The locking type short message is a parameter value which can be used for mobile phone anti-theft of an SMS Teleservice Identifier in an SMS Delivery Point instruction specified by a telecom operator in a CDMA network; in the GSM network, a parameter value of TP-Protocol-Identifier (TP-PID) in the short message packet can be used for anti-theft of the mobile phone.
A communication system supporting handset piracy, comprising:
a mobile communication wireless system for providing a mobile phone terminal with a wireless access service for connecting to a mobile communication network;
the mobile communication access gateway is interconnected with a mobile communication wireless system and is communication equipment for providing the mobile phone terminal with access to a mobile communication core subsystem through the mobile communication wireless system;
the mobile phone anti-theft terminal is a mobile phone terminal supporting the mobile phone anti-theft function;
the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone is realized by a computer database server system, is interconnected with a short message gateway through a data network and is used for managing and maintaining the state of the IMEI of the mobile phone of a user; the system comprises a locking module, a service module and a service module, wherein the locking module is used for receiving a loss reporting service request of a mobile phone user and placing the mobile phone IMEI state of the loss reporting user in a locking state; the mobile phone IMEI state switching system is used for receiving an off-hook service request of a mobile phone user and switching the IMEI state of the mobile phone of the off-hook user to a normal state; the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway is used for receiving a starting-up short message initiated by a mobile phone anti-theft terminal user, and sending a mobile phone locking instruction to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway for an IMEI mobile phone in a locking state;

The short message gateway is a network element in a mobile communication network, is interconnected with a short message center SMSC, and sends the short message to a destination telephone number through the short message center SMSC if receiving a short message sending request of the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway; if a short message sent to an IMEI anti-theft access number of the mobile phone is received, sending the short message to an IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone; the short message gateway can be integrated into a short message center (SMSC); the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone can be connected with the Internet and provides WEB or WAP services for loss reporting and hanging releasing; the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway is further interconnected with a switch in a mobile communication network for originating a call; the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device can be arranged in a mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway, or in an independent computer server, or in an equipment identification register EIR network element.
A mobile phone anti-theft method based on a mobile phone anti-theft terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, an IMEI anti-theft device of a mobile phone receives a startup short message containing a mobile phone number and an IMEI;
secondly, the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone searches whether the IMEI is locked, if so, the third step is executed, and if not, the fifth step is executed;
the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone sends a locking instruction containing the mobile phone number to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway;
receiving the locking instruction by the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway, sending a locking type short message containing anti-theft content to the mobile phone number, if the starting short message contains geographical position information, sending an alarm message of the geographical position of the mobile phone, and executing the step of sixth;
fifthly, the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone searches whether the mobile phone number is the mobile phone number bound by the IMEI mobile phone user, if so, a matching alarm message is given, the mobile phone number interacts with the original mobile phone number of the IMEI, and after determining whether to perform locking operation, the sixth step is executed, and if not, the sixth step is executed;
and finishing the processing process of the startup short message.
A mobile phone anti-theft method based on a mobile phone terminal capable of sending a startup short message is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone receives a startup short message containing a mobile phone number and IMEI;
B. b, the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone searches whether the IMEI is locked, if so, the step C is executed, and if not, the step E is executed;
C. the IMEI anti-theft device of the mobile phone sends a locking instruction containing the mobile phone number to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway;
D. the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway receives the locking instruction, sends a short message containing anti-theft content to the mobile phone number, if the starting-up short message contains geographical position information, sends out alarm information of the geographical position of the mobile phone, and continuously calls the mobile phone number, and if answering, the anti-theft message is played until the IMEI mobile phone is shut down;
E. the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device searches whether the mobile phone number is a mobile phone number bound by an IMEI mobile phone user, if so, matching alarm information is given, the mobile phone number interacts with the original mobile phone number of the IMEI, step F is executed after whether locking operation is carried out or not is determined, and if not, step F is executed;
