Abstract

本发明涉及一种船侧挂收油机,该收油机主要包括箱体、刷芯总成、双向洁刷器、输油泵;所述箱体包括进水道、排水道、接油板、集油池、挡油板、过滤垃圾网、导油栏插槽和滑轮机构;所述输油泵装有滑轮支架,可迅速垂直插入集油槽内的“T”型轨道内,并用快速插销锁住。设有过滤垃圾网能够过滤大的垃圾,防止大垃圾进入集油池而损坏输油泵。驱动马达通过链轮组设置于刷芯总成的内框架上。在收油机前端安装有一定角度的挡油板,船在行进过程中挡油板受水浪的冲击,会自动压紧船舷,起到密封作用。该船侧挂收油机上安装的双向洁刷器能自动实现双向旋转且运转控制自如,清洗方便。其结构合理,效果显著;有效提高工作质量和收油效率。

船侧挂收油机
技术领域
本发明涉及浮油回收船技术领域,特别涉及一种用于江河、湖泊、海洋回收各种泄漏油类的船侧挂收油机。
背景技术
水面溢油事故尤其是大型溢油事故发生后,对水域自然环境能造成严重污染,直接危害到人类的生存环境。海底石油开采也给海面带来油污,使得海洋环境污染日益严重,给世界生态环境带来严重危害,特别是近几年来的赤潮频频发生,提醒了人们污染的严重性。
目前应用的溢油回收设备种类较多,从行走方式上可分为牵引式和自行式;从工作环境可分为内海作业和外海作业。例如:牵引式收油机,其牵引方式为钢丝绳拖拽软连接或支撑臂硬连接。当海上风浪较大时,这种收油机有不能实施收油作业或设备容易被损坏的缺陷。又如:外海作业的大型自行式收油机或收油船,由于造价高、利用率低的缺陷,目前国内水面回收油污作业,仅局限于中型自行式收油机或收油船。
本发明人曾就该主题获得专利号为ZL200620158176.0的实用新型专利,提供了一种悬挂于普通船侧舷的船侧挂收油机,使其与工作船牢固连接,提高收油机在海上作业抗风浪的能力和收油效率,特别适用于外海恶劣环境及油层较厚、溢油面积较大的溢油回收作业。克服现有收油机采用钢丝绳拖拽软连接或支撑臂硬连接存在的不足。但也还存在一些不尽人意之处,例如:收油机设备中的洁刷器结构设计欠佳,不能实现双向运转,清洗不便,且工作效率较低;输油泵固定安装,无法实现一泵多用有效利用设备资源。
因此,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、应用效果显著的船侧挂收油机,是该领域技术人员应着手解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、应用效果显著的船侧挂收油机。
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种船侧挂收油机,该收油机主要包括箱体、刷芯总成、双向洁刷器、输油泵;所述箱体包括进水道、排水道、接油板、集油池、挡油板、过滤垃圾网、导油栏插槽和滑轮机构;刷芯总成安装在箱体内且与水平面成45°夹角;刷芯总成内安装有传动机构,传动机构包括驱动马达、传动轴、链轮组;刷链安装在传动机构上,刷链由毛刷、销钉和链条组成,毛刷通过销钉安装在链条上;刷链斜上端的下方设置双向洁刷器;箱体上部设置集油池,其内设有输油泵;接油板固定在集油池一侧,且置于洁刷器下方;箱体外侧后端上部有进水道,在进水道处装有过滤垃圾网,箱体后端下部有排水道,进水道与排水道之间设有隔板;箱体外壁靠近船体的一侧装有滑轮,滑轮与固定在船侧的悬挂支架连接,收油机箱体通过滑轮和悬挂支架悬挂于船侧舷,调整好吃水深度后用保险链条拴住;挡油板设置在箱体前端;箱体后端设置导油栏插槽;其特征在于所述输油泵装有滑轮支架,垂直插入集油槽内的“T”型轨道内,并用快速插销锁住;在收油机箱体前端安装有和船侧舷呈100°~150°的挡油板;驱动马达