Abstract

本发明公开一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体、一手写笔及一卡持组件,该壳体上设有一装配部及开设有一笔槽,该手写笔安装于笔槽内;该卡持组件包括一弹性件及一卡持件,该弹性件安装于卡持件与壳体之间,该卡持件转动地安装于装配部并弹性地卡持于手写笔上。本发明的便携式电子装置通过卡持件弹性地卡持于手写笔上,卡固可靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种便携式电子装置,尤其是关于一种具有手写笔的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置已逐渐成为人们进行信息管理的重要工具,特别是触控技术的进步及广泛应用,越来越多的便携式电子装置设置了手写笔以方便使用者快速地输入信息。为使手写笔便于取放,一般是在便携式电子便携式电子装置的壳体侧壁设置笔槽,依靠手写笔与笔槽之间的摩擦力防止手写笔自笔槽中松脱。上述结构比较简单,但是其存在摩擦保持力不稳定的技术缺陷,即开始时摩擦力比较大,随着使用次数的增加,手写笔及笔槽磨损,造成间隙增大,如遇震动或倒置,手写笔易从笔槽中脱落。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种卡固可靠,使用寿命长的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体、一手写笔及一卡持组件,该壳体上设有一装配部及开有一笔槽,该手写笔安装于笔槽内,其该卡持组件包括一弹性件及一卡持件,该弹性件安装于卡持件与壳体之间,该卡持件转动地安装于装配部并弹性地卡持于手写笔上。
相较现有技术,本发明的卡持组件通过卡持件弹性地卡持于手写笔上,卡固可靠,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
本发明的便携式电子装置,在本实施例中,以移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1,本发明的移动电话100包括一壳体10、一盖体30、一手写笔50及一卡持组件70,该盖体30可滑动地安装于壳体10上,该手写笔50上凹设有一沟槽51,该手写笔50安装于壳体10内,所述卡持组件70弹性卡持于沟槽51上。
请结合参阅图2及图3,该壳体10上开有一笔槽11及设有一与笔槽11相连的装配部13,该笔槽11用于容置手写笔50,该装配部13用于安装卡持组件70。该装配部13包括一容置槽131、一开口133、一定位柱135及一抵持块137,该开口133与容置槽131相贯通,该容置槽131与笔槽11相平行。该容置槽131截面形状大致呈矩形,该开口133截面形状大致呈梯形,其与容置槽131相连通的一端尺寸较大,另一端与壳体10的侧壁相贯通。该定位柱135大致为圆柱状,其垂直凸设于容置槽131的底壁上,该抵持块137大致为棱柱状,其垂直凸设于开口133的底壁上。
该卡持组件70包括一卡持件71及一弹性件73。该卡持件71包括一基体711,该基体711的一端垂直凸设一突起7111,另一端相对突起7111延伸有一抵持部7113。该突起7111用以与手写笔50的沟槽51相配合。该抵持部7113与基体711相交一定角度,在本实施例中,该基体711与抵持部7113之间的夹角为钝角。该基体711上凸设一连接柱7115,其与突起7111相对设置,该连接柱7115用于安装弹性件73。该基体711与抵持部7113之间设有一旋转部7114,该旋转部7114开有一定位孔7117,该定位孔7117用于容置定位柱135,以将所述卡持件71可转动地安装于壳体10上。在本实施例中,该弹性件73为螺旋弹簧。
请结合参阅图4及图5,装配时,将弹性件73套在卡持件71的连接柱7115上,将壳体10的定位柱135穿过卡持件71的定位孔7117,从而将所述卡持件71可转动地安装于壳体10上,该卡持件71的基体711安装于容置槽131内,该抵持部7113穿过开口133并突出于壳体10之外,所述突起7111伸入笔槽11内,若此时安装盖体30,由于抵持部7113突出于壳体10之外,所述盖体30不能完全安装于壳体10上,因而该卡持组件70可以防止装配时漏装手写笔50。
请结合参阅图6及图7,再将所述手写笔50装入壳体10的笔槽11内,使所述卡持件71的突起7111卡持于手写笔50的沟槽51上,此时弹性件73处于压缩状态,其对卡持件71施加一弹性力,使突起7111卡紧手写笔50,同时卡持件71转过一定的角度,使抵持部7113从壳体10外向内转动,并抵持于壳体10的抵持块137上且末端与壳体10的侧壁相平齐。最后,再装上所述的盖体30,至此,完成了所述移动电话100的装配。使用时,抽取所述手写笔50,该突起7111从沟槽51上滑出,即可使手写笔50与壳体10相分离。
可以理解,本发明移动电话100的壳体10上的抵持块137可以省略,或者所述手写笔50装入壳体10后,该抵持块137与抵持部7113之间仍有一定的间隙,当需取下所述手写笔50时,可按压抵持部7113,所述卡持件71转过一定角度,从而所述突起7111从沟槽51上脱出,便于取下手写笔50。
可以理解,本发明的移动电话100的装配部13的开口133截面形状不限于梯形,其还可以为矩形等其他形状,相应地,该抵持部7113与基体711的夹角需作对应的改变。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一壳体、一手写笔及一卡持组件,该壳体上设有一装配部及开设有一笔槽,该手写笔安装于笔槽内,其特征在于:该卡持组件包括一弹性件及一卡持件,该弹性件安装于卡持件与壳体之间,该卡持件转动地安装于装配部并弹性地卡持于手写笔上。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该装配部包括一容置槽及一与容置槽相贯通的开口,该容置槽与笔槽相贯通,该卡持件包括一基体,其安装于容置槽中。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该基体的一端设有一抵持部,该抵持部转动地安装于开口上并伸出壳体的外侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该基体与抵持部之间的夹角为钝角。
5.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该容置槽的底壁上凸设有一定位柱,该基体上开有一定位孔,该定位柱与定位孔配合。
6.如权利要求2所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该开口的底壁上凸设有一定位块,该抵持部与定位块相抵持。
7.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该手写笔上凹设有一沟槽,该卡持件上凸设有一突起,该突起卡持于沟槽上。
8.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该便携式电子装置还包括一盖体,该盖体滑动地安装于壳体上。