F. and ending the starting short message processing process.
The invention has the following effects: the method provides mobile phone anti-theft service for mobile phone users, remotely locks lost mobile phones or stolen mobile phones, prevents information or records stored in the mobile phones from being stolen by others, and realizes the operation of the owner of the physical return by setting the locked mobile phone recycling counter in a telecom operator business hall.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a diagram of a preferred system for handset piracy of the present invention. Wherein,
the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 and the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 are interconnected through a data network 120, a logical link connection is established by adopting a TCP/IP Socket (Socket), and communication is carried out through the message content in an agreed format;
the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 and the short message gateway 130 are interconnected through the data network 120, a logical link connection is established by adopting a TCP/IP Socket (Socket), and an SMPP protocol is adopted for communication;
the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 and the short message gateway 130 are interconnected through the data network 120, a logical link connection is established by adopting a Socket (Socket) of TCP/IP, and communication is carried out by adopting an SMPP protocol;
the mobile communication access gateway 140 and the mobile communication wireless system 150 are interconnected through a transmission line, and communication is performed by adopting a protocol specified by a telecom operator;
the mobile phone anti-theft terminal 160 is connected with the mobile communication wireless system 150 through a wireless interface, and carries out interactive communication by adopting an air interface protocol specified by a telecom operator;
the mobile phone terminal 170 is connected to the mobile communication wireless system 150 through a wireless interface, and performs interactive communication using an air interface protocol specified by a telecommunications carrier;
the mobile communication radio system 150 refers to a base station subsystem BSS or a radio network subsystem RNS in a mobile communication network.
The mobile phone anti-theft terminal 160 is a mobile phone terminal with a mobile phone anti-theft function, and the mobile phone anti-theft function comprises: if a short message of a locking type is received, the short message is automatically locked after the content of the short message is displayed on a screen, and no keyboard operation is responded; if the mobile phone is started, a starting short message containing the international mobile equipment identity IMEI content of the mobile phone terminal is sent to the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100.

A communication system supporting handset piracy, comprising:
a mobile communication wireless system 150 for providing a mobile phone terminal with a wireless access service for connecting to a mobile communication network;
a mobile communication access gateway 140 interconnected with the mobile communication wireless system 150, which is a communication device providing a mobile phone terminal with access to the mobile communication core subsystem through the mobile communication wireless system 150;
the mobile phone anti-theft terminal 160 is a mobile phone terminal supporting the mobile phone anti-theft function;
the IMEI anti-theft device 100 of the mobile phone is realized by a computer database server system, is interconnected with a short message gateway 130 through a data network 120, and is used for managing and maintaining the state of the IMEI of the mobile phone of a user; the system comprises a locking module, a service module and a service module, wherein the locking module is used for receiving a loss reporting service request of a mobile phone user and placing the mobile phone IMEI state of the loss reporting user in a locking state; the mobile phone IMEI state switching system is used for receiving an off-hook service request of a mobile phone user and switching the IMEI state of the mobile phone of the off-hook user to a normal state; the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 is used for receiving a starting-up short message initiated by a mobile phone anti-theft terminal 160 user, and sending a mobile phone locking instruction to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 for an IMEI mobile phone in a locking state;
the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 is realized by a computer service system, is interconnected with the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 through a data network 120, and interactively communicates with the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 according to a preset communication protocol; interconnected with a short message gateway 130 in a mobile communication network through an access mode specified by a telecommunications carrier; if a mobile phone locking instruction from the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 is received, a phone number is analyzed from the mobile phone locking instruction, and anti-theft operation is performed on the phone number.

