Abstract

本发明涉及吡虫啉草酸盐可溶性粉剂的加工方法。吡虫啉在国内一般被加工成可湿粉、颗粒剂、液剂和种衣剂使用。鉴于吡虫啉的分子结构及其理化性质,将吡虫啉与草酸按质量比10~20∶88~78混合制备吡虫啉草酸盐可溶性粉剂,以提高其穿透昆虫体壁的速度和杀虫效力,并以此为基础消除蚜虫、粉虱、飞虱等刺戏式口器害虫已经产生的抗药性。同时也达到了简化吡虫啉等氯化烟碱类杀虫剂加工工艺的目的,为其他氯化烟碱类杀虫剂的加工工艺的改进提供有效的途径。

一种制备吡虫啉可溶性粉剂(SP)的方法
技术领域:农药剂型加工
背景技术:吡虫啉属于新一代氯代烟碱类杀虫剂,作用于烟酸乙酰胆碱受体,干扰害虫运动神经系统使化学信号传递失灵,无交互抗性。主要用于防治刺吸式口器害虫及其抗性品系。并有触杀、胃毒和内吸多重药效。吡虫啉具有生物活性高、击倒迅速、持效期长、环境相融性好等特点,是继拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂后又一类优秀杀虫剂的代表品种。吡虫啉在国内一般被加工成可湿粉、颗粒剂、液剂和种衣剂使用。生产实践表明,可溶性粉剂具有更好的储藏稳定性,更优异的分散性和更高的生物活性。
发明内容:本发明采用草酸与吡虫啉成盐的途径将后者制备成可溶性粉剂,不仅提升了吡虫啉的使用性能,同时对靶标害虫显示了更快的体壁穿透和击倒性能,对已经产生抗性的害虫仍然保持高生物活性。此外本技术尚有加工方法简单、产品使用方便的特点。该项技术同时适用于同类杀虫剂产品的可溶性粉剂的制备之用。
具体实施方式:吡虫啉原粉10%~20%(按100%计)加入脱水草酸88%~78%及2%NNO(奈磺酸盐甲醛缩合物)混合,充分混匀后用气流粉碎机粉碎至25μm。

Claims (2)

  1. 本项技术旨在通过氯化烟碱类杀虫剂吡虫啉与草酸成盐的方式制备吡虫啉的可溶性粉剂,从而提高吡虫啉的使用性能及生物活性,提高其穿透昆虫体壁的速度和击倒能力,并以此消除刺吸式口器昆虫已经产生的抗药性。
