Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种附接至模块化变速器组件的变速器壳体的电机模块。
背景技术
变速器组件可包括装配在变速器壳体内的一个或多个电机。电机可进一步包括转子和定子。这些变速器组件通常被一件一件地装配在变速器壳体内。这意味着独立地将电机的转子和定子插入变速器壳体内。然后测试已完全装配好的变速器组件,以确保变速器组件-包括每个电机都正常地运转。
发明内容
电机模块构造成从内部附接至模块化变速器组件的变速器壳体。该电机模块包括电机和支撑结构。电机构造成绕中心轴线旋转并且在第一端与第二端之间延伸。支撑结构操作性地连接至电机,使得支撑结构至少部分地支撑电机。支撑结构至少部分地延伸穿过电机的第二端。支撑结构构造成从内部附接至变速器壳体。
模块化变速器组件包括变速器壳体和电机模块。变速器壳体限定中空内部。电机模块包括电机、后定子壳体、和轴承座。电机构造成绕中心轴线旋转。后定子壳体绕中心轴线径向地环绕电机。轴承座径向地环绕中心轴线。在后定子壳体与轴承座之间限定有接合部,使得该后定子壳体与轴承座得以操作性地连接。后定子壳体构造成操作性地从内部附接至变速器壳体,使得电机模块至少部分地由变速器壳体支撑。
用于模块化变速器组件的电机模块包括后转子、后定子、后定子壳体、和轴承座。后转子构造成绕中心轴线旋转。后定子绕后转子和中心轴线径向地延伸。后定子壳体绕中心轴线径向地环绕后定子。轴承座径向地环绕中心轴线。后转子径向地环绕后轴承座。在后定子壳体与轴承座之间限定有接合部,使得该后定子壳体与轴承座得以操作性地连接。轴承座具有连接区域,该连接区域构造成从内部附接至模块化变速器组件内的安装凸缘。
通过将电机模块装配成从内部附接至模块化变速器组件的单个部件,需要装配在变速器壳体内并附接至该变速器壳体的独立部件的数量得以减少。另外,可在将电机模块装配到变速器组件中之前对电机模块进行试验台测试,以确保电机模块正常运行。这可减少装配模块化变速器组件所用的时间量。如果其中一个模块不能正常运转,则这可以防止不得不拆开已装配好的模块化变速器。另外,通过将电机模块装配成单个模块,可防止金属切屑和其它类型的污染物进入已装配好的模块化变速器。当将电机模块直接附接至变速器壳体内的安装凸缘时,能够提供附加的壳体刚度,以减小壳体振动以及由此向外辐射的噪音。将电机模块的端部附接至安装凸缘消除了对径向连接耳的需求,同时允许变速器壳体内的电机模块的电机直径尺寸最大化。
当结合附图时,本发明的上述以及其它特征和优点将通过下面对用于实施本发明的最佳模式的详细描述而变得清楚。

具体实施方式
参考附图,其中相同的附图标记指代相同的部件,图1示出了用于连接至车辆(未示出)的发动机(未示出)的模块化变速器组件10。模块化变速器组件10包括变速器壳体12,变速器壳体12限定在前端16与后端18之间沿中心轴线C延伸的中空内部14。变速器壳体12的前端16通常对应于从发动机到模块化变速器组件10的输入端(未示出)。变速器壳体12的后端18对应于从模块化变速器组件10到车辆的驱动轮(未示出)的输出端。
如图1和2所示,电机模块20设置在变速器壳体12中,并操作性地连接至变速器壳体12。主轴24沿中心轴线C设置,以便绕中心轴线C旋转。电机模块20径向地环绕主轴24。前部电机定子组件26设置在变速器壳体12中。前部电机定子组件26径向地环绕主轴24。内部模块22沿中心轴线C轴向地设置在电机模块20与前部电机定子组件26之间。如图1和4所示,输入模块28连接至变速器壳体12的前端16。前部电机定子组件26沿中心轴线C轴向地设置在内部模块22与输入模块28之间。
参考图1,电机模块20在第一端30与第二端32之间延伸。电机模块20包括电机36。电机36可以是电动机或本领域技术人员所知的任何其它电机。电机36可包括多个永磁体38。电机36可包括后定子40。电机36还可包括后转子42,后转子42用于相对于后定子40绕中心轴线C旋转。后定子40限定中心开口43,中心轴线C延伸穿过该中心开口43。后转子42可设置在中心开口43中,使得后定子40径向地环绕后转子42。
