Abstract

调凝型房屋保温涂料,由房屋保温涂料和调凝剂两部分组成:房屋保温涂料由硅酸铝纤维、温石棉纤维、希腊珠光砂、硅藻土、云母粉、稀土、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土、硅溶胶、改性聚乙烯醇、硅酸钠、快速渗透剂T、高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP、磷酸和水经浸泡、搅拌、乳化、复合成粘稠状膏体。调凝剂由铝酸钙、铝酸钠、硅酸二钙、无水石膏和氯化钠在粉体混合机中混合制成。使用时将两者按比例在搅拌机中现场混合均匀,操作方式基本上与抹水泥砂浆类同。该产品无污染、保温性好、使用寿命长、干凝速度可调、耐水性和抗压强度极大提高,简化了房屋保温技术系统,降低了工程造价,可满足各种建筑在各种复杂环境及气候条件下施工要求。

Description

调凝型房屋保温涂料
一、技术领域:本发明涉及建筑保温材料技术领域,特别是一种调凝型房屋保温涂料。
二、背景技术:本人发明的“房屋保温涂料”已获国家发明专利权,专利号为ZL02133287.8。该发明经沈阳伊洋建筑材料有限公司生产出外墙外保温、外墙内保温、屋面保温三大类五个品种的房屋保温涂料,在黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、江苏、上海等用户使用都收到较满意效果,该系列产品于2005年被国家建设部指令为“国家康居示范工程选用产品”。但是,该发明仍有不足之处:一是在相对潮湿天气和低温条件下,使用该涂料干凝速度较慢;二是该涂料干凝后抗压强度相对低、进水软化,得外加保护层。因此,势必影响工程进度和质量,尤其对高层剪力墙混凝土结构的楼房更是显而易见。
三、发明内容:本发明就是要解决已有房屋保温涂料在特殊环境下干凝速度较慢、干凝后抗压强度相对低、进水软化等技术问题,提供一种调凝型房屋保温涂料,使其既保留原有房屋保温涂料绝热保温的先进性,又使涂料干凝速度可调,极大提高其耐水性、耐候性、抗压强度和粘结强度。本发明由房屋保温涂料和调凝剂两部分组成:房屋保温涂料由硅酸铝纤维、温石棉纤维、希腊珠光砂、硅藻土、云母粉、稀土、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土、硅溶胶、改性聚乙烯醇、硅酸钠、快速渗透剂T、高效乳化剂T60、非离子表面活性剂NP、磷酸和水制成,各组分重量百分比为:硅酸铝纤维2-3.5%、温石棉纤维6-8%、希腊珠光砂7-10%、硅藻土2-4%、云母粉1-1.5%、稀土0.5-1.0%、轻质碳酸钙1-2%、膨润土1-1.5%、硅溶胶5-7%、改性聚乙烯醇1-3%、硅酸钠1.5-2%、快速渗透剂T0.3-0.4%、高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP各占0.04-0.05%、磷酸0.1-0.3%及水50-65%。制作方法:将硅酸铝纤维和温石棉纤维用含快速渗透剂T的温水在浸料槽中搅拌浸泡松解,检验合格后放入反应釜中,加入高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP、水及磷酸,在充分搅拌下使物料充分膨胀、乳化,检验合格后放入硅溶胶和改性聚乙烯醇,再次搅拌均匀,然后放入复合罐中,将填料希腊珠光砂、硅藻土、云母粉、稀土、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土、硅酸钠依次加入复合罐中,与其内部物料复合均匀,测试稠度、湿密度、PH值、表观微孔泡沫状态等指标合格消泡后计量包装,即为成品房屋保温涂料。
调凝剂是在粉体混合机中完成的,各组分重量百分比为:铝酸钙35-55%、铝酸钠39-50%、硅酸二钙4-6%、无水石膏5-6%、氯化钠3-4%,上述原料在粉体混合机中混合均匀放出装袋即可。
使用本发明产品是将房屋保温涂料与调凝剂按比例在搅拌机中现场混合均匀后须在控制时间内用完,使用操作方式基本上与抹水泥砂浆类同。
由于采取上述技术解决方案,本发明的有益效果在于一是无毒无味无腐蚀,对环境无污染;二是保温效果好、使用寿命长;三是干凝速度可调,极大地提高其耐水性、耐候性、抗压强度和粘结强度,简化了房屋保温技术系统,降低了工程造价,可满足各种建筑在各种复杂环境、复杂气候条件下施工要求。
四、具体实施方式:下面列举一优选实施例,对本发明作进一步阐述。欲制1000kg本发明的房屋保温涂料,用硅酸铝纤维30kg、温石棉纤维70kg、希腊珠光砂80kg、硅藻土30kg、云母粉15kg、稀土6kg、轻质碳酸钙20kg、膨润土15kg、硅溶胶60kg、改性聚乙烯醇20kg、硅酸钠15kg、快速渗透剂T4kg、高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP各0.5kg、磷酸1kg、水633kg。将硅酸铝纤维和温石棉纤维用含快速渗透剂T的温水在浸料槽中搅拌浸泡松解3小时,检验合格将其放入反应釜中,加入高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP、水及磷酸,在充分搅拌下使物料充分膨胀、乳化,检验合格后放入硅溶胶和改性聚乙烯醇,再次搅拌均匀,然后放入复合罐中,将填料希腊珠光砂、硅藻土、云母粉、稀土、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土、硅酸钠依次加入复合罐中,与其内部物料复合均匀,测试稠度、湿密度、PH值、表观微孔泡沫状态等指标合格消泡后包装即可。
调凝剂是在粉体混合机中完成的,欲制100kg调凝剂,将铝酸钙44kg、铝酸钠43kg、硅酸二钙5kg、无水石膏5kg、氯化钠3kg加入粉体混合机中混合均匀,放出装袋即可。

