Abstract
本发明涉及将有益添加剂释放至载污体的含油淀粉颗粒。具体来说,本发明提供含油淀粉颗粒,所述颗粒包含:(a)形成所述颗粒有效基体的淀粉;(b)油,所述油与载污体接触时能为载污体提供有益添加剂,所述载污体选自织物、硬表面、毛发和皮肤;和(c)有效量的限定有机化合物,该化合物用于抑制所述油迁移至所述淀粉颗粒表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及含油淀粉颗粒,该颗粒含形成所述颗粒基体的淀粉、油和抑制油迁移至淀粉颗粒表面的限定结构化合物。更特别是,本发明涉及含油淀粉颗粒,当该淀粉颗粒与载污体如织物、硬表面、毛发和皮肤接触时,能将有益添加剂释放至这些载污体上。
背景技术
本领域众所周知的是,向液体洗涤剂组合物中加入香料,可赋予该洗涤剂组合物令人愉快的香味或芳香。当使用洗涤剂组合物时,芳香的存在为消费者提供美学益处,且一般作为洗涤织物时的清新和清洁信号,其含令人愉快的香味。然而,尽管洗涤剂组合物本身增强了芳香,但是在洗涤期间只有相对较少的香料芳香被赋予给织物。这主要是因为在水洗和冲洗的洗涤期间,液体组合物中的香料成分迅速被分散和稀释。因此,在洗涤期间,只有相对有限量的香料可与织物接触,大部分香料随洗涤溶液从洗衣机排出。所以,本领域仍需要提高从洗涤剂组合物中释放香料至洗过织物的效力,以及增加此类芳香在织物上的持续时间。
同样地,本领域需要以有益添加剂将除香料外的油有效释放至载污体如硬表面、毛发和皮肤上,从而相对于将这种有益添加剂提供给载污体的常规方法,显著增加了此类油在载污体上的持续时间。
发明内容
本发明提供含油淀粉颗粒,所述颗粒包含:
(a)淀粉,所述淀粉以形成所述颗粒有效基体的量存在;
(b)油,所述油与载污体接触后,能为该载污体提供有益添加剂,所述载污体选自织物、硬表面、毛发和皮肤;和
(c)有效量的有机化合物,该化合物用于抑制所述油迁移至所述淀粉颗粒表面,所述化合物用以下结构表示:

按照本发明的方法方面,提供洗涤织物的方法,该方法包括使此类织物与有效量的本文所述含油淀粉颗粒接触的步骤。
也提供制备含油淀粉颗粒的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(a)使淀粉分散在水中,形成淀粉浆;
(b)使有效量的有机化合物如含双(烷基酰氨基乙基)-2-聚乙氧基胺的酰氨基胺熔化,形成酰氨基胺熔化物;
(c)向步骤(b)的有机化合物熔化物或酰氨基胺熔化物中加入香精油(fragrance oil),形成酰氨基胺的香精油溶液;
(d)向步骤(a)的淀粉浆中加入步骤(c)的溶液;
(e)通过混合将所得浆状物匀化,形成均一的混合物;和
(f)将所述均匀混合物喷雾干燥,形成含油淀粉颗粒。
用于本发明的油可为在约10℃至90℃之间为液体,并且能够向织物、硬表面、毛发或皮肤提供有益添加剂的任何油。为了洗涤应用,优选的油为香料,本文使用的术语“香料”指能够提供给织物令人愉快芳香的含香物质,包括洗涤剂组合物中通常用于抵消这些组合物中的恶臭和/或为其提供令人愉快芳香的常规物质。尽管固体香料也有用,但是香料优选于环境温度下为液体状态。期望本文中使用的香料包括如醛类、酮类、酯类等物质,通常用它们赋予液体和粒状洗涤剂组合物令人愉快的芳香。天然存在的植物油和动物油通常也用作香料的组分。因此,用于本发明的香料可具有相对简单的组合物或可包含天然和合成化学组分的复杂混合物,当应用至织物时它们都会提供令人愉快的气味或芳香。洗涤剂组合物中通常选用的香料符合气味、稳定性、价格和商业实用性的正常要求。本文常用的术语“香料”表示香料本身,而不是这种香料赋予的香味。
可用于本文,将有益添加剂提供给一种或多种上述织物、硬表面、毛发和皮肤载污体的其他油,包括维生素如维生素E(生育酚酯类)、改性和未改性的硅油、表面活性剂、织物软化剂、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯等。这些油可单独使用或以所提及油的任何组合使用。
发明详述
适用于本发明淀粉颗粒的淀粉可由生淀粉(raw starch)或改性淀粉制备,改性淀粉源自块茎植物、豆科植物、谷类作物和谷物,如玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、米淀粉、蜡质种玉米淀粉、燕麦淀粉、木薯淀粉、蜡质大麦淀粉、蜡质米淀粉、甜米淀粉、amoica、马铃薯淀粉、木薯粉淀粉、燕麦淀粉、木薯淀粉及其混合物。
适合使用的改性淀粉包括水解淀粉、酸稀释淀粉、长链烃的淀粉酯、淀粉乙酸酯、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯及其混合物。
术语“水解淀粉”指低聚糖类型的物质,如玉米淀粉、麦芽糖糊精和玉米糖浆固体。
用于抑制油迁移至颗粒表面的有机化合物优选为具有下式的酰氨基胺:
其中R1=C12-C30烷基或烯基,
R2=R1CONH(CH2)m,

