Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a message playing method of scene 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Scene 1: user a has held a conference subscription for a multimedia conference in the IMS domain, with the current time being 9:30 am and the conference subscription time being 13:30 pm. The conference members comprise a user B, a user C and a user D, and the scheduled conference time is 1 hour. At 12 am, user B temporarily had something that was unavailable to attend the afternoon meeting, and he customized the meeting drafts he prepared to leave a message for distribution in the afternoon meeting.
The following is the release implementation flow and the concrete implementation steps of the user B video conference message:
step 101, user a creates a meeting place for reserving a meeting, the meeting number "sip: 111ims. com", the subject of the meeting "subject 1", and the meeting time is 1 hour. Conference start time 13:30, conference member list: users B, C and D, user a creates a reserved conference by sending sip message, the information of the conference is put in the sip message by xml file and packed in sdp way.
In step 102, the conference control server notifies B, C and D of the information related to the conference, where the notification may be by email, sms, or other possible means.
User B is notified of the provisional task at 12 o' clock and is unable to attend the afternoon meeting, step 103. User B records the video file of the content to be distributed at the conference through the terminal with the recorded video.
Step 104, uploading the video file and the related information of the file to a conference message server by the user B in a web mode, wherein the related information of the file comprises:
1. and the conference ID marks the conference corresponding to the video file.

If the conference ID exists and the user B is really a member of the conference (conference ID mark), the conference message server further queries a local user service database (through the ID of the user B), checks whether the user B opens the message service, rejects the uploading request of the user B if the user B does not open the message service, and stores the video file and the related information into the message database if the user B does not open the message service.
And step 106, when the reserved conference time is reached, the conference control server sends a conference invitation to each conference member, wherein the conference invitation comprises a conference message server (the conference control server defaults to use the conference message server as a virtual conference member), and the conference invitation is an sip request.
Step 107, the conference message server parses the received conference invitation request, wherein the related information of the conference is contained in the xml text of the SDP message of the sip message body. The conference message leaving server analyzes the ID of the conference by using the existing xml tool, analyzes whether the received conference ID is matched with the ID in the message leaving server, if so, takes the corresponding video message as the video message to be played, and if not, the step 108 is switched to.
Step 108, the conference message server searches the message according to the analyzed conference theme, if the message with similar and same theme exists, the message is sent as the alternative message,
at this time, the conference message server constructs a message play list, which includes messages customized by the conference members and messages matched with other user keywords and conference subjects, wherein the priority of the messages customized by the conference members is the highest.
In addition, the conference message server starts to rearrange the playing time of each message according to the following rules:
1. and ordering the messages customized by the user according to the time information in the message database.
2. The playing time of the subject message is randomly selected by the system after the user customizes the message.
Step 109, when the conference formally starts, the conference message server starts a timer, messages are played in sequence according to the starting time of playing the messages in the message playing list, if the message 1 is not played, the playing time of the message 2 is up, and the playing time of the message 2 is delayed.
The present embodiment integrates the solutions of the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, realizes the processing of the member messages and the subject messages, and provides a better playing order.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a message playing method of scene 2 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Scene 2: user a (conference controller), user B, user C, and user D are engaged in a 4-party video conference. User B sends a message request with a subscription keyword of "subject 1", and the subscription request is sent in sip message.
Step 201, the conference control server receives the subscription request of the user B, and according to the conference service configuration information of the user B, the step 203 is switched to when the user has the authority to subscribe the message, and the step 202 is switched to if the user does not have the authority.
In step 202, the conference control server sends a message to the user B that the subscription failed.
Step 203, the conference server sends a conference invitation to the videoconference message service, and the invitation information includes the keyword of the subscription message of the user B and the ID of the user B, and the keyword and the ID of the user B are placed in the xml text in the message body of the conference invitation sip message sdp.
Step 204, the conference message server parses out the keywords, and queries the database to see whether there is a related message, if not, go to step 205, and if so, go to step 206.
In step 205, the conference message server rejects the join conference request, and goes to step 202.
And step 206, the conference message server accepts the invitation of joining the conference, establishes a message play list of the user B according to the user ID of the marked user B, and randomly distributes the play time of each message in sequence.
Step 207, the conference message server sends the message to the conference media server.
And step 208, the conference media server mixes the messages and the conference media and then sends the mixed messages and the mixed media to each conference member.
The present embodiment integrates the solutions of the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, realizes the processing of the member messages and the subject messages, and provides a better playing order.