电机模块20包括支撑结构33,支撑结构33操作性地连接至电机36,使得支撑结构33至少部分地支撑电机36。支撑结构33至少部分地延伸穿过电机36的第二端32。如下面将更详细地解释的,支撑结构33构造成从内部附接至变速器壳体12。支撑结构33可包括后定子壳体44和轴承座46。后定子壳体44径向地环绕电机36。更具体而言,后定子壳体44径向地环绕后定子40,使得后定子40操作性地连接至后定子壳体44。轴承座46绕中心轴线C径向地环绕主轴24。轴承座46由电机36径向地环绕。更具体而言,轴承座46由后转子42径向地环绕。后定子壳体44与轴承座46沿中心轴线C轴向地延伸,并且在邻近电机模块20的第二端32的位置至少部分地绕电机36的端部48延伸。
后定子壳体44与轴承座46共同跨过电机36的端部48连接到一起,并且在该后定子壳体44与轴承座46之间限定出接合部50。可通过焊接、紧固等方式形成接合部50。因此,通过结合后定子壳体44与轴承座46,后定子壳体44与轴承座46提供整体结构,以便在其中容纳并支撑电机36的所有部件。轴承座46的连接将电机模块20保持在变速器壳体12内。在电机模块20的第二端32处的轴承座46中限制有连接区域52。连接区域52可限定孔53A,孔53A构造成通过至少一个紧固件55A将作为单体单元的电机模块20连接至变速器壳体12的安装凸缘54。更具体而言,安装凸缘54可限定孔53B。因此,紧固件55A延伸穿过孔53A、53B中的每个孔,并螺纹接合孔53A、53B中的至少一个孔,以便将电机模块20固定至变速器壳体12的安装凸缘54。然而,应意识到的是,本发明不局限于在连接区域52处使用紧固件55A,也可使用如本领域技术人员所知的任何其它连接器。另外,连接区域52可用于在装配至变速器壳体12之前将电机模块20安装在试验台(未示出)上,以检验设置在电机模块20内的电机36是否正常运转。
另外,在后转子42与轴承座46之间可径向地设置有转子支撑51。后转子42可操作性地连接至转子支撑51。在所述转子支撑51和轴承座46中的每个之间径向地设置有至少一个轴承47。轴承47有助于后转子42和转子支撑51相对于轴承座46、后定子40、以及后定子壳体44中的每个绕中心轴线C的旋转。
为了装配模块化变速器组件10,将电机模块20定向成使得第二端18相对于地面大体上面向上。可将变速器壳体12的前端16定向成使得该前端16相对于地面大体上面向下,并且变速器壳体12的前端16滑过电机模块20的第二端32。因此,在变速器壳体12滑过电机20之后,电机模块20的第一端30面对变速器壳体12的前端16,而电机模块20的第二端32面对变速器壳体12的后端18。在变速器壳体12的前端16相对于地面大体上面向下的同时,变速器壳体12的后端18相对于地面大体上面向上。然后可经由变速器壳体12的后端18将至少一个紧固件55A插入穿过变速器壳体12的安装凸缘54和电机模块20的第二端32,从而将电机模块20固定至变速器壳体12。可绕变速器壳体12附连紧固件55A,以形成螺栓圆或任何其它图案,以便将电机模块20充分地固定至变速器壳体12。如上所述,紧固件55A将延伸穿过电机模块20的轴承座46。然后,可借助一个或多个紧固件55A将电机模块20附连至变速器壳体12内的安装凸缘54。
可沿中心轴线C将主轴24插入变速器壳体12的前端16,使得主轴24延伸穿过电机模块20。

Claims (18)
1.一种从内部附接至模块化变速器组件的变速器壳体的电机模块,所述电机模块包括:
电机,其构造成绕中心轴线旋转并且在第一端与第二端之间延伸;以及
支撑结构,其操作性地连接至所述电机,使得所述支撑结构至少部分地支撑所述电机;
其中,所述支撑结构至少部分地封闭所述电机的所述第二端;