在更优选的式(I)软化化合物中,

在上式中,R1和R2各自独立为具有12-30个碳原子,优选16-22个碳原子的长链烷基或烯基,如十二烷基、十二碳烯基、十八烷基、十八烯基。R1和R2一般衍生自含脂肪酸或脂肪酸混合物的天然油,如椰子油、棕榈油、牛油、菜油和鱼油。也可使用化学合成的脂肪酸。优选饱和的脂肪酸或脂肪酸混合物,尤其优选氢化牛油(H-牛油)酸(也称为硬牛油)。R1和R2通常并优选衍生自相同的脂肪酸或脂肪酸混合物。
R3表示(CH2CH2O)pH、CH3或H,或其混合物也可存在。当R3表示优选的(CH2CH2O)pH基团时,p为表示平均乙氧基化度的正数,优选为1-10,尤其是1.5-6,最优选约2-4如2.5,n和m各自为1-5的整数,优选为2-4,尤其是2。其中R3表示优选的(CH2CH2O)pH基团的式(I)化合物,在本文中泛指乙氧基化的酰氨基胺,术语“羟乙基”也用于描述(CH2CH2O)pH基团。
本发明的洗涤用洗涤剂组合物可包含一种表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物,所述表面活性剂选自阴离子和非离子型表面活性剂。
任何合适的洗涤剂用非离子化合物可用作本发明洗涤用洗涤剂组合物中的表面活性剂,在John W.McCutcheon的Detergents and Emulsifiers(洗涤剂和乳化剂)的各年刊中描述了其许多成员。这些文献给出在美国上市的商业非离子型洗涤剂的化学式和商品名,在本发明组合物中基本上可采用所有这些洗涤剂。然而,高度优选这些非离子型洗涤剂为环氧乙烷和高级脂肪醇的缩合产物(尽管也可采用高级脂肪酸和烷基[辛基、壬基和异辛基]酚代替高级脂肪醇)。这些醇和所得缩合产物的高级脂族部分如烷基通常为10-18个碳原子的直链,优选10-16个碳原子,更优选12-15个碳原子,有时最优选12-14个碳原子。因为这些脂肪醇通常仅以混合物的形式买到,所以给出的碳原子数目必然为平均值,但在一些情况中,碳原子的数目范围可为所采用醇和相应烷基的实际限度。
非离子型洗涤剂的环氧乙烷(EtO)含量通常在每摩尔高级脂肪醇3-15摩尔EtO的范围,尽管可存在多达20摩尔EtO。该EtO含量优选为每摩尔高级脂肪醇(和每摩尔非离子型洗涤剂)3-10摩尔,更优选为6-7摩尔,如6.5或7摩尔。与高级脂肪醇一样,给出聚乙氧基化物的限度也限定在缩合产物中所存在EtO基团数目的平均值。合适的非离子型洗涤剂实例包括由壳牌化学公司(Shell ChemicalCompany)以商标销售的那些洗涤剂,包括Neodol 25-7、Neodol 23-6.5和Neodol 25-3。
其他有用的非离子型洗涤剂用化合物包括本领域熟知并广泛描述的烷基聚苷和烷基多糖表面活性剂。
洗涤剂组合物可包含直链烷基苯磺酸盐的阴离子型表面活性剂,其中烷基在直链或支链中含约10-16个碳原子,优选12-15个碳原子。合适的合成阴离子型表面活性剂的实例为烷基(C4-C20)苯磺酸钠和烷基(C4-C20)苯磺酸钾,尤其是直链的仲烷基(C10-C15)苯磺酸钠。
任选包含在本发明液体洗涤剂组合物中的其他合适的阴离子型洗涤剂为式RO(C2H4O)mSO3M的硫酸酯化乙氧基化的高级脂肪醇,其中R为10-18个碳原子的脂族烷基,m为2-6(优选值为R中碳原子数目的约1/5至1/2),并且M为增溶成盐阳离子如碱金属、铵或高级烷基苯磺酸盐,其中高级烷基有10-15个碳原子。聚乙氧基化的高级烷醇硫酸盐(酯)中的环氧乙烷比例通常为每摩尔阴离子型洗涤剂1-11摩尔环氧乙烷基团,优选2-5摩尔环氧乙烷基团,最优选3摩尔,尤其当高级烷醇有11-15个碳原子时。
最高度优选的水溶性阴离子型洗涤剂用化合物为高级烷基苯磺酸和高级烷基硫酸的铵和取代铵(如一、二和三乙醇胺)、碱金属(如钠和钾)以及碱土金属(如钙和镁)盐。
