The non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal sends short message to intelligent switchboard number:
1. the user of the mobile phone terminal 170 logs in the intelligent switchboard service function server 300 through the intelligent switchboard client;
2. the mobile phone terminal 170 user inputs the number of the intelligent switchboard in the switchboard number input box of the intelligent switchboard client and selects to send the short message;
3. the mobile phone terminal 17 sends a retrieval request message to the intelligent switchboard service function server 300, the switchboard sending retrieval request message containing the IMSI and the called switchboard number;
4. the intelligent switchboard service function server 300 returns each extension number and associated information which are allowed by the called switchboard number and accessed by the user to the intelligent switchboard client, the intelligent switchboard client displays each extension list information of the intelligent switchboard, and after the user selects an extension and confirms, the intelligent switchboard client controls the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 to send a short message to the extension number.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system structure for implementing an intelligent personalized ring back tone service triggered by a mobile phone terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 301 is a service function server for providing intelligent personalized ring back tone; the non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal 170 is a phone terminal installed with intelligent personalized ringback client software.
The intelligent network triggering realizing step of intelligent personalized ring back tone when the intelligent network terminal of mobile phone is called:
a mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 receives a call from a communication network;
the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 sends the triggering message of the receiving party call to the intelligent service distribution server 100 through the data access service gateway 130;
the intelligent service distribution server 100 receives the trigger message, retrieves the called phone number with the intelligent personalized ring back tone service according to the IMSI, the trigger feature and the session type contained in the request message, and sends a connection list message including the connection address and the connection parameter content of the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 301 to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160;
and (IV) the intelligent mobile phone network terminal 160 receives the connection list message, interacts with the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 301 to obtain the ring tone being played by the calling party, the ring tone list customized by the called party and the popular ring tone, the intelligent mobile phone network terminal 160 displays the ring tone list information, and if the user selects the ring tone and confirms the ring tone, the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 301 plays the ring tone selected by the user for the calling party.
The method comprises the following steps of:
firstly, the mobile phone terminal 170 receives a call from a communication network;
secondly, the mobile phone terminal 170 establishes a data network connection with the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 300 through the intelligent personalized ring back tone client, and sends a ring back tone remote control request message containing the IMSI and the calling phone number to the intelligent personalized ring back tone function server 301;
thirdly, the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 301 returns the ring tone being played for the calling party, the ring tone list customized by the called party and the popular ring tone to the intelligent personalized ring back tone client, the intelligent personalized ring back tone client displays the ring tone list information, and if the user selects the ring tone and confirms, the intelligent personalized ring back tone service function server 300 plays the ring tone selected by the user for the calling party.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a system structure for implementing the intelligent calling information service triggered by the mobile phone terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The calling intelligent information service function server 302 is a service function server for providing calling intelligent information; the non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal 170 is a phone terminal installed with calling intelligent information client software.
The intelligent network triggering realizing step of the mobile phone intelligent network terminal originating call:
a mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 user initiates a call;
the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 sends a trigger message of a sender call to the intelligent service distribution server 100 through the data access service gateway 130;
the intelligent service distribution server 100 receives the trigger message, retrieves that the calling phone number is the calling intelligent information service user according to the IMSI, the trigger characteristics and the session type contained in the request message, and sends a connection list message including the connection address and the connection parameter content of the calling intelligent information service function server 302 to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160;
and (IV) the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 receives the connection list message and interacts with the calling intelligent service function server 302, the calling intelligent information service function server 302 sends the information customized by the user or the information content related to the called number to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160, the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 displays the calling intelligent information, and the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 initiates a call to the called number after the user selects to continue the call and confirms.
The method comprises the following steps of when a non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal starts a call, realizing the intelligent information service of a calling party:
firstly, a user of the mobile phone terminal 170 logs in a calling intelligent information service function server 302 through a calling intelligent information service client;
secondly, the mobile phone terminal 170 user inputs the called phone number in the input box of the calling intelligent information service client and selects to call;
thirdly, the mobile phone terminal 17 sends a call information request message containing the IMSI and the called phone number to the calling intelligent information service function server 302;
and fourthly, the calling intelligent information service function server 302 returns the information customized by the user or the information content related to the called number to the calling intelligent information service client, the calling intelligent information service client displays the calling intelligent information, and after the user selects to continue calling and confirms, the calling intelligent information service client controls the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 to initiate calling to the called number.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a system structure for implementing the intelligent personal information service triggered by the mobile phone terminal according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the intelligent personal information service function server 303 is a service function server for providing intelligent personal information; the non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal 170 is a phone terminal installed with intelligent personal information client software.
