Abstract

背景技术
众所周知,灌注(priming)活塞往复泵用于泵送高粘度流体,如密封剂和粘合剂。此类泵通常具有约0.020英寸的活塞引导件与活塞之间的金属到金属的间隙。大的缝隙容许活塞引导件和活塞座左右摇摆,且不均匀和过早地磨损,同时这种磨损会增大缝隙,这继而又导致更大的磨损。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种灌注活塞泵,其减小活塞密封件的磨损,延长活塞密封件的使用寿命,以及减小活塞引导件中的磨损。
该活塞引导件设有位于引导件的上端(在正常方向上)的内径中的轴承构件。轴承由25%的碳填充的PTFE形成,且可不用工具而安装到上述ID中。此类轴承容许在轴承与活塞之间使用可以忽略的间隙,从而使得如所期望地减小磨损。

具体实施方式

Claims (2)

1.一种灌注活塞往复泵(10),包括:
杆件(12);
活塞(16);
环绕所述活塞(16)的活塞引导件(14),所述引导件(14)具有内径、外径、下端和上端,所述下端是所述引导件(14)的远离所述杆件(12)的端部,所述上端是所述引导件(14)的靠近所述杆件(12)的端部;
活塞密封件(24),位于所述引导件(14)的下端的外径上,
其特征在于包括位于所述引导件(14)的上端的所述内径中的轴承构件(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵(10),其中所述轴承构件(22)由25%的碳填充的PTFE形成。
