Abstract

本发明公开了一种电子卡连接器,其包括:绝缘本体、若干导电端子、遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体位于遮蔽壳体的前端,且遮蔽壳体遮蔽于绝缘本体上,所述退卡机构包括一基座及一设置于基座上的退卡件,所述基座位于绝缘本体一侧,所述退卡件沿电子卡插拔方向运动,所述绝缘本体与基座共同形成一锁扣装置,该锁扣装置将绝缘本体与基座相互连接,且所述锁扣装置限制基座沿水平方向的运动。本发明电子卡连接器的退卡机构组装牢固,结构稳定。

Description

电子卡连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关于一种电子卡连接器,尤其涉及一种具有退卡机构的电子卡连接器。
【背景技术】
笔记本电脑通常会配设有Expresscard连接器,用于实现笔记本电脑与Expresscard之间的电性连接,以便进行数据存储及传输。为了便于退出Expresscard,Expresscard连接器通常会设置有一退卡机构。
中国台湾专利第M306727号揭示了一种Expresscard连接器,其包括一绝缘本体,收容于绝缘本体上的若干导电端子,遮蔽绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构。所述退卡机构位于绝缘本体一侧,且收容于由遮蔽壳体形成的收容部内,其具有一基座、一弹簧、一止动件及一退卡件,所述基座位于绝缘本体一侧且两者相互分离设置,于该基座上固持有所述退卡件,所述止动件连接基座与退卡件,所述弹簧一端连接止动件,另一端连接至遮蔽壳体上。当一电子卡插入时,所述退卡件抵持于电子卡的前端,其受到一向前的顶推力,此时,弹簧将被拉伸而使退卡件受到一向后的反向拉力,因所述推力及拉力分别作用于退卡件的两端而使退卡机构在使用过程中发生偏转或者滑移,导致退卡机构不稳定甚至失效。
所以,有必要对上述电子卡连接器进行改良以解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种组装牢固的退卡机构的电子卡连接器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电子卡连接器,其包括:绝缘本体、若干导电端子、遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体位于遮蔽壳体的前端,且遮蔽壳体遮蔽于绝缘本体上,所述退卡机构包括一基座及一设置于基座上的退卡件,所述基座位于绝缘本体一侧,所述退卡件沿电子卡插拔方向运动,所述绝缘本体与基座共同形成一锁扣装置,该锁扣装置将绝缘本体与基座相互连接,且所述锁扣装置限制基座沿水平方向的运动。
相较于现有技术,本发明的电子卡连接器具有如下有益效果:通过锁扣装置将绝缘本体与基座连接,所述绝缘本体将牢固地扣持基座,并且抵消基座所受的偏转力,防止基座及整个退卡机构向外偏转。

