called party; searching the network type of the current called number according to the corresponding relation; if the found network type is the same as any one of the network types of the local numbers corresponding to the two user identification cards, establishing a call by adopting the local number corresponding to the found network type; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
For the specific description of the first communication mode and the second communication mode, reference may be made to the corresponding description in the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the method, and details are not repeated here.
Similarly, the present invention may also provide a communication device, where the device includes two subscriber identity cards, and the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identity cards belong to different operators and different network types, respectively, and the device further includes: the device comprises a call mode selection module, a first call module and a second call module.
The communication mode selection module receives a communication mode selected by a user, and if the first communication mode is selected, the first communication module is executed; and if the second communication mode is selected, executing a second communication module.
The first call module includes: the device comprises a first number segment corresponding relation establishing unit, a first obtaining unit, a first searching unit and a first selecting unit; the first number segment corresponding relation establishing unit establishes a corresponding relation between each number segment and an affiliated operator; a first obtaining unit obtains a number segment of a called number; the first searching unit searches the operator to which the current called number belongs according to the corresponding relation; the first selection unit selects the local number corresponding to the found operator to establish a call if the found operator is the same as any one of operators to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identification cards belong; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
The second communication module includes: the second number segment corresponding relation establishing unit, a second obtaining unit, a second searching unit and a second selecting unit; the second number segment corresponding relation establishing unit establishes a corresponding relation between each number segment and the type of the network to which the number segment belongs; the second obtaining unit obtains the number section of the called number; the second searching unit searches the network type of the current called number according to the corresponding relation; the second selection unit selects the local number corresponding to the found network type to establish a call if the found network type is the same as any one of the network types to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identity cards belong; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
For the specific description of the first communication module and the second communication module, reference may be made to the corresponding description in the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the apparatus, and details are not repeated here.
Therefore, in the invention, the local number which is the same as the operator to which the called number belongs is adopted as much as possible to establish the call, so that the communication link resource can be saved, meanwhile, before the user dials the number, according to the corresponding relation, the invention can find out whether the called number belongs to the GSM network or the 3G network, and the user can dial by using the local number which is the same as the called number according to the network type to which the user belongs, enjoy the functions of video chat and the like brought by the 3G network, and can improve the user experience.

Claims (34)

1. A conversation method is applied to a mobile phone comprising two user identification cards, wherein the local numbers corresponding to the two user identification cards belong to different operators respectively, and is characterized in that the corresponding relation between each number segment and the belonging operator is established in advance, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a number segment of a current called number;
searching the operator of the current called number according to the corresponding relation;
if the found operator is the same as any one of operators to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identification cards belong, establishing a call by using the local number corresponding to the found operator; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and updating the corresponding relation between each number segment and the operator to which the number segment belongs, which is established in advance.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the number segment is the first N bits of the number, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method of obtaining the number segment of the current called number comprises:
pre-storing each IP number prefix;
inputting a current number string;
judging whether the first five digits of the input number string are the same as the prefix of any IP number, if so, acquiring the first N digits of the number string after the prefix of the IP number is finished; otherwise, acquiring the first N bits of the number string, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising: the stored IP number prefix is updated.

A kind of intercom, this apparatus includes two subscriber identity module cards, the local number that two subscriber identity module cards correspond belongs to different operators separately, characterized by that, this apparatus also includes: the device comprises a first number segment corresponding relation establishing unit, a first obtaining unit, a first searching unit and a first selecting unit; wherein,
the first number segment corresponding relation establishing unit is used for establishing the corresponding relation between each number segment and the affiliated operator
The first obtaining unit is used for obtaining the number section of the called number;
the first searching unit is used for searching the operator to which the current called number belongs according to the corresponding relation;
the first selection unit selects the local number corresponding to the found operator to establish a call if the found operator is the same as any one of operators to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identification cards belong; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: and the first number segment corresponding relation updating unit is used for updating the corresponding relation between each number segment which is established in advance and the operator to which the number segment belongs.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first obtaining unit comprises: the device comprises a first IP number prefix storage subunit, a first input subunit and a first front N-bit acquisition subunit; wherein,
the first IP number prefix storage subunit is used for pre-storing each IP number prefix;
the first input subunit is used for receiving the input number string;
the first front N-bit obtaining subunit is configured to determine whether the first five bits of the input number string are the same as any one of the prefixes of the IP numbers, and if so, obtain the front N bits of the number string after the prefixes of the IP numbers are finished; otherwise, acquiring the first N bits of the number string, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first obtaining unit further comprises: and the first IP number prefix updating subunit is used for updating the stored IP number prefix.