其中,所述支撑结构构造成从内部附接至所述变速器壳体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机模块,其中,所述电机包括后定子和后转子,所述后转子构造成相对于所述后定子绕所述中心轴线旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电机模块,其中,所述后定子限定中心开口,并且所述中心轴线延伸穿过所述中心开口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电机模块,其中,所述后定子设置在所述中心开口中,使得所述后定子径向地环绕所述后转子。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电机模块,其中,所述支撑结构包括:
后定子壳体,其径向地环绕所述后定子;
轴承座,其至少部分地设置在所述中心开口中,使得所述轴承座至少部分地由所述后转子径向地环绕。
其中,所述后定子壳体与所述轴承座中的每个至少部分地封闭所述电机的所述第二端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电机模块,其中,所述支撑结构还包括在邻近所述第二端的位置限定在所述后定子壳体与所述轴承座之间的接合部,以至少部分地支撑所述后定子与所述后转子中的每个。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电机模块,其中,所述轴承座构造成连接至所述变速器壳体,使得所述电机至少部分地由所述变速器壳体支撑。
8.根据权利要求5所述的电机模块,还包括径向地设置在所述后转子与所述轴承座之间的转子支撑,其中,所述后转子操作性地连接至所述转子支撑。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电机模块,还包括径向地设置在所述转子支撑和所述轴承座中的每个之间的至少一个轴承,以便有助于所述后转子与所述转子支撑相对于所述轴承座、所述后定子、和所述后定子壳体中的每个绕所述中心轴线的旋转。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电机模块,其中,所述电机限定中心开口,并且所述中心轴线延伸穿过所述中心开口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电机模块,其中,所述支撑结构至少部分地延伸到所述中心开口内。
12.一种模块化变速器组件,包括:
变速器壳体,其限定中空内部;以及
电机模块,其包括:
电机,其构造成绕中心轴线旋转,
后定子壳体,其绕所述中心轴线径向地环绕所述电机,
轴承座,其径向地环绕所述中心轴线,
其中,在所述后定子壳体与所述轴承座之间限定有接合部,使得所述后定子壳体与所述轴承座得以操作性地连接;
其中,所述后定子壳体构造成操作性地从内部附接至所述变速器壳体,使得所述电机模块至少部分地由所述变速器壳体支撑。
13.根据权利要求12所述的模块化变速器组件,其中,所述变速器壳体包括延伸到所述中空内部中的安装凸缘,并且所述后定子壳体构造成操作性地从内部附接至所述安装凸缘,使得所述电机模块至少部分地由所述安装凸缘支撑。
14.根据权利要求13所述的模块化变速器组件,其中,所述后定子壳体具有连接区域,所述连接区域构造成从内部附接至所述安装凸缘。
15.根据权利要求14所述的模块化变速器组件,其中,所述后定子壳体与所述安装凸缘中的每个都限定有孔,所述孔构造成用于将所述电机模块从内部附接至所述安装凸缘。
16.根据权利要求15所述的模块化变速器组件,还包括紧固件,所述紧固件构造成延伸穿过所述后定子壳体与所述安装凸缘中的每个的所述孔,使得所述电机模块至少部分地由所述安装凸缘支撑。
17.一种用于模块化变速器组件的电机模块,所述电机模块包括:
后转子,其构造成绕中心轴线旋转;
后定子,其绕所述后转子和所述中心轴线径向地延伸;
后定子壳体,其绕所述中心轴线径向地环绕所述后定子;以及
轴承座,其径向地环绕所述中心轴线;
其中,所述后转子径向地环绕所述后轴承座;
其中,在所述后定子壳体与所述轴承座之间限定有接合部,使得所述后定子壳体与所述轴承座得以操作性地连接;
其中,所述轴承座具有连接区域,所述连接区域构造成从内部附接至所述模块化变速器组件内的安装凸缘。
18.根据权利要求13所述的电机模块,其中,所述连接区域限定有至少一个孔,所述至少一个孔构造成从内部附接至所述模块化变速器组件内的安装凸缘。