通过链轮组设置于刷芯总成的内框架上;该船侧挂收油机上安装的双向洁刷器包括两固定支撑板、上洁刷器、下洁刷器、紧固螺栓、支撑中心销轴、限位销钉、旋转连接板、限位支撑杆及锁紧螺母;所述两固定支撑板后部分别设有与刷芯总成的框架固定连接的螺栓孔,即采用螺栓连接将两固定支撑板对称固定于刷芯总成的框架上;固定支撑板前部内侧分别设有可绕支撑中心销轴旋转的旋转连接板;所述下洁刷器两侧与旋转连接板固定焊接,上洁刷器的下端与下洁刷器的上端通过螺栓固定连接,所述上洁刷器上间隔设有定位孔,下洁刷器上设有与上洁刷器定位孔相对应的长条孔,并通过紧固螺栓将上洁刷器固定于下洁刷器上形成一体;所述固定支撑板前部位于旋转连接板上方设有限位销钉;所述固定支撑板前部内侧位于旋转连接板下方设有限位支撑杆,并采用锁紧螺母固定。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)驱动马达通过链轮组设置于刷芯总成的内框架上,即嵌于刷毛环形链内侧;整体外观简洁,宽度结构尺寸缩小,操作运行更加顺畅,且避免被磕碰损伤。
(2)该结构为硬刷链在箱体内成45°角,吃水线在刷芯底部轴芯以上100mm~300mm。
(3)收油机的进水道和排水道为双层结构,进水道在导油栏根部(围扫面积最窄处),即收油机的最后端,该处聚集的油膜最厚,收油机的效率最高。排水道设计在刷毛滤水后的下方向后排水,避免了顶头浪(会阻碍油与硬刷的接触)的形成从而增加了装置的整体收油效率。
(4)该收油机可实现正反双向的旋转;该刷毛体及洁刷器设计独特、新颖、巧妙,其最大优点不用人工调节,可以自动实现正反两个方向的旋转,以收取各种不同黏度的溢油。同时,结束工作时还可以用反转进行硬刷传送器的清洗,使其更加快速清洁。从而克服了国外同类产品只能单向旋转(反向旋转会损坏传送机构和洁刷器)的弊病。
(5)输油泵装有滑轮支架,可迅速垂直插入集油槽内的“T”型轨道内,并用快速插销锁住。当泵水或泵油需要输油泵时可以迅速取下,达到一泵多用之目的;且避免了国外同类产品拆卸费时、费力或不能拆卸的弊病。
(6)在收油机前端安装有一定角度的挡油板(耐油橡胶板),船在行进过程中挡油板受水浪的冲击,会自动压紧船舷,使油水不能从该处逃逸,从而起到密封作用。
(7)在进水道处装有过滤垃圾网,过滤垃圾网能够过滤大的垃圾,防止大垃圾进入集油池而损坏输油泵。
(8)该机零部件全部采用高防腐性能的防锈铝和不锈钢,重量轻,防腐性能好,收油效率高。该机可在航速高达3节的情况下有效作业,比其它任何类型的推进式收油机的溢油接触率都要高。
(9)该洁刷器分为上下两个洁刷器,下洁刷器和上洁刷器连接处开有长条孔,上洁刷器可以任意调节至最佳位置。
(10)该结构上、下洁刷器中的两侧和中间的宽齿较长且较宽,其目的是为了引导刷毛两侧的辐射毛顺利进入洁刷器内,同时也增加了洁刷器的抗弯强度。
(11)上下洁刷器的齿尖端弯成一定的角度,可防止一旦定位销钉失效而损伤刷座和洁刷器,同时插入时没有尖角还可保护刷毛不被刮掉。
(12)限位支撑杆既可以起到洁刷器旋转限位作用,又可以支撑悬出的两侧固定板,起到加强作用。
总之,本发明结构简单,设计合理,效果显著,应用效果非常显著;特有的结构设计,有效提高了工作质量和工作效率;且有效延长其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征详述如下:
如图1-图4所示,一种船侧挂收油机,该收油机主要包括箱体1、双向洁刷器2、刷芯总成3、输油泵4、挡油板6;所述箱体1包括进水道8、排水道9、接油板7、集油池5、导油栏插槽16和滑轮11。箱体1可采用防锈铝板和型材焊接成型。