A mobile phone anti-theft method based on a mobile phone anti-theft terminal comprises the following steps:
firstly, a mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 receives a startup short message containing a mobile phone number and an IMEI;
secondly, the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 searches whether the IMEI is locked, if so, the third step is executed, and if not, the fifth step is executed;
the IMEI anti-theft device 100 of the mobile phone sends a locking instruction containing the mobile phone number to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110;

fifthly, the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 searches whether the mobile phone number is the mobile phone number bound by the IMEI mobile phone user, if so, a matching alarm message is given, the mobile phone number interacts with the original mobile phone number of the IMEI, after determining whether to perform locking operation, the sixth step is executed, and if not, the sixth step is executed;
and finishing the processing process of the startup short message.
A mobile phone anti-theft method based on a mobile phone terminal capable of sending a startup short message comprises the following steps:
A. the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 receives a startup short message containing a mobile phone number and an IMEI;
B. the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 searches whether the IMEI is locked, if yes, the step C is executed, and if not, the step E is executed;
C. the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 sends a locking instruction containing the mobile phone number to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110;
D. the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 receives the locking instruction, sends a short message containing anti-theft content to the mobile phone number, if the starting-up short message contains geographical position information, sends out alarm information of the geographical position of the mobile phone, and continuously calls the mobile phone number, and if answering, plays anti-theft message until the IMEI mobile phone is shut down;
E. the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 searches whether the mobile phone number is a mobile phone number bound by an IMEI mobile phone user, if so, a matching alarm message is given, the mobile phone number interacts with an original mobile phone number of the IMEI, step F is executed after whether locking operation is carried out or not is determined, and if not, step F is executed;
F. and ending the starting short message processing process.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram of a preferred system for mobile phone anti-theft according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The IMEI anti-theft device 100 of the mobile phone is connected with the Internet 180, a WEB/WAP anti-theft operation page of a user is provided, the user is enabled to communicate and interact with the IMEI anti-theft device 100 of the mobile phone through the WEB/WAP anti-theft operation page through an Internet computer, and the anti-theft state of the mobile phone is set and managed.
The user interacts with the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft execution gateway 110 through IVR or short message or USSD mode, and sets and manages the mobile phone anti-theft state.
The user opens an account in an uplink short message mode, the mobile phone number of the user is bound for the new IMEI, and the binding is not allowed for the IMEI with the binding relation in the system.
The mobile phone anti-theft terminal user locking mobile phone is realized by the following processes:
1. a mobile phone user logs in the IMEI anti-theft device 100 in an access mode;
2. the IMEI anti-theft device 100 authenticates the user, if the authentication is passed, the step 3 is executed, otherwise, the step 5 is executed;
3. the user selects to lock the mobile phone in the operation items provided by the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100, the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 marks the mobile phone IMEI of the user, if the starting-up short message of the IMEI is received, the mobile phone number is analyzed in the short message, and a mobile phone locking instruction containing the mobile phone number is sent to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110;
4. the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 receives the locking instruction, sends a locking type short message containing anti-theft content to the mobile phone number, if the starting short message contains geographical position information, sends out alarm information of the geographical position of the mobile phone, and executes the step 5;
5. the locking process ends.
The mobile phone terminal user locking mobile phone capable of sending the startup short message is realized by the following flow:
(a) a mobile phone user logs in the IMEI anti-theft device 100 in an access mode;
(b) the IMEI anti-theft device 100 authenticates the user, if the authentication is passed, the step (c) is executed, otherwise, the step (e) is executed;
(c) the user selects to lock the mobile phone in the operation items provided by the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100, the mobile phone IMEI anti-theft device 100 marks the mobile phone IMEI of the user, if the starting-up short message of the IMEI is received, the mobile phone number is analyzed in the short message, and a mobile phone locking instruction containing the mobile phone number is sent to the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110;
(d) the mobile phone anti-theft execution gateway 110 receives the locking instruction, sends a short message containing anti-theft content to the mobile phone number, if the starting-up short message contains geographical position information, sends out alarm information of the geographical position of the mobile phone, and continuously calls the mobile phone number, and if answering, plays anti-theft message until the IMEI mobile phone is shut down;
(e) the locking process ends.
