Abstract

一种包装若干具有凹陷底部的罐头的纸箱有上、侧、下壁作可折迭的连接，形成从端部装货的管形结构，并有端盖折片和上壁及侧壁的每一端缘作可折迭的连接，并有下端盖折片，通过一个向外上方倾斜的斜边条，和纸箱的底壁连接，斜边条靠近形成包装罐头下缘的向内下方倾斜的圆形连接结构，从而消除纸箱底端部上的方角以及因之造成迭层堆放的纸箱墙壁向外弯曲的倾向。

Description

本发明与一种包装若干具有凹陷底端的罐头的纸箱有关，纸箱为端部装货的管形结构，两端有折片形的盖。
美国专利第4，558，816号于1985年12月17日颁发，受授人与本发明相同，揭示一种一般类型的罐头纸箱，可应用本发明而与本发明有所不同，该发明注意的是一般类型纸箱的提柄。
附图图1，是本发明满载纸箱的透视;图2是制造图1中纸箱所用的坯料俯视，图示其内侧;图3为本发明涉及的圆柱形罐类型的透视;图4为图3所示罐头的局部剖视，图中同类罐头上下迭放;图5为图1沿5-5线的分解剖视;图6为底部每端有方角的传统罐头纸箱的分解剖视;图7示将图3所示罐头在另一相同罐头上迭放的效果，两层罐头都放在纸箱中，图示迭放箱端壁有外弯趋势，并且底部有如图6所示的方角，图8示与图1颇相似的透视，但表示图7剖视所示的纸箱端部向外弯;图9示按本发明制造的纸箱的透视，端头折片开启，示一折片上涂胶，将纸箱端部的全部折片粘合;图10为图9中纸箱的端视，端部折片闭合。
首先参看图2，标号1标示纸箱底壁，其一侧缘连接一块侧壁形成片2，可沿折迭线3折迭。端盖折片4和侧壁形成片2的一端连接，可沿折迭线5折迭，端盖折片6和侧壁形成片2连接，可沿折迭线7折迭。一个斜边条8和底壁1的一个端缘连接，可沿折迭线9折迭，一个端盖折片10和斜边条8连接，可沿折迭线11折迭，折迭线11最好有切缝12，使沿折迭线11的抗折强度略低于折迭线9的抗折强度。在纸箱的另端有 斜边条13，和底壁1的一个端缘连接，可沿折迭线14折迭，一个端盖折片15和斜边条13连接，可沿折迭线16折迭，折线16最好有若干切缝17，使折迭线16的抗折强度低于折迭线14。
侧壁18和底壁1连接，可沿折迭线19折迭。一个端盖折片20和侧壁18的一个端缘连接，可沿折迭线21折迭，而端盖折片22和侧壁18的相对端连接，可沿折迭线23折迭。提柄结构在侧壁18上形成，其总体用标号24标示，有齿眼结构用标号25一般表示，在底壁1上形成，齿眼25a在上壁27上形成，上壁27和侧壁18沿折迭线26作可折迭的连接。手柄结构24，25及25a在上述美国专利第4，558，816号中已揭示，并包括在该专利中，故不构成本发明的部分。
端盖折片28和上壁27，沿折迭线29作可折迭的连接，端盖折片30和上壁27的另端，沿折迭线31作可折迭的连接。有若干如32作一般标示的切缝，构成一个易撕结构，便利开箱取物。侧壁形成片33和上壁27的一个边缘，沿折迭线34作可折迭的连接，而端部折片35，和侧壁形成片33，沿折迭线36作可折迭的连接。纸箱另端上，端盖折片37和侧壁形成片33，沿折迭线38作可折迭的连接。
为了用图2的料坯完成一个管形结构，将侧壁形成片2沿折迭线3向上折，再折向右方。然后在侧壁形成片2和端盖折片4及6的外表面，沿远离折迭线3的边缘涂胶。然后将上壁27抬高，沿折迭线26向左折，形成与底壁1内表面的一部分及与内壁18的内表面平贴接触关系。这操作必然将侧壁形成片33构成和侧壁形成2的局部迭放关系，结果折片33便和折片2的一个边缘粘接，其互相迭放关系为本行业中所熟知。
为使纸箱两端有装物的条件，将按上述形成的结构作成大致为图9所示的状态。于是可将圆柱形物件从纸箱的两端装入，罐底放在底壁1上，而上壁27放在罐顶上。
将罐头装入管形结构中后，按图9所示，将胶涂在端盖折片15内表 面的标志G处。然后如为复合端盖折6，37，将复合端盖折片6，37和端盖折片22沿复合折线7及38向里折迭如为端部折片22，则沿折线23折迭。然后将端盖折片30沿折线31向下折，再将下端盖折片15及斜条13，沿折线16及14向上折。这折迭过程使端盖折片15及30固定，因为端盖折片30外部有切去的角，胶G便和端盖折片22及复合端盖折片6，37的外表面接触，从而整个端盖结构紧固，形成一个单元。按上述及图9完成端部闭合操作后，纸箱闭合端如图10所示。当然纸箱的另端也按上述步骤闭合。
本发明适用的类型纸箱的传统角部结构如图6所示。图6中明显可见，在纸箱底B和端壁S与罐C的底和罐侧壁固定时形成的向下内侧倾斜的圆连接结构CS之间，形成一个X标示的空间。
由于本发明适用的类型的包装的搬运，一般使用集装板措施，纸箱按上下层堆放，如图7所示，按上下层迭放关系，将罐C放在罐C1上。如图7所示，下层中罐C1的上边缘F，顶住图6中之传统纸箱的方角，造成折片15′及30′向外弯曲。当然这种弯曲是极端不利的，并有累加的效果，下层和上层比效，弯曲陆续增大。
如图5所示，本发明的主要特点，是可使图7所示的端盖折片的这种不利外弯减为最少。在图5中，下罐C1的边缘F仅和按本发明形成的上纸箱的斜边条13顶住，基本不对端盖折片15加向上的力。其结果，可基本消除端盖折片的图7所示的不利的向外弯曲。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于包装若干个具有凹陷底端的罐头的纸箱，该纸箱包括顶壁、底壁和侧壁，上述顶壁、底壁和侧壁作折迭式连接，形成从端部装货的管形结构，有端盖折片从上述顶壁、底壁和侧壁的端边伸出，其特征在于底壁端盖折片通过一斜边条与底壁相连接，该斜边条向上和向外倾斜，邻靠位于纸箱两端的罐头的凹陷底端。
2、如权利要求1中之纸箱，其特征为该斜边条沿内边缘和该底壁一个端缘作可折迭的连接，沿其外缘和相关下端盖折片的下缘连接。
3、如权利要求1中之纸箱，其特征为和相应的该上壁的端部作可折迭连接的该端盖折片，和分别与该侧壁端部作可折迭连接的端盖折片，有平贴接触的迭置关系，并且每一该下端盖折片和与该上壁及该侧壁部作可折迭连接的相关端盖折片粘接。
4、如权利要求3中之纸箱，其特征为和该上壁作可折迭连接的端部折片的外角被切去，从而在每一下端片内表面上涂敷的粘接剂，和与该上壁端缘作可折迭连接的相关端盖折片，及和该侧壁端作可折迭连接的相关端盖折片形成粘接。
