Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干光源模组,其中,二导轨固定于灯架相对两侧,所述光源模组自二导轨的一端穿设并沿导轨的延伸方向滑行至目标位置后锁固于导轨上。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的光源模组自导轨的一端滑行并通过螺钉锁固即可将将其固定至导轨上,拆、装便捷。在使用时,通过选择不同数量的光源模组即可满足不同光照强度的要求,无需重新制造灯具。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一平板状散热体及若干安装于该散热体一侧的发光二极管模组。此种灯具一经制成,就只能满足一定照明强度的需要。当需要满足各种不同照明强度时,就必须通过增、减发光二极管模组的数量并重新设计灯具的尺寸,原有的整个模具不能再用。如此,需要耗费大量的模具开发费用,既浪费工时又不环保。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能满足各种不同照明强度要求的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干光源模组,其中,二导轨固定于灯架相对两侧,所述光源模组自二导轨的一端穿设并沿导轨的延伸方向滑行至目标位置后锁固于导轨上。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具的光源模组自导轨的一端滑行并通过螺钉锁固即可将将其固定至导轨上,拆、装便捷。在使用时,通过选择不同数量的光源模组即可满足不同光照强度的要求,无需重新制造灯具。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,为本发明的发光二极管灯具的第一实施例。该发光二极管灯具包括一灯架30、固定于灯架30相对两侧的二导轨20、穿设于二导轨20之间的四光源模组40及固定于灯架30一侧面并罩设这些光源模组40的一纵长透明灯盖10。
请同时参阅图3,该灯架30包括一纵长的安装板31、固定于安装板31一端的一驱动模组33、固定于安装板31另一端的一挡板37及装设于安装板31相对两端、分别位于驱动模组33及挡板37外侧的二固定架35。二方形的开口312间隔开设于安装板31中部,用以供光源模组40穿设。每一固定架35为大致呈U形的弯折金属片体,用以将灯架30固定至目标位置。
所述二导轨20均为弯折金属片体。每一导轨20大至呈Z形,包括一竖直的纵长本体22、自本体22顶部边缘向内垂直弯折延伸的一导向部24及自本体22底部边缘向外垂直弯折延伸的一固定部26。该导向部24及固定部26相对平行。二导轨20的固定部26通过粘接或焊接等方式固定于灯架30的安装板31的相对两侧,从而使安装板31的二开口312位于导轨20的二固定部26之间。二本体22之间的距离与光源模组40的宽度相当。二导向部24相向设置,其间的距离小于光源模组40的宽度。二导轨20的相对两端分别抵顶驱动模组33及挡板37。
请同时参阅图4,所述每一光源模组40包括一散热器41、贴设于散热器41上的电路板43、固定于电路板43上的若干发光二极管模组45及固定于电路板43上用以罩设发光二极管模组45的反光罩47。该散热器41包括一纵长的基板412及自基板412一侧中部延伸形成的若干散热片414。基板412的宽度与二导轨20的本体22间的距离相当,散热片414的宽度与二导轨20的导向部24间的距离相当。
请同时参阅图5,安装时,先将二光源模组40自二导轨20的一端穿设并沿导轨20的导向部24的延伸方向滑行直至其一端抵顶驱动模组33,其中光源模组40的底面两侧即反光罩47的底部两侧与灯架30的安装板31抵靠,光源模组40的顶面两侧边缘即散热器41的基板412顶面两侧边缘与导轨20的导向部24底面抵顶。然后使螺钉60穿过导轨20的导向部24并与光源模组40的散热器41的边缘配合、同时使螺钉70穿过导轨20的本体22与光源模组40的散热器41的侧面配合,从而将光源模组40固定于导轨20上。此时光源模组40的散热片414朝向灯架30的固定架35延伸的方向,其发光二极管模组43正对安装板31的一开口312。然后将一纵长的压板50按压在二导轨20的导向部24的上表面,使上述二光源模组40夹设于压板50与驱动模组33之间。二螺钉80穿过压板50并与光源模组40的散热器41配合而将压板50固定于光源模组40一侧。另外二光源模组40通过同样的方式安装至二导轨20的另一端,然后将挡板37固定至二导轨20远离驱动模组33的一端。此时,另外二光源模组40夹设于压板50与挡板37之间。最后,将透明灯盖10固定至灯架30的一侧,以遮盖四光源模组40。如此,发光二极管灯具安装完毕。
请同时参阅图6,为本发明第二实施例的立体组装图。本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:本实施例中的安装板31a中部开设有一纵长、连通的开口312a,三等距离间隔设置的光源模组40固定于二导轨20之间且其发光二极管模组43正对开口312a。
本发明中,光源模组40自二导轨20的一端穿设并沿导轨20的导向部24的延伸方向,通过螺钉60、70的锁固即可将光源模组40固定至导轨20上,拆、装便捷。在使用时,通过选择不同数量的光源模组40即可满足不同光照强度的要求,无需重新制造灯具。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架及装设于灯架上的若干光源模组,其特征在于:二导轨固定于灯架相对两侧,所述光源模组自二导轨的一端穿设并沿导轨的延伸方向滑行至目标位置后锁固于导轨上。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一导轨包括一的纵长本体、自本体顶端向内弯折延伸的一导向部及自本体底端向外弯折延伸的一固定部,所述固定部固定于灯架一侧,所述二导向部相向设置以形成一滑道并夹设所述光源模组于其间。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二导轨本体之间的距离与光源模组的宽度相当,其导向部之间的距离距离小于光源模组的宽度。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述光源模组包括一散热器、贴设于散热器上的电路板、固定于电路板上的若干发光二极管模组。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一纵长的基板及自基板一侧中部延伸形成的若干散热片,所述基板夹设于二导轨的本体间,若干螺钉穿过导轨的导向部并与光源模组的散热器的基板边缘配合而将光源模组固定于导轨上。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架包括一纵长的安装板、固定于安装板一端的一驱动模组、固定于安装板另一端的一挡板,所述二导轨夹设于挡板及驱动模组之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装板的中部开设有二间隔的开口,所述光源模组穿设所述开口。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装板的中部开设有一纵长的开口,所述光源模组穿设所述开口。
9.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:二固定架装设于安装板相对两端,用以将灯架固定至目标位置。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一导轨大至呈Z形。
11.如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二导轨通过焊接或粘接方式固定至所述灯架两侧。
