本发明一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法及装置,主要由排气阀(1)、排气管(2)、上部虹吸管(3)、伸缩软管(4)、限位支撑(5)、下部虹吸管(6)、浮筒(7)、虹吸流产生开关(8)、闭气开关(9)、最低液位开关(10)组成;当污水处理厂采用序批式活性污泥法工艺时,均需要滗水器滗除反应池内的上清液;本发明一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法及装置,主要依靠重力及虹吸原理进行滗水;下部虹吸管底部设计有一段低于出水口的U型管;U型管内的水始终不会被排出,起到密封作用;本发明无动力消耗,初次投资低,运行费用低,具有很强的适用性。

一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法及装置
技术领域
本发明提供一种污水处理用排水方法及设备,主要适用于SBR工艺的CASS、ICEAS、DAT-IAT法等工艺流程时的排水设备。属于污水处理技术领域。
背景技术
城市污水的主要污染物是有机物,因此目前国内外大多采用生化法。在生化法中,有活性污泥法和生物滤池两大类,生物滤池的处理效率不高,卫生条件较差,我国只有少数几座生物滤池城市污水处理厂,而活性污泥法占绝大多数。活性污泥法有很多种形式,使用最广泛的主要有三类:传统活性污泥法、氧化沟、SBR工艺,其中氧化沟和SBR工艺已成为国内中小型污水处理厂的首选工艺。
滗水器是CASS法、SBR法1CEAS法等污水处理工艺中最常用的关键设备。在啤酒、食品、饮料、制药等行业的废水和城市污水处理中,以CASS法为主的工艺已得到了广泛应用。
目前污水处理厂常用的滗水器有螺杆旋转式滗水器、虹吸式滗水器、浮筒式滗水器。现有的虹吸式滗水器由于控制不好虹吸措施,且水下部分密封不是很严密,导致无法形成虹吸,同时由于设计原因,无法保证匀速滗水,没有有效的控制滗水量的方法。
发明内容
本发明一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法及装置的目的是从根本上解决上述问题,通过排气阀和液位控制开关,严格控制滗水水位和流量,能够保证滗水时设备保持匀速运行,不会影响反应池底的活性污泥。
技术方案及有益效果
1.本发明克服了常规的虹吸式滗水器滗水时滗水堰不能追随水位连续排水,本发明通过上部虹吸管的特殊构造,保证滗水器的吸水口始终靠近水面,在上清液排出的同时,能随反应池水位的变化而变化,具连续排水的功能。
2.本发明在设计时充分考虑定量排水,通过上部虹吸管和闭气开关、虹吸流产生开关及排气阀使虹吸管匀速沿水位下降,达到定量排水的目的。
3.本发明的控制方式采用液位开关和排气阀控制上、下虹吸管。从而控制滗水器的工作。操作简便,运行稳定。
4.本发明上、下虹吸管之间用耐腐蚀橡胶组成伸缩软管,具有较好的耐腐蚀性和密封性,确保虹吸效果。

具体实施方式
根据图1一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法及装置结构的优选实施方式,本发明由排气阀(1)、排气管(2)、上部虹吸管(3)、伸缩软管(4)、限位支撑(5)、下部虹吸管(6)、浮筒(7)、虹吸流产生开关(8)、闭气开关(9)、最低液位开关(10)组成。排气管(2)一端与排气阀(1)相连接,排气管(2)另一端与上部虹吸管(3)相连接,上部虹吸管(3)与伸缩软管(4)相连接,伸缩软管(4)侧面有限位支撑(5),伸缩软管(4)另一端与浮筒(7)相连接,浮筒(7)位于下部虹吸管(6)上部,本发明一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法及装置依靠重力及虹吸原理进行滗水。下部虹吸管(6)底部设计有一段低于出水口的U型管。初次滗水时,首先把这一段U型管注满水,在以后的滗水中由于这一段U型管低于出水口,所以U型管的水始终不会被排出。生化池来水时,将排气阀(1)关闭,生化池内的水上升过程中,U型管内的水起密封作用,使空气在排水主管(11)内形成气封阻止水从排水管排出,直至待处理原水至最高水位。当需要滗水时,排气阀(1)打开,排水主管(11)内封住的气体通过排气管(2)从排气阀(1)排出,上清液在重力作用下从排水口排出。当水位接近主管时,闭气开关(9)会发出一个信号,排气阀(1)关闭,出水流形成虹吸状态,继续滗水。当水位达到最低水位时,最低液位开关(10)给出信号,排气阀(1)再度打开,排气管(2)进气将虹吸状态破坏,滗水停止,等待下一个循环。

Claims (2)

1.一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法,其特征在于由排气阀、排气管、上部虹吸管、伸缩软管、限位支撑、下部虹吸管、浮筒、虹吸流产生开关、闭气开关、最低液位开关组成,排气管一端与排气阀相连接,排气管另一端与上部虹吸管相连接,上部虹吸管与伸缩软管相连接,伸缩软管侧面有限位支撑,伸缩软管另一端与浮筒相连接,浮筒位于下部虹吸管上部、下部虹吸管底部设计有一段低于出水口的U型管,利用上部虹吸管和下部虹吸管来控制滗水器的升降工作,上部虹吸管和下部虹吸管产生虹吸主要是由虹吸流产生开关,闭气开关,最低液位开关及排气阀控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无动力虹吸式滗水方法,其特征在于具体滗水步骤如下:
(1)初次滗水时,首先把U型管注满水,在以后的滗水中由于U型管低于出水口,所以U型管的水始终不会被排出,
(2)生化池来水时,将排气阀关闭,生化池内的水上升过程中,U型管内的水起密封作用,使空气在排水主管内形成气封阻止水从排水管排出,直至待处理原水至最高水位,
(3)当需要滗水时,排气阀打开,排水主管内封住的气体通过排气管从排气阀排出,上清液在重力作用下从排水口排出,
(4)当水位接近主管时,闭气开关发出一个信号,排气阀关闭,出水流形成虹吸状态,继续滗水,
(5)当水位达到最低水位时,最低液位开关给出信号,排气阀再度打开,排气管进气将虹吸状态破坏,滗水停止,等待下一个循环。