The intelligent network triggering realizing step of the intelligent personal information service of the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone comprises the following steps:
the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 user presses the personal information button or menu;
secondly, the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 sends the trigger message of the sender information button to the intelligent service distribution server 100 through the data access service gateway 130;
thirdly, the intelligent service distribution server 100 receives the trigger message, searches that the calling phone number is an intelligent personal information service user according to the IMSI, the trigger characteristic and the session type contained in the request message as the information button, and sends a connection list message including the connection address and the connection parameter content of the intelligent personal consultation service function server 303 to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160;
and (IV) the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 receives the connection list message and interacts with the intelligent personal information service function server 303, the intelligent personal information service function server 303 sends the information customized by the user and the collected information content associated with the user to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160, and the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 displays the personal information of the user.
The non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal triggers the realization steps of intelligent personal information service:
firstly, a mobile phone terminal 170 user starts an intelligent personal information client;
secondly, the mobile phone terminal 170 interacts with the intelligent personal information service function server 303 through an intelligent personal information client, and sends a personal information request message containing IMSI or telephone number to the intelligent personal information service function server 303;
thirdly, the intelligent personal information service function server 303 sends the information customized by the user and the collected information content associated with the user to an intelligent personal information client, and the intelligent personal information client displays the personal information of the user.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a system structure for implementing the intelligent virtual community service triggered by the mobile phone terminal according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The intelligent virtual community service function server 304 is a service function server for providing an intelligent virtual community; the non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal 170 is a phone terminal installed with intelligent virtual community client software.
The intelligent network triggering realization step of the intelligent virtual community service of the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone comprises the following steps:
a mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 user presses an intelligent virtual community button or menu;
the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 sends the triggering message of the intelligent virtual community service to the intelligent service distribution server 100 through the data access service gateway 130;
thirdly, the intelligent service distribution server 100 receives the trigger message, retrieves that the phone number of the user is the intelligent virtual community service user according to the intelligent virtual community button included in the request message, the trigger characteristic and the session type, and sends a connection list message including the connection address and the connection parameter content of the intelligent virtual community service function server 304 to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160;
and (IV) the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 receives the connection list message and interacts with the intelligent virtual community service function server 304, the intelligent virtual community service function server 304 sends the virtual community of the user to the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160, and the mobile phone intelligent network terminal 160 displays the virtual community of the user.
The non-intelligent network mobile phone terminal triggers the realization steps of the intelligent virtual community service:
firstly, a user of a mobile phone terminal 170 starts an intelligent virtual community client;
secondly, the mobile phone terminal 170 interacts with the intelligent virtual community service function server 304 through an intelligent virtual community client, and sends a virtual community service request message containing the IMSI to the intelligent virtual community service function server 301;
thirdly, the user of the mobile phone terminal 170 logs in the intelligent virtual community service function server 304 through the intelligent virtual community client;
fourthly, the intelligent virtual community service function server 304 sends the virtual community of the user to an intelligent virtual community client, and the intelligent virtual community client displays the virtual community of the user.

Claims (7)

1. An intelligent network system triggered by a mobile phone terminal, comprising:
a mobile communication wireless system for providing a wireless access service for connecting a mobile communication network to a mobile phone terminal;
a mobile communication access gateway interconnected with the mobile communication wireless system and providing the mobile phone terminal with a communication device accessing the mobile communication network through the mobile communication wireless system;
the intelligent network terminal of mobile phone is a mobile phone terminal supporting triggering intelligent network service through data network;
the service function server is interconnected with the mobile phone intelligent network terminal through a data network by the mobile communication access gateway and is used for receiving a service connection request initiated by a mobile phone intelligent network terminal user and providing intelligent session service associated with the user;
the intelligent service distribution server is interconnected with the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone through a data network by the mobile communication access gateway; the intelligent network service system comprises a data network, a service function server and a service function server, wherein the data network is used for receiving an intelligent network service request message triggered by a mobile phone intelligent network terminal, searching an intelligent service customized by a user according to a phone number, a triggering characteristic and a session type contained in the request message, and returning a connection address and a connection parameter of the service function server providing the intelligent service; the service address and connection parameters are used for managing and setting the service function server serving the given intelligent service;
the data access service gateway is interconnected with the mobile communication access gateway, is interconnected with the intelligent service distribution server through a data network, is interconnected with the service function server through a data network, and is a data access service gateway device which serves the mobile phone terminal to access the mobile communication data network; refers to but is not limited to an SGSN in a GPRS network, or a PDSN in a CDMA1X network, or a P-CSCF in an IMS communication system, or an SGSN in a 3G mobile communication network.

