本发明所述的大型喷粉室的新结构，该结构的大型喷粉室是由集粉管路、喷粉室、喷粉室屏蔽段、滤芯回收系统、粉末回收风道、粉室底架、照明灯系统、粉室顶盖、粉室端门组成。其特征在于：人工喷粉时大部分粉末吸附在工件上，有少量粉末漂浮在喷粉室内。漂浮在喷粉室粉末在滤芯回收系统的风机排风作用下，使粉末通过集粉管路、喷粉室内地板上粉末回收孔、进到粉末回收风道、进入滤芯回收系统，通过滤芯使粉末得到回收再利用。

Description

大型喷粉室的新结构
技术领域本发明属于大型喷粉室领域，具体的讲是一座专门用于为了大型涂装设备的大型人工喷粉结构的喷粉室。
技术背景在人工喷粉时大部分粉末吸附在工件上，有少量粉末漂浮在喷粉室内。原集粉管路是在室内两侧面安装，室内的四角是死角，粉末沉积在四角不易回收。回收利用率不高，浪费严重。
发明内容本发明是为了弥补上述的不足而提供的一种改进的新结构大型喷粉室，该结构的大型喷粉室是由集粉管路、喷粉室、喷粉室屏蔽段、滤芯回收系统、粉末回收风道、粉室底架、照明灯系统、粉室顶盖、粉室端门组成。新结构大型喷粉室是全封闭的喷粉室，喷粉室的墙壁上装有照明灯系统，上面是喷粉室的顶盖；在室内的两侧和四角安装有集粉管路，四角没有粉末沉积现象；喷粉室的底下有喷粉室底架支撑着；喷粉室有一个屏蔽段，防止粉末漂浮出去，人工喷粉时大部分粉末吸附在工件上，有少量粉末漂浮在喷粉室内。漂浮在喷粉室粉末在滤芯回收系统的风机排风作用下，使粉末通过集粉管路、喷粉室内地板上粉末回收孔、进到粉末回收风道、进入滤芯回收系统，通过滤芯使粉末得到回收再利用；喷粉完毕的涂装设备由喷粉室端门出去。
新结构的大型喷粉室使悬浮在高处的粉末能够顺利地进入回收风道内，减少喷粉室内地板上降落的粉末，使粉末回收率大大的提高，能达到95％以上，粉末再利用率得到提高，提高了经济效率。

具体实施方式本发明是由集粉管路1、喷粉室2、喷粉室屏蔽段3、滤芯回收系统4、粉末回收风道5、粉室底架6、照明灯系统7、粉室顶盖8、粉室端门9组成。其特征在于：新结构大型喷粉室是全封闭的喷粉室，喷粉室2的墙壁上装有照明灯系统7，上面是喷粉室的顶盖8；在室内的两侧和四角安装有集粉管路1，四角没有粉末沉积现象；喷粉室2的底下有喷粉室底架6支撑着；喷粉室有一个屏蔽段3，防止粉末漂浮出去，人工喷粉时大部分粉末吸附在工件上，有少量粉末漂浮在喷粉室2内。漂浮在喷粉室2粉末在滤芯回收系统4的风机排风作用下，使粉末通过集粉管路1、喷粉室2内地板上粉末回收孔、进到粉末回收风道5、进入滤芯回收系统4，通过滤芯使粉末得到回收再利用；喷粉完毕的涂装设备由喷粉室端门9出去。

1.一座新结构的大型喷粉室，它是由集粉管路、喷粉室、喷粉室屏蔽段、滤芯回收系统、粉末回收风道、粉室底架、照明灯系统、粉室顶盖、粉室端门组成。其特征在于：人工喷粉时大部分粉末吸附在工件上，有少量粉末漂浮在喷粉室内。漂浮在喷粉室粉末在滤芯回收系统的风机排风作用下，使粉末通过集粉管路、喷粉室内地板上粉末回收孔、进到粉末回收风道、进入滤芯回收系统，通过滤芯使粉末得到回收再利用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一座新结构的大型喷粉室，其特征在于：新结构大型喷粉室是全封闭的喷粉室，喷粉室的墙壁上装有照明灯系统，上面是喷粉室的顶盖；在室内的两侧和四角安装有集粉管路，四角没有粉末沉积现象；喷粉室的底下有喷粉室底架支撑着；喷粉室有一个屏蔽段，防止粉末漂浮出去。