助洗剂(builder)物质为本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物的必要组分。尤其为约2%至约15%碱金属碳酸盐如碳酸钠,优选约3%至约10%(重量)。
量为约5%至约30%(重量)的磷酸盐助洗剂,尤其是多磷酸碱金属(钠)盐为本发明液体洗涤剂组合物的必需组分。这些多磷酸盐助洗剂的量优选为约8%至约20%。
合适的含磷无机去垢助洗剂的实例包括水溶性盐,尤其是焦磷酸碱金属盐、正磷酸碱金属盐和多磷酸碱金属盐。无机磷酸盐助洗剂的具体实例包括三聚磷酸、磷酸和六偏磷酸的钠和钾盐。
通常水化的A型沸石硅铝酸盐助洗剂可任选包含在本发明组合物中。水化沸石X和Y也可有用,如可起洗涤剂助洗剂作用的可以是天然存在的沸石。在各种A型沸石产品中,通常优选4A型沸石,4A型沸石为其中孔尺寸为约4埃的沸石分子。本领域熟知这类沸石且在本领域中如美国专利3,114,603描述了其制备方法。
沸石助洗剂一般具有式:
(Na2O)x·(Al2O3)y·(SiO2)z·w H2O
其中x为1,y为0.8-1.2,优选为约1,z为1.5-3.5,优选2或3或约2,且w为0-9,优选2.5-6。本文可采用的晶型沸石包括1974年John Wiley&Sons出版,Donald Breck的“Zeolite Molecular Series(沸石分子系列)”中描述的那些,文中第747-749页表9.6中列出的沸石一般可买到,该表通过引用结合到本文中。
沸石助洗剂应为单价阳离子交换沸石,即应为单价阳离子如钠、钾、锂(当可用时)或其他碱金属或铵的硅铝酸盐。最优选具有碱金属阳离子尤其是钠的沸石,如上述式中所示。所采用沸石的特征为具有高的钙离子交换容量,通常基于无水沸石计,每克硅铝酸盐约200-400或更多毫克当量的碳酸钙硬度,例如优选250-350mg/g。沸石优选的量为约8%至约20%。
其他组分可存在于洗涤剂组合物中以改善特性,在一些情况中起稀释剂或填充剂作用。示例性合适助剂为进一步促进从洗涤或硬表面清除某些难除去污渍的酶。在酶中,蛋白水解酶和淀粉水解酶最有用。当需要泡沫时,其他有用的助剂为发泡剂如月桂酸豆蔻酸二乙醇酰胺,当需要消泡时其他有用的助剂为消泡剂如聚二甲基硅氧烷流体。也有用的为聚合物、抗再沉积剂、漂白剂、荧光增白剂如1,2-二苯乙烯增白剂、着色剂如染料和颜料以及香料。
分析方法
1.干织物的热SPME顶空分析
固相微量萃取(SPME;Almirall,J.R.;Furton,K.G.In Solid PhaseMicroextraction;A Practical Guide;Scheppers-Wercinski,S编著;MarcelDekker;New York,1999,pp.203-216)为无溶剂萃取技术,通过该技术将被分析物从基体(如织物)萃取至涂覆在熔融石英纤维上的聚合物或其他相中。SPME与气相色谱(GC)联合用于解吸和分析被分析物。
材料:
1.带离子阱质谱检测器和SPME 0.75mm ID入口衬垫(inlet liner)的气相色谱仪。
(配有Combi Pal自动进样器的Varian GC 3800/Saturn 2000)
2.GC柱:CP-SIL-8CB-MS,30m×0.25mm×0.25μm。
3.SPME纤维:100微米聚二甲基硅氧烷(Supelco 57300-U(手动)或57301(自动))。

2.绒毛巾的解吸方法
为评价所有样品,准备24条新的绒布手巾(86%棉,14%聚酯),置于配超大底座的17加仑顶装式洗衣机中,设定为热洗(120°F),用自来水洗涤。所有洗涤采用不含Mexican Viva 2粉状洗涤剂的100g香料的两个洗涤周期,仅用水的一个洗涤周期,另外开启冲洗开关。在所有三个洗涤周期结束之后,将毛巾在电动干衣机中干燥并平放储存。在每次使用之间,试验使用的所有织物压载物(ballast)用与毛巾相同的方法处理。

