The water saving toilet according to claim 1, wherein: a small section of gap is arranged on the edge of the basin at the front side of the supporting basin so that the dirt in the supporting basin can flow out along the gap when the supporting basin is turned and inclined; the middle part of the basin bottom of the supporting basin is provided with an upward bulge, and the bulge gradually descends from the middle part to the periphery and smoothly transits to the basin bottom of the supporting basin.

The water saving toilet according to claim 2, wherein: the rear end of the support basin is provided with a first rotating shaft or a first shaft sleeve, the rear side outside the port at the bottom end of the bed pan is provided with a second shaft sleeve or a second rotating shaft, and the support basin is pivoted with the rear side outside the port at the bottom end of the bed pan through the mutual matching of the first rotating shaft or the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve or the second rotating shaft of the bed pan.
