本发明公开了一种铝合金接地极,其特征在于:接地埋棒、上闷头和冲头三者间采用分体结构,通过压接相连,其中接地埋棒采用了铝合金材料。本发明工艺设计合理,构思巧妙,用高强度的铝合金材料,断面根据产品的专业特性,采用优化设计后热挤成型,两端配上整体热浸锌防腐处理的钢制的上闷头和冲头压接而成,其具有足够的刚性强度,能满足施工时抗冲击要求;具有优越的耐腐蚀性,并具有在强腐蚀环境下仍能保持良好的导电性能的能力;通过优化设计,重量轻、强度高,具有极佳的性价比,重量仅为3.35公斤,导电性能为43ms/u,极具产业推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种接地装置,具体地说,涉及一种道路电线杆用的接地装置。
背景技术
现有的钢管接地极,均是一端为滚圆锥头的,采用热浸锌防腐处理的钢管。其存在着:重量重,达11.7公斤;导电性差;在强腐蚀环境下电性能急剧下降等诸多缺陷。为此,也有人设计了铜塑管复合的接地极,但其也存在着:刚性强度不够;抗冲击力差;外包铜管由于壁薄,施工时容易断裂造成电性能丧失的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷,重量轻、耐腐蚀的铝合金接地极。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种铝合金接地极,其特征在于:接地埋棒、上闷头和冲头三者间采用分体结构,通过压接相连,其中接地埋棒采用了铝合金材料。
由于采用上述方案,不难得出如下结论:本发明工艺设计合理,构思巧妙,用高强度的铝合金材料,断面根据产品的专业特性,采用优化设计后热挤成型,两端配上整体热浸锌防腐处理的钢制的上闷头和冲头压接而成,其具有足够的刚性强度,能满足施工时抗冲击要求;具有优越的耐腐蚀性,并具有在强腐蚀环境下仍能保持良好的导电性能的能力;通过优化设计,重量轻、强度高,具有极佳的性价比,重量仅为3.35公斤,导电性能为43ms/u,极具产业推广价值。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种铝合金接地极,接地埋棒20、上闷头30和冲头10三者间采用分体结构,通过压接相连,一侧还连接有接地扁铁40和上连接板50,其中接地埋棒采用了铝合金材料。参见图2,接地埋棒20的表面为波浪形曲面21,内部采用镂空撑筋结构22,在保证满足其刚性、强度指标的前提下缩小体积,减轻自重,降低材耗。

1.一种铝合金接地极,其特征在于:接地埋棒、上闷头和冲头三者间采用分体结构,通过压接相连,其中接地埋棒采用了铝合金材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铝合金接地极,其特征在于:所述的接地埋棒的表面为波浪形曲面。
