Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的连接装置,用于连接至少一个优选绝缘化(设有绝缘层)的多股和/或细股绞合导线。
背景技术
多股和/或细股绞合导线穿透绝缘层的连接以各种各样的构型已知,例如已知这样的构型,其中,为了对具有绝缘层的多股和/或细股绞合导线实现穿透绝缘层使用穿透接触螺钉,并且其中接触螺钉在触点接通多股和/或细股绞合导线时最好径向穿入该绞合导线中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,采用简单手段将这种连接装置设计得紧凑且简单。所述连接特别是也适用于印制电路板上的安装。
该目的根据本发明通过权利要求1的内容得以实现。本发明提供一种连接装置,用于将至少一个优选绝缘化的多股绞合导线连接在汇流排件上,其中,汇流排件形成周边闭合的连接架,以及其中连接架在其周边的两个部位上由穿透接触螺钉穿过,该穿透接触螺钉设计成用于触点接通它在触点接通状态下穿过的多股和/或细股绞合导线。这样采用简单手段提供一种稳定和可靠以及结构紧凑的连接装置,利用该连接装置所要触点接通的多股绞合线和/或者细导线-如果它具有相应的直径或相应地确定尺寸的话-在触点接通时这样扩张,使多股绞合导线和/或细股导线的绝缘层在触点接通的状态下最好压靠在或夹紧在连接架的内周边上,从而保证稳定、持续的接触。连接架最好焊接在印制电路板上,它非常适用于此,因为它由导电的金属例如由铜合金组成。
连接架最好为矩形,从而它在安装状态下具有两个侧面的支腿以及一个远离印制电路板的支腿和一个支承在印制电路板上的支腿。
这种连接架由此可以特别简单地这样来制造,即,将汇流排弯曲成一个闭合的矩形,特别是正方形。但本发明并不局限于这样来制作连接架,也可以采用其他手段实现。
有利的是,在连接架上设置同样可以固定在印制电路板上的起保护作用的连接外壳。
有利的是,穿透接触螺钉由导电的轻金属合金,特别是铜合金组成。
本发明还涉及一种用于太阳能板的连接单元,其具有至少一个按涉及该装置的权利要求之一所述的连接装置。本发明此外涉及一种具有一个或者多个连接装置的接线板/接线盒(Reihenklemme)。
本发明有利的实施形式可由各从属权利要求得到。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出连接装置,该装置具有由弯曲成闭合的矩形、特别是正方形的、由汇流排形成的连接架1,其中,汇流排件的自由支腿在矩形的一侧上重叠。
在该侧的区域内,连接架1固定在印制电路板2上,这例如可以利用SMD焊接过程实现。
连接架1这样构成两个侧面的支腿1a、b以及在这里双倍壁厚的一个远离印制电路板2的支腿1c和一个支承在印制电路板2上的支腿1d,其中,汇流排的形成优选下部的支腿1d的两个自由端可以固定连接。
支承在印制电路板2上的支腿1d和远离印制电路板2的支腿1c由相互对齐的螺纹钻孔(Bohrung)/螺纹(穿)孔(Loch)3、4穿过。在支承在印制电路板2上的支腿1d中,仅在汇流排的内部的端部上加工出真正螺纹孔,相反这里在汇流排的下端部中则加工出直径略大的孔。
连接架1上优选设置连接外壳5,它可以固定在印制电路板2上方并U形地跨接连接架1。
在连接外壳5远离印制电路板2、位于连接架1远离印制电路板2的支腿1c上方的侧面6中加工出另一个通孔7。该通孔上可以连接用于穿透接触螺钉的螺钉头14的容纳区13。此外在容纳区内还可以构成螺钉头14的支承面15。
通孔7以及钻孔3、4在触点接通状态下由穿透接触螺钉8穿过,该穿透接触螺钉具有优选设有成形螺纹或切削螺纹的材料穿透尖9。
为了触点接通由绝缘层10环绕的多股和/或细股绞合导线11,将多股和/或细股绞合导线11的自由端插入连接架1内或穿过该连接架,然后旋入穿透接触螺钉8,直至穿透接触螺钉穿过钻孔3、4和多股和/或细股绞合导线11。
这里,多股绞合线11的绝缘层11被完全分离,并且穿透接触螺钉8在连接架1与多股和/或细股绞合导线11之间形成电接触,其按圆弦线式的几何形状穿透各单股芯线(图1b)。
印制电路板2可以具有同样与钻孔3、4对齐的钻孔12,从而穿透接触螺钉的尖可以伸入该开口内。
所要触点接通的多股和/或细股绞合导线11和连接架1最好这样确定尺寸,使多股和/或细股绞合导线11的绝缘层在触点接通状态下牢固地压靠或夹紧在连接架1的两个侧支腿1a和1b上。
