Abstract

本发明提供了一种管道阀门用直线方向的补偿器,所要解决的问题是:执行器的输出推杆与阀门为刚性连接,推杆的往复运动推动阀门的运行。阀门受热膨胀,因无处吸;当阀芯磨损,推杆不能自动补偿。本发明的要点是:它有驱动杆座、弹簧和带帽的驱动杆,杆座上有盲孔,带帽的驱动杆插入杆座的盲孔里,驱动杆与盲目孔滑动配合,弹簧安装在驱动杆上、置于杆座和驱动杆帽之间。本发明的有益效果是:它能自动补偿阀门的变化,保护执行器和阀门,提高阀门运行的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及执行器在驱动阀门时使用的直线方向的补偿器,补偿器与与阀门连接。
背景技术
管道阀门的运行可以控制管道内流体的流量和压力。驱动并控制管道阀门运行的装置叫执行器,执行器的输出推杆与阀门为刚性连接,输出推杆的往复运动推动阀门的运行;执行器及其输出推杆一旦定位,阀门不能反推输出推杆往复运动。在实际中,因环境温度、流体温度升高时,阀门受热膨胀,热膨胀力无处吸收,加大了输出推杆受力,造成阀门或推杆的损坏;当阀芯磨损、加大阀芯与阀体的间隙时,输出推杆不能自动补偿该间隙,造成阀门泄漏。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种直线方向的补偿器。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它有驱动杆座、弹簧和带帽的驱动杆,杆座上有盲孔,带帽的驱动杆插入杆座的盲孔里,驱动杆与盲目孔滑动配合,弹簧安装在驱动杆上、置于杆座和驱动杆帽之间。使用时将驱动杆座和执行器输出推杆、带帽的驱动杆和阀门刚性连接。在执行器及其输出推杆定位后,当阀门膨胀,驱动杆压迫弹簧后退,由弹簧吸收阀门的热膨胀力;当阀芯磨损、加大阀芯与阀体的间隙时,弹簧推动驱动杆前行,自动补偿该间隙。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:它能自动补偿阀门的变化,保护执行器和阀门,提高阀门运行的可靠性。

具体实施方式
带帽51的驱动杆5插入驱动杆座1的盲孔11里,驱动杆5与盲孔11滑动配合,弹簧4安装在驱动杆上、置于杆座1和驱动杆帽51之间。为限定驱动杆5的行程,穿钉3穿过驱动杆5,穿钉的两头分别在杆座1的两个腰形槽12里,穿钉腰形槽里移动。在弹簧和驱动杆帽51设置圆环6,作为驱动杆行程的指针。将执行器输出推杆的内螺纹(图中未标)拧入驱动杆座1的外螺纹13上,将阀门的阀杆(图中未标)拧入驱动杆帽51的内螺纹上,执行器的输出推杆通过本发明推动阀杆及阀门运行。输出推杆定位后,当阀门受热膨胀,驱动杆5压迫弹簧后退,由弹簧吸收阀门的热膨胀;当阀芯磨损、加大阀芯与阀体的间隙时,弹簧推动驱动杆前行,自动补偿该间隙。穿钉及腰形孔限定驱动杆的行程,同时穿钉还将驱动杆5和杆座1连接起来。

1.一种管道阀门上的直线方向的补偿器,其特征是:它有驱动杆座、弹簧和带帽的驱动杆,杆座上有盲孔,带帽的驱动杆插入杆座的盲孔里,驱动杆与盲孔滑动配合,弹簧安装在驱动杆上、置于杆座和驱动杆帽之间,穿钉穿过驱动杆,穿钉的两头分别在杆座的两个腰形槽里,驱动杆座和执行器输出推杆、带帽的驱动杆和阀门刚性连接。