刷芯总成3安装在箱体1内,且与水平面成45°夹角;刷芯总成3内安装有传动机构,传动机构包括驱动马达10、传动轴12、链轮组14。刷链安装在传动机构上,刷链由毛刷13和链条15及销钉组成,毛刷13通过销钉安装在链条15上。刷芯总成3斜上端的下方设置双向洁刷器2。箱体1上部设置集油池5,其内设有输油泵4。接油板7固定在集油池5的一侧,且置于洁刷器2下方。箱体1外侧后端上部有进水道8,在进水道处装有过滤垃圾网19。箱体1后端下部有排水道9,进水道8与排水道9之间设有隔板。箱体1外壁靠近船体的一侧装有滑轮11,滑轮11与固定在船侧的悬挂支架连接,收油机箱体1通过滑轮11和悬挂支架悬挂于船侧舷,调整好吃水深度后用保险链条拴住。挡油板6设置在箱体1前端;箱体1后端设置导油栏插槽16。所述输油泵4装有滑轮支架17,可迅速垂直插入集油槽内的“T”型轨道内,并用快速插销18锁住;在收油机箱体1前端安装有一定角度的挡油板6;驱动马达10通过链轮组14设置于刷芯总成的内框架上;箱体1通过滑轮11与固定在船体上的悬挂支架连接,并通过安装在船甲板的吊机可上下升降调节。收油机作业时,将箱体1下放在含油的水中;不收油时,将箱体1提升在水面以上。箱体1、导油栏、挡油板6与船体将油围集在污油区,随着工作船的行进,污油区的油逐渐积厚,并逼迫含油水经过过滤垃圾网19从进水道8进入箱体1内;安装在箱体1内的刷芯总成3,与水平面成45°最佳角度。刷芯总成3上端安装有驱动马达10,驱动马达10通过传动轴12、链轮组14,带动刷链运转。刷链下端浸没在含油水中,当转动的刷链通过油层时,油粘附在毛刷13上,实现油水初步分离;在携油刷链上行的过程中,粘在毛刷13上的含油中的水分,在重力的作用下进一步滤出;刷链上端的下方设置洁刷器2,其作用是再将油从刷毛上篦出;与集油池5一体的接油板7设置在洁刷器2下方,油经过双向洁刷器2、接油板7集中在集油池5内,通过输油泵4将集油池5内的油排到指定的储油装置内。
如图5-图9所示,该船侧挂收油机上安装的双向洁刷器2包括两固定支撑板2-1、上洁刷器2-2、下洁刷器2-3、紧固螺栓2-4、支撑中心销轴2-5、限位销钉2-6、旋转连接板2-7、限位支撑杆2-8及锁紧螺母2-9;所述两固定支撑板2-1后部分别设有与硬刷框架固定连接的螺栓孔2-12,即采用螺栓连接将两固定支撑板2-1对称固定于硬刷框架上;固定支撑板2-1前部内侧分别设有旋转连接板2-7,可绕支撑中心销轴2-5旋转;所述下洁刷器2-3两侧与旋转连接板2-7固定焊接,上洁刷器2-2的下端与下洁刷器2-3的上端通过螺栓固定连接,所述上洁刷器2-2上间隔设有定位孔2-10,下洁刷器2-3上设有与上洁刷器2-2定位孔2-10对应的长条孔2-11,以便于上洁刷器2-2滑动调节,可任意调节至最佳位置,并通过紧固螺栓2-4将上洁刷器2-2固定于下洁刷器2-3上形成一体;所述固定支撑板1前部位于旋转连接板2-7上方设有限位销钉2-6;采用限位销钉2-6既可限位下洁刷器2-3旋转的角度;所述固定支撑板2-1前部内侧位于旋转连接板2-7下方设有限位支撑杆2-8,并采用锁紧螺母2-9固定。所述限位支撑杆2-8既可起到上洁刷器2-2旋转限位作用,又可支撑悬出的两侧固定支撑板2-1,起到支撑加强作用。
所述上洁刷器2-2、下洁刷器2-3均为宽齿与每组窄齿交错设置,所述宽齿长度大于窄齿10mm~30mm;其目的是为了引导刷毛两侧的辐射毛顺利进入洁刷器内,同时也增加了洁刷器的抗弯强度。
所述上洁刷器2-2、下洁刷器2-3的齿尖端部与齿向呈30°~60°;可防止一旦限位销钉失效而损伤刷毛座和洁刷器,同时插入时没有尖角能够有效保护刷毛不被刮掉。
