Abstract
一种可更换透镜的LED灯,包括上壳体、与上壳体固定连接的下壳体、电路板及透镜,所述电路板上电连接有若干个LED并置于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间,所述下壳体上形成有供所述LED发出的光射出的通孔,所述下壳体包括相对凸设的两侧壁,所述通孔形成于两侧壁之间,所述侧壁顶端形成有滑道,所述滑道一端开口并向所述通孔方向弯折,所述透镜滑动安装于所述滑道内,所述下壳体包括本体,所述本体上靠近所述滑道的具有所述开口的一端处设置有倾斜状的容置槽,所述容置槽内活动地容置有用于封闭所述滑道开口的封闭件。上述LED灯当需要更换透镜时,按压封闭件将原透镜拿出重新放入新的透镜即可,具有方便快捷等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,特别涉及一种可更换透镜的LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯光线柔和、穿透力强,与传统白炽灯相比,具有节能、使用寿命长灯特点,它正逐步代替白炽灯进入人们的生活中。LED灯由于长期使用,其透镜可能会变得模糊而使透光率不高,或损坏需要更换透镜。现大多LED灯的透镜都是通过螺丝连接LED灯的上、下壳体以使透镜固定于上、下壳体之间。需要更换透镜时,拧开螺丝,使上、下壳体分离,将透镜取出以更换新的透镜。上述LED灯更换透镜过程复杂,给用户带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种可方便更换透镜的LED灯。
一种可更换透镜的LED灯,包括上壳体、与上壳体固定连接的下壳体、电路板及透镜,所述电路板上电连接有若干个LED并置于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间,所述下壳体上形成有供所述LED发出的光射出的通孔,所述下壳体包括相对凸设的两侧壁,所述通孔形成于两侧壁之间,所述侧壁顶端形成有滑道,所述滑道一端开口并向所述通孔方向弯折,所述透镜滑动安装于所述滑道内,所述下壳体包括本体,所述本体上靠近所述滑道的具有所述开口的一端处设置有倾斜状的容置槽,所述容置槽内活动地容置有用于封闭所述滑道开口的封闭件。
上述LED灯的透镜置入下壳体内后,通过封闭件挡住透镜以防止透镜滑出下壳体,当需要更换透镜时,按压封闭件将原透镜拿出重新放入新的透镜即可,具有方便快捷等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,LED灯100包括上壳体10、与上壳体10固定连接的下壳体20、活动地固定于下壳体20上的封闭件40和可滑动地置入下壳体20内的透镜50。封闭件40用于挡住透镜50以防止透镜滑出下壳体20。
请同时参阅图2与图3,LED灯100还包括置于上壳体10与下壳体20之间的电路板30、电路板30上电连接有若干个LED32。电路板30与电源电连接,以提供电源给LED使其发光。
下壳体20包括本体202和自本体202长方向的边缘相对凸设的两侧壁206。本体202上两侧壁206之间形成有长方形通孔204,以供LED32发出的光射出。侧壁206的顶端向通孔204方向弯折,以形成供透镜50滑入的滑道208。滑道208一端开口。
本体202上邻近滑道208的开口处设置有倾斜状的容置槽210,用于容纳封闭件40。
请同时参阅图4,封闭件40包括按压块42及固定于按压块42上的弹性件44。按压块42包括转动地固定于下壳体20上的转轴43及与转轴43径向连接的呈斜面状的转体45。本实施方式中,本体202上凸设有两定位块212,两定位块212分别置于容置槽210两侧,其上形成有开口214,以置入转轴43使转轴43在开口214内转动。转体45容置于容置槽210内,透镜50滑入滑道208后,在弹性件44作用下,转体45的一端封闭滑道208并抵住透镜50,防止透镜50滑出滑道208,另一端被容置槽210远离滑道208的边缘抵住,阻挡封闭件40掉落出容置槽210。本实施方式中,转体45的形状与容置槽210相适配,以封闭容置槽210与滑道208,使LED灯100更美观。
弹性件44包括两自由端46、分别自两自由端46缠绕形成的螺旋部48及连接两螺旋部48的连接部49。螺旋部48套设于转轴43上,自由端46抵设于转体45上,连接部49置于本体202上,以提供弹力使转体45封闭滑道208,防止滑道208内的透镜50在LED灯100翻转过程中滑出本体202。此实施方式中,转体45上还开设有卡槽47,自由端46包括勾设于卡槽47内的勾部41,以使自由端46与按压块42紧密接触。
上述LED灯100的透镜50置入滑道208后,由于弹性件44的弹力封闭件40封闭滑道208,透镜50不会滑出下壳体20。当需要更换透镜50时,按压转体45使其脱离滑道208,将透镜50拿出重新放入新的透镜即可,具有方便快捷等优点。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种可更换透镜的LED灯,包括上壳体、与上壳体固定连接的下壳体、电路板及透镜,所述电路板上电连接有若干个LED并置于所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间,所述下壳体上形成有供所述LED发出的光射出的通孔,其特征在于:所述下壳体包括相对凸设的两侧壁,所述通孔形成于两侧壁之间,所述侧壁顶端形成有滑道,所述滑道一端开口并向所述通孔方向弯折,所述透镜滑动安装于所述滑道内,所述下壳体包括本体,所述本体上靠近所述滑道的具有所述开口的一端处设置有倾斜状的容置槽,所述容置槽内活动地容置有用于封闭所述滑道开口的封闭件。
2.如权利要求1所述的可更换透镜的LED灯,其特征在于:所述封闭件包括按压块,所述按压块包括转动地固定于下壳体上的转轴及与转轴径向连接的呈斜面状的转体,所述转体一端抵住透镜,另一端被容置槽远离滑道的边缘抵住。
3.如权利要求2所述的可更换透镜的LED灯,其特征在于:所述转体的形状与容置槽相适配。
4.如权利要求2所述的可更换透镜的LED灯,其特征在于:所述封闭件还包括固定于所述按压块上的弹性件,所述弹性件用于提供弹力使转体持续地被所述容置槽远离滑道的边缘抵住。
5.如权利要求2所述的可更换透镜的LED灯,其特征在于:所述本体上凸设有两形成有开口的定位块,所述两定位块分别置于所述容置槽两侧,所述转轴置入所述开口内。
6.如权利要求4所述的可更换透镜的LED灯,其特征在于:所述弹性件包括两自由端、分别自两自由端缠绕形成的螺旋部及连接两螺旋部的连接部,所述螺旋部套设于转轴上,所述自由端抵设于所述转体上,所述连接部置于本体上。
7.如权利要求6所述的可更换透镜的LED灯,其特征在于:所述转体上还开设有卡槽,所述自由端包括勾设于卡槽内的勾部。