淀粉颗粒
采用Capsul淀粉(从National Starch购买的产品)制备淀粉/AA.颗粒。Capsul为糊精化的蜡质玉米淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯。降解淀粉的糊精化处理是Capsul淀粉与其他类型淀粉的不同之处。用以下方法制备淀粉/AA颗粒:在使用No.1L型GREERCO混合器时间至少一天前,用水预混合33%Capsul淀粉。使空气排出。从中取出所需量并加入香精油和熔融的酰氨基胺混合物,使用L4R型Silverson混合器使其匀化。将这些混合物倾至Armfield FT80Tall Form喷雾干燥器中,于190℃用0.5-1.0巴的雾化压力喷雾干燥。
淀粉颗粒组合物(显示的量为重量百分比)如下(表2)所示,用它制备表4中所示组合物:

淀粉/AA颗粒的表面含油量及与淀粉/二氧化硅的性能比较
研究显示疏水性添加剂AA使干淀粉囊表面的香料(Dinasty香料)量从1.24%(不含AA)显著减少至0.02%(表3)。与AA比较,另一项研究显示疏水性改性的二氧化硅(二氧化硅气凝胶(Aerosil)R974;先有技术优选的添加剂,专利申请WO 01/05926)没有将表面油量减少至如酰氨基胺相同的程度(表3)。二氧化硅气凝胶将淀粉颗粒的表面油(Dinasty 香料)量从0.85%(不含二氧化硅气凝胶)减少至0.77%(含二氧化硅气凝胶)。于室温、大气压下用己烷萃取封囊化颗粒,接着用气相色谱测量表面的油。己烷仅萃取颗粒表面上的香精油,不萃取颗粒内封囊化的油。

46.1g织物负载(将1/2的解吸绒布毛巾剪切成小片,置于1个斗中)
使用3g/L洗涤剂
25℃温度
100ppm的水硬度
上述Terg洗涤进行两次。从各斗准备两个样品(来自相同的样品)供SPME分析。该方法我们将进行四次重复。

Claims (4)
1.一种含油淀粉颗粒,所述颗粒包含:
(a)淀粉,所述淀粉以形成所述颗粒的有效基体的量存在;
(b)油,所述油与载污体接触时能为该载污体提供有益添加剂,所述载污体选自织物、硬表面、毛发和皮肤;和
(c)有效量的季铵化合物,该化合物抑制所述油迁移至所述淀粉颗粒表面,所述化合物用以下结构表示:
其中R1和R2各自独立为H或:
(a)具有式-(CH2)eR3的C1-C22亚烷基羧基部分,其中R3为-NHCOR4;或-OCOR4;或-NR5COR4;且其中R4和R5各自独立为C1-C22烷基或烯基;且e为1-22的整数;或
(b)C1-C22的直链或支链烷基;或
(c)C1-C22的直链或支链烯基;或
(d)C2-C22的取代或未取代亚烷基氧基;或
(e)C3-C22的取代或未取代亚烷基氧基烷基;或
(f)C6-C22的取代或未取代芳氧基;或
(g)C7-C22的取代或未取代亚烷基芳基;或
(h)C7-C22的取代或未取代亚烷基氧基芳基;或
(i)C7-C22的氧基亚烷基芳基;或
(j)具有下式的阴离子单元
-(CH2)yR6
其中R6为-SO3M、-OSO3M、-PO3M、-OPO3M、Cl或其混合物,其中M为氢、或足以满足电荷平衡的一种或多种成盐阳离子或其混合物;y为1至22的整数;和
(k)包含(a)至(j)中至少两种的混合物;并且
q为0至22的整数;m为0至22的整数;Q为(CH2)m或(CH2CHR7O);R7独立为氢、甲基、乙基、丙基或苄基;B为H或OH;Y为N;R8为H或C1-C4烷基;Z-为抗衡阴离子,且为氯离子或硫酸甲酯。
2.一种制备权利要求1的含油淀粉颗粒的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)使淀粉分散在水中,形成淀粉浆;
(b)使有效量的季铵化合物熔化,形成季铵化合物熔化物;
(c)向步骤(b)的季铵化合物熔化物中加入香精油,形成季铵化合物的香精油溶液;
(d)向步骤(a)的淀粉浆中加入步骤(c)的溶液;
(e)通过混合使所得浆状物匀化,形成均一的混合物;和
(f)将所述均一混合物喷雾干燥,形成含油淀粉颗粒。
3.一种洗涤织物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)形成水性溶液,该水性溶液含有效量的权利要求1的含油淀粉颗粒;和
(b)将待洗涤的织物与(a)的水性溶液接触。
4.一种洗涤用洗涤剂组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)至少一种表面活性剂;和
(b)有效量的权利要求1的含油淀粉颗粒。
