本发明涉及一种钢管在做水压试验时的密封夹具，包括：一个能使钢管(5)穿过的锥形内套(4)；所述的锥形内套(4)外是一个锥形外套(3)；所述的锥形内套(4)和锥形外套(3)是密接触；在锥形外套(3)的一侧安置一个密封顶块(1)；在密封顶块(1)和钢管(5)的一端相接处是O形圈(2)；本发明的有益效果是：不但能够很好的夹紧钢管，亦可形成良好的密封效果；最大的优点在于，夹具造成的试压盲区小，不同管径的钢管虽有些不同，但一般可以控制在30mm-60mm之间，是原先的三分之一。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管在做水压试验时的测试装置，尤其涉及到其中的密封夹具。
背景技术
工业用钢管需要做水压测试。
传统的水压测试由于测试夹具造成的盲区，两端一般需要切除120mm-150mm，以确保产品质量的可靠性。但每根钢管切除120mm-150mm，对每年生产数十万吨钢管的企业来说，积累起来就是个庞大的量，以标准长度6m来计，损耗在2％～2.5％造成了巨大的经济损失。
上述情况中如何解决钢管在做水压测试时，由于测试夹具的盲区过大而造成两头切除量过多的问题；如何制造出一套新型的钢管水下气密性实验的密封装置是摆在技术人员面前的问题。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种钢管在做水压试验时的密封夹具，旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明包括：一个能使钢管穿过的锥形内套；所述的锥形内套外是一个锥形外套；所述的锥形内套和锥形外套是密接触；在锥形外套的一侧安置一个密封顶块；在密封顶块和钢管的一端相接处是O形圈。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：不但能够很好的夹紧钢管，亦可形成良好的密封效果；最大的优点在于，夹具造成的试压盲区小，不同管径的钢管虽有些不同，但一般可以控制在30mm-60mm之间，是原先的三分之一。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
由图1-图7可见：本发明包括：一个能使钢管5穿过的锥形内套4；所述的锥形内套4外是一个锥形外套3；所述的锥形内套4和锥形外套3是密接触；在锥形外套3的一侧安置一个密封顶块1；在密封顶块1和钢管5的一端相接处是O形圈2；
所述的锥形内套4是一个锥形的内外四周都带有水槽的环状结构；所述的锥形外套3是一个内壁光滑的锥形结构。
本发明中的锥形内套在水的挤压力的作用下推向锥形外套，锥形外套则将锥形内套在锥面作用下向内挤压，使得锥形内套紧紧的夹住钢管，挤压力越大，锥形内套对钢管的夹持力也就越大；锥形外套的另一端和密封顶块组成的两个大角度锥面在挤压力的作用下，将硬质橡胶O形圈2向内挤压，与钢管外表紧密接触，形成密封面。
当锥形内套受到水的挤压力的作用时，锥形内套和钢管接触面的水可以沿着水槽流出，这样可以很好的夹住钢管。
锥形外套是一个内壁相当光滑的锥形结构，不但保证了与锥形内套的接触面没有水的渗入，而且还能对锥形内套有很好的夹持作用。
本发明大大减少了试压盲区所造成的材料损耗和经济损失。

1.一种钢管在做水压试验时的密封夹具，其特征在于包括：一个能使钢管(5)穿过的锥形内套(4)；所述的锥形内套(4)外是一个锥形外套(3)；所述的锥形内套(4)和锥形外套(3)是密接触；在锥形外套(3)的一侧安置一个密封顶块(1)；在密封顶块(1)和钢管(5)的一端相接处是O形圈(2)；所述的锥形内套(4)是一个锥形的内外四周都带有水槽的环状结构；所述的锥形外套(3)是一个内壁光滑的锥形结构。