所述双向洁刷器2所有零件均采用不锈钢材料制成。
本发明采用双向洁刷器与环形链旋转的粘油毛刷配合,清除油污和进行反向清洗,效果非常显著;即刷毛从水中和水面携带油污沿斜上方运动,水在重力作用下自由落下,油污粘附在刷毛上,到达集油槽上的洁刷器。当刷链正方向(顺时针)旋转时,刷毛拨动开下洁刷器,使下洁刷器脱开刷毛,同时上洁刷器逆时针旋转插入刷毛内,在旋转到最佳位置时旋转连接板恰好顶住下面的限位支撑杆,使其固定;上洁刷器便可以顺利的把油篦到集油槽内。当需要收集黏度较稀的油品或工作结束需要清洗刷毛时,则需要反转。当刷链反转(逆时针)时,刷毛拨动开上洁刷器,使上洁刷器脱开刷毛,同时下洁刷器顺时针旋转插入刷毛内,在旋转到最佳位置时旋转连接板恰好顶住上面的限位销钉,使其固定。双向洁刷器将油污从刷毛上清理下来,并流入集油槽;从而完成从水中和水面提取分离油品的过程。
该双向洁刷器结构设计巧妙、独特、新颖,能够实现正反两个方向的旋转。该洁刷器操作时,运转控制自如,清洗方便;且由于该洁刷器所有零件均采用防海水腐蚀的不锈钢材质制成,大大延长使用寿命。

1.一种船侧挂收油机,该收油机主要包括箱体、刷芯总成、双向洁刷器、输油泵;所述箱体包括进水道、排水道、接油板、集油池、挡油板、过滤垃圾网、导油栏插槽和滑轮;刷芯总成和双向洁刷器安装在箱体内,刷芯总成与水平面成45°夹角;刷芯总成内安装有传动机构,传动机构包括驱动马达、传动轴、链轮组;刷链安装在传动机构上,刷链由毛刷、销钉和链条组成;毛刷通过销钉安装在链条上;刷芯总成斜上端的下方安装双向洁刷器;箱体上部设置集油池,其内设有输油泵;接油板固定在集油池一侧,且置于洁刷器下方;箱体外侧后端上部有进水道,在进水道处装有过滤垃圾网,箱体后端下部有排水道,进水道与排水道之间设有隔板;箱体外壁靠近船体的一侧装有滑轮,滑轮与固定在船侧的悬挂支架连接,收油机箱体通过滑轮和悬挂支架悬挂于船侧舷,调整好吃水深度后用保险链条拴住;挡油板设置在箱体前端;箱体后端设置导油栏插槽;其特征在于所述输油泵装有滑轮支架,垂直插入集油池内的“T”型轨道内,并用快速插销锁住;在收油机箱体前端安装有和船侧舷呈100°~150°的挡油板;驱动马达通过链轮组设置于刷芯总成的框架上;该船侧挂收油机上安装的双向洁刷器包括两固定支撑板、上洁刷器、下洁刷器、紧固螺栓、支撑中心销轴、限位销钉、旋转连接板、限位支撑杆及锁紧螺母;所述两固定支撑板后部分别设有与刷芯总成的框架固定连接的螺栓孔,即采用螺栓连接将两固定支撑板对称固定于刷芯总成的框架上;固定支撑板前部内侧分别设有可绕支撑中心销轴旋转的旋转连接板;所述下洁刷器两侧与旋转连接板固定焊接,上洁刷器的下端与下洁刷器的上端通过螺栓固定连接,所述上洁刷器上间隔设有定位孔,下洁刷器上设有与上洁刷器定位孔相对应的长条孔,并通过紧固螺栓将上洁刷器固定于下洁刷器上形成一体;所述固定支撑板前部位于旋转连接板上方设有限位销钉;所述固定支撑板前部内侧位于旋转连接板下方设有限位支撑杆,并采用锁紧螺母固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船侧挂收油机,其特征在于所述上、下洁刷器均为宽齿与每组窄齿交错设置,所述宽齿长度大于窄齿长度10 mm~30mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船侧挂收油机,其特征在于所述上洁刷器、下洁刷器的齿尖端部与齿向呈30°~60°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船侧挂收油机,其特征在于所述双向洁刷器所有零件均采用不锈钢材料制成。