Claims (2)

1.调凝型房屋保温涂料由房屋保温涂料和调凝剂两部分组成,其特征是:房屋保温涂料由硅酸铝纤维、温石棉纤维、希腊珠光砂、硅藻土、云母粉、稀土、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土、硅溶胶、改性聚乙烯醇、硅酸钠、快速渗透剂T、高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP、磷酸和水制成,各组分重量百分比为:硅酸铝纤维2-3.5%、温石棉纤维6-8%、希腊珠光砂7-10%、硅藻土2-4%、云母粉1-1.5%、稀土0.5-1.0%、轻质碳酸钙1-2%、膨润土1-1.5%、硅溶胶5-7%、改性聚乙烯醇1-3%、硅酸钠1.5-2%、快速渗透剂T0.3-0.4%、高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP各占0.04-0.05%、磷酸0.1-0.3%、水50-65%;调凝剂由铝酸钙、铝酸钠、硅酸二钙、无水石膏和氯化钠制成,其重量百分比为35-55∶39-50∶4-6∶5-6∶3-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调凝型房屋保温涂料,其特征是房屋保温涂料制作方法是:将硅酸铝纤维和温石棉纤维用含快速渗透剂T的温水在浸料槽中搅拌浸泡松解,检验合格后放入反应釜中,加入高效乳化剂T60和非离子表面活性剂NP、水及磷酸,在充分搅拌下使物料充分膨胀、乳化,检验合格后放入硅溶胶和改性聚乙烯醇,再次搅拌均匀,然后放入复合罐中,将填料希腊珠光砂、硅藻土、云母粉、稀土、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土、硅酸钠依次加入复合罐中,与其内部物料复合均匀,测试稠度、湿密度、PH值、表观微孔泡沫状态等指标合格消泡后计量包装即可;调凝剂的制作方法是:将铝酸钙、铝酸钠、硅酸二钙、无水石膏和氯化钠依次加入粉体混合机中,混合均匀放出装袋即可。