A conversation method is applied to a mobile phone comprising two user identification cards, wherein local numbers corresponding to the two user identification cards belong to different network types respectively, and is characterized in that a corresponding relation between each number segment and the network type is established in advance, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a number segment of a current called party;
searching the network type of the current called number according to the corresponding relation;
if the found network type is the same as any one of the network types of the local numbers corresponding to the two user identification cards, establishing a call by adopting the local number corresponding to the found network type; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising: and updating the corresponding relation between each number segment and the type of the network which the number segment belongs to, which is established in advance.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the number segment is the first N bits of the number, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the step of obtaining the number field of the currently called number comprises:
pre-storing each IP number prefix;
inputting a current number string;
judging whether the first five digits of the input number string are the same as the prefix of any IP number, if so, acquiring the first N digits of the number string after the prefix of the IP number is finished; otherwise, acquiring the first N bits of the number string, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising: the stored IP number prefix is updated.

A kind of intercom, this apparatus includes two subscriber identity module cards, the local number that two subscriber identity module cards correspond belongs to different network types separately, characterized by that, this apparatus also includes: the second number segment corresponding relation establishing unit, a second obtaining unit, a second searching unit and a second selecting unit; wherein,
the second number segment corresponding relation establishing unit is used for establishing the corresponding relation between each number segment and the network type to which the number segment belongs
The second obtaining unit is used for obtaining the number section of the called number;
the second searching unit is used for searching the network type of the current called number according to the corresponding relation;
the second selection unit selects the local number corresponding to the found network type to establish a call if the found network type is the same as any one of the network types to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identity cards belong; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.

the second front N-bit obtaining subunit is configured to determine whether the front five bits of the input number string are the same as any one of the prefixes of the IP numbers, and if so, obtain the front N bits of the number string after the prefixes of the IP numbers are finished; otherwise, acquiring the first N bits of the number string, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.

selecting a communication mode;
according to the selected call mode, establishing a call according to a first call mode, or establishing a call according to a second call mode; wherein;
the first communication mode comprises the following steps:
acquiring a number segment of a current called number;
searching the operator of the current called number according to the corresponding relation;
if the found operator is the same as any one of operators to which the local numbers corresponding to the two subscriber identification cards belong, establishing a call by using the local number corresponding to the found operator; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call;
the second communication mode includes:
acquiring a number segment of a current called party;
searching the network type of the current called number according to the corresponding relation;
if the found network type is the same as any one of the network types of the local numbers corresponding to the two user identification cards, establishing a call by adopting the local number corresponding to the found network type; otherwise, selecting any one of the two local numbers to establish the call.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the first call mode further comprises: and updating the corresponding relation between each number segment and the operator to which the number segment belongs, which is established in advance.
21. The method according to claim 19, wherein in the first call mode, the number segment is the first N digits of a number, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
22. The method of claim 21, wherein in the first call mode, the method for obtaining the number field of the current called number comprises:
pre-storing each IP number prefix;

pre-storing each IP number prefix;
inputting a current number string;
judging whether the first five digits of the input number string are the same as the prefix of any IP number, if so, acquiring the first N digits of the number string after the prefix of the IP number is finished; otherwise, acquiring the first N bits of the number string, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3.
27. The method of claim 26, wherein in the second mode of communication, the method further comprises: the stored IP number prefix is updated.