【具体实施方式】
以下将结合图1至图4详细介绍本发明电子卡连接器100的具体实施方式。本发明电子卡连接器100包括绝缘本体10、若干导电端子20、遮蔽壳体30、导块40及退卡机构50。
如图1至图4所示,绝缘本体10位于遮蔽壳体30的前端,其包括一基部11,自基部11相对两侧向后延伸的一对侧臂12,自基部11向后延伸且位于一对侧臂12之间的舌板13及自基座11两侧向前凸伸的安装部15。所述导电端子20收容于舌板13上并延伸出绝缘本体10用以焊接到一印刷电路板(未图示)上。其中一侧臂12外侧设有一沿竖直方向延伸的收容槽14,所述收容槽14外侧前后端分别设有一抵挡部16,于两抵挡部16之间具有一开口(未标号)。
如图1至图3所示,遮蔽壳体30遮蔽于绝缘本体10上,且两者共同形成一个电子卡收容空间(未标号)。所述遮蔽壳体30大致呈一L形结构,包括一水平延伸的主体部31及若干自主体部31侧边向下延伸的侧壁32。所述主体部31包括较窄的前端部33及较宽的后端部35,所述前端部33一侧缘向下再向内弯折而形成一收容部38,用于收容所述退卡机构50;所述前端部33前缘固持有一对螺母60,所述螺母60收容于绝缘本体10的安装部15上,用以将绝缘本体10舆遮蔽壳体30结合;所述前端部33还设有一向下延伸的固定部37,该固定部37位于收容部38的后端,于该固定部37上设有一通孔371。
如图2及图3所示,导块40用于导引不同宽度的电子卡插入电子卡连接器100,其安装固持于遮蔽壳体30的侧壁32上,且连接至绝缘本体10的侧臂12上,包括一呈三角形的板体部41及自板体部41前端向上向前延伸的L形的竖直部42,该竖直部42前端且靠近绝缘本体10外侧形成一凸部421,其固持于前述固定部37的通孔371内。
如图1至图4所示,所述退卡机构50安装于绝缘本体10的一侧,其包括一基座51,一弹簧52,一退卡件53及一选择性的定位所述退卡件53与基座51相对位置的止动件54。所述基座51通过一锁扣装置(未标号)将其固持于绝缘本体10的侧臂12上,所述基座51包括一设置有心型槽(未标号)的竖直部510及自竖直部510上下两端分别向内向外延伸的延伸部513,511;所述下端的延伸部511上设有一沿电子卡插拔方向延伸的长槽517;所述竖直部510抵靠侧臂12处设有一固持部515,所述固持部515收容于绝缘本体10的收容槽14内,该固持部515与收容槽14相互配合共同形成所述锁扣装置(未标号),此方式形成的锁扣装置仅为本发明的一种具体实施方式。所述锁扣装置(未标号)用于将基座51固持于绝缘本体10上,固持部515的前后两端分别设有一缺口516,所述基座51沿竖直方向安装于绝缘本体10上,且所述收容槽15外侧的抵挡部16卡扣于缺口516内,从而限定基座51在水平方向上的运动,即基座10不能向电子卡连接器100的外侧偏转;所述竖直部510的后端还设有固持口512,所述导块40的凸部421穿过所述固定部37的通孔371后固持于固持口512内。
所述退卡件53安装于基座51上,且可沿电子卡插拔方向往复运动,其包括一水平部532、自水平部532一侧弯折延伸形成的定位部531及自水平部532另一端弯折延伸的退卡部533,所述水平部532设置于基座51的上端;所述定位部531及退卡部533分别位于基座51的竖直部510的不同侧;所述定位部531可滑动的收容于基座51的长槽517内;所述退卡部533位于电子卡收容空间(未标号)内;
所述止动件54一端可动的收容于基部51的心型槽内,而另一端固定于定位部531上形成的销孔533内。弹簧52一端扣持导块40上,另一端扣持于止动件54上。
当电子卡(未图示)插入电子卡连接器100时,所述退卡件53的退卡部533受到一向前的推力,同时,位于退卡件53另一侧的定位部531受到弹簧向后的拉力,所述推力及拉力将驱动基座51产生向外侧偏转,本发明电子卡连接器100通过绝缘本体10的收容槽14及基座51的固持部515共同形成的锁扣装置而将基座51安装于绝缘本体10上,借所述绝缘本体10抵消基座51所受的偏转力,防止基座51向外偏转。

Claims (7)

1.一种电子卡连接器,其包括:绝缘本体、若干导电端子、遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体位于遮蔽壳体的前端,且遮蔽壳体遮蔽于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部相对两侧向后延伸的一对侧臂,所述退卡机构包括一基座及一设置于基座上的退卡件,所述基座抵靠于所述侧臂的外侧,所述退卡件沿电子卡插拔方向运动,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的侧臂与基座共同形成一锁扣装置,该锁扣装置将基座固持于绝缘本体上,且所述锁扣装置限制基座沿水平方向的运动,该锁扣装置包括形成于所述侧臂的外侧的收容槽及形成于基座上的固持部,所述侧臂于收容槽外侧的前后两端分别设有一抵挡部,所述固持部收容卡固于收容槽内,所述固持部的前后两端分别设有一缺口,所述收容槽外侧的抵挡部卡扣于缺口内以防止基座向电子卡连接器的外侧偏转。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述收容槽沿竖直方向延伸,所述基座的固持部沿竖直方向设置于收容槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述前后抵挡部之间包括一开口。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述退卡件包括一水平部、位于水平部一侧的退卡部以及位于水平部另一侧的定位部,所述水平部设置于基座的上端,所述退卡部及定位部位于基座的不同侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:该电子卡连接器进一步包括一三角形的导块,所述导块与基座分离设置,所述导块设有一凸部,所述基座设有与凸部相配合的固持口。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体具有较宽部分及较窄部分,所述较窄部分一侧形成一收容并固持所述退卡机构的收容部。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述退卡机构包括一弹簧,所述弹簧能在卡插入时被拉伸。