穿透接触螺钉8最好由导电的轻金属合金,特别是铜合金组成。
图3示出汇流排件14,该汇流排件形成一个以上或多个连接装置。具体地说,在一个汇流排件上形成一个以上、在这里例如四个连接架1。但汇流排件这里整体地由板材件按冲压-弯曲工艺制造。在一条状的段13上构成/特别是冲压出多个凸片14,它们分别在一侧上与段13重叠地弯曲成在这里剖面为矩形的连接架1和其他部分可以按照图1的类型构成,但其中连接架1或汇流排件4并不放置在印制电路板上。汇流排件可以弯曲成阶梯形的轮廓。图3的金属结构组件例如适用于装入作为连接外壳5的接线板外壳内。它至少可以补充按图1类型的接触螺钉8。

Claims (15)
1.连接装置,用于将至少一个优选绝缘化的多股和/或细股绞合导线与汇流排件连接,其特征在于,
a.所述汇流排件形成周边闭合的连接架(1),以及
b.连接架(1)在其周边的两个部位上由穿透接触螺钉(8)穿过,所述穿透接触螺钉设计成用于触点接通所述多股和/或细股绞合导线(11),穿透接触螺钉在触点接通状态下穿过所述多股和/或细股绞合导线(11)。
2.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,连接架(1)焊接在印制电路板上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,连接架(1)为矩形的,其中,连接架具有两个侧面的支腿(1a、b)以及具有一个远离印制电路板(2)的支腿(1c)和一个放置在印制电路板(2)上的支腿(1d)。
4.按权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于,汇流排弯曲成一个闭合的矩形,特别是正方形。
5.按权利要求3或4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,放置在印制电路板(2)上的支腿(1d)和远离印制电路板(2)的支腿(1c)由相互对齐的螺纹钻孔/螺纹孔(3、4)穿过。
6.按权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于,放置在印制电路板(2)上的支腿(1d)具有双倍壁厚。
7.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,在连接架(1)上设置连接外壳(5),该连接外壳优选能够固定在印制电路板(2)上方并优选U形地跨接连接架(1)。
8.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,在连接外壳(5)远离印制电路板(2)的、位于连接架(1)的远离印制电路板(2)的支腿(1c)上方的侧面(6)中加工出通孔(7)。
9.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,在连接外壳(5)上的通孔(7)上连接用于穿透接触螺钉的螺钉头(14)的容纳区(13),在该容纳区内构成用于螺钉头(14)的支承面(15)。
10.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,通孔(7)以及钻孔(3、4)在触点接通状态下由穿透接触螺钉(8)穿过,所述穿透接触螺钉具有优选设有成形螺纹的材料穿透尖(9)。
11.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,要触点接通的多股绞合导线和连接架的尺寸确定成,使多股和/或细股绞合导线的绝缘层在触点接通状态下压靠或夹紧在连接架的内周边上。
12.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,穿透接触螺钉由导电的轻金属合金,特别是铜合金组成。
13.按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,在一个汇流排件上构成多个连接架(1)。
14.用于太阳能板的连接单元,其具有至少一个按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置。
15.接线板,其具有至少一个按前述权利要求之一所述的连接装置。