The intelligent network system triggered by the mobile phone terminal according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent service comprises one or more of the following combinations: the intelligent switchboard service is that after the user dials the switchboard number, the terminal of the user displays each extension number and associated information which are allowed to be called, and after the user selects the extension number, the terminal of the user directly establishes a communication process with the extension number; the intelligent individual ring back tone service, namely after the individual ring back tone user receives the call, the user terminal displays the ring tone list played for the calling party and the customized ring tone list, or also includes other ring tone contents, the user can change the ring tone played for the calling party in real time; calling intelligent information service, namely after a user dials a called number, displaying content information which is updated based on the called number and allows the calling to browse or information content which is customized based on the calling number user on a terminal of the user, and determining whether to continue calling when the user browses, wherein the information customized by the calling number user comprises but is not limited to real-time consultation information and merchant commodity discount information in a sector range where the terminal is located; the intelligent personal information service is that a user presses a personal information key or a personal information menu on a screen, and information content information customized or interested by the user appears on a terminal of the user, including but not limited to voice broadcast, video broadcast and information in the geographic position range of the terminal; the intelligent virtual community service is that a user presses a personal community key or a personal community menu on a screen, and a virtual community interface of the user appears on a terminal of the user.
3. An intelligent network triggering method when a mobile phone intelligent network terminal initiates a session is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(A) a mobile telephone intelligent network terminal user initiates a session message;
(B) the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone sends a trigger request message for starting the session of the sender to the intelligent service distribution server through the data access service gateway;
(C) receiving the triggering request message by the intelligent service distribution server, retrieving an intelligent service list customized by a user according to the telephone number, the triggering characteristics and the session type contained in the triggering request message, and sending a connection list message comprising the connection address and the connection parameter content of the service function server corresponding to each intelligent service to the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone;
(D) the mobile phone intelligent network terminal receives the connection list message, interacts with each service function server appointed in the list message, and provides intelligent session service for the user.
4. An intelligent network triggering method when a mobile phone intelligent network terminal receives a session message is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. the intelligent network terminal user of the mobile phone receives the message for starting the session from the mobile communication network;
b. the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone sends a triggering request message for starting the session of the receiver to the intelligent service distribution server through the data access service gateway;
c. the intelligent service distribution server receives the trigger request message, retrieves an intelligent service list customized by a user according to the telephone number, the trigger characteristic and the session type contained in the trigger request message, and sends a connection list message comprising the connection address and the connection parameter content of the service function server corresponding to each intelligent service to the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone;
d. and the intelligent network terminal of the mobile phone receives the connection list message, interacts with each service function server appointed in the list message and provides intelligent session service for the user.
5. An intelligent network triggering method when a mobile phone terminal initiates a session is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(A) a subscriber mobile telephone terminal having an originating intelligent network feature initiates a session message via a data access service gateway;
(B) the data access service gateway sends a trigger request message for starting a session of a sender to an intelligent service distribution server for a user with the characteristics of the intelligent network of the sender;
(C) receiving the triggering request message by the intelligent service distribution server, retrieving an intelligent service list customized by a user according to the telephone number, the triggering characteristics and the session type contained in the triggering request message, and sending a connection list message comprising the connection address and the connection parameter content of the service function server corresponding to each intelligent service to the data access service gateway;
(D) the data access service gateway receives the connection list message, interacts with each service function server appointed in the list message, continues the session according to the intelligent service rule, and mixes and/or attaches the intelligent service content and/or control information required by the service function server rule in the content of the session.
6. Method of intelligent network triggering when a mobile phone terminal initiates a session according to claim 5, characterised in that the session includes but is not limited to a sector location update of the mobile phone terminal to a data access service gateway or a home subscriber server HSS.
7. An intelligent network triggering method when a mobile phone terminal receives a session message is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) the mobile telephone terminal user with receiving end intelligent network feature starts conversation information through data access service gateway;
(b) the data access service gateway sends a triggering request message of starting session of a receiver to an intelligent service distribution server for a user with the intelligent network characteristic of the receiver;
(c) the intelligent service distribution server receives the trigger request message, retrieves an intelligent service list customized by a user according to the telephone number, the trigger characteristics and the session type contained in the trigger request message, and sends a connection list message comprising the connection address and the connection parameter content of the service function server corresponding to each intelligent service to the data access service gateway;
(d) and the data access service gateway receives the connection list message, interacts with each service function server appointed in the list message, continues the session according to an intelligent service rule, and mixes and/or attaches intelligent service content and/or control information required by the service function server rule in the content of the session.
