Abstract
本发明β粒子痔疮治疗仪是一种专门治疗痔疮的近距离放疗仪,能治疗内痔、外痔、混合痔、肛门裂、肛窦炎等多种肛肠疾病。该治疗仪由照射器、定位器、升降器、移动车和控制器五大部件组成。利用设置在照射器内的放射源释放出的β射线或/和低能γ射线,照射患者的痔疮,控制总吸收剂量,可达到止痛、止血、消除炎症和排便通畅的目的。该机具有疗效显著、安全可靠、操作简便、使用灵活等优奌。是一种无痛、无创伤、无副作用的新疗法。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗仪器。更确切地说是一种放射性医疗仪器,属于近距离治疗仪器的范畴。
(二)背景技术
痔疮是一种常见病,多发病。是位于直肠下端、肛管粘膜下以及肛缘静脉丛的淤血,并由静脉丛扩张、屈曲而形成的软性静脉团块。它可产生出血、栓塞和脱出的病症。发病原因大多认为与直肠内压和肛管压增高、便秘、排便时间过长以及炎症有关。
目前痔疮治疗方法很多,大致可归结为药物疗法、手术疗法和物理疗法三大类。
公知公用的物理疗法包括红外线照射、液氮冷冻、激光切除、微波治疗、射频治疗等。其中红外线照射近期疗效比较明显,远期疗效尚未十分肯定。冷冻疗法对内痔有良好效果,对外痔疗效差,本后反应和并发症也不少,现已不常采用。至于激光疗法,由于切除时切口周围组织发生变性、坏死,术后易并发感染、出血、瘢痕狭窄等,目前也已很少采用。对比文献:微波痔疮治疗仪器方面有:《TJSM-92BM系列微波治疗仪治疗痔疮247例》,朱遵义、胡波,实用医药杂志,2006,23(10):1177;《微波治疗仪治疗痔疮的疗效观察》吴莲香、曾祥泰,实用临床医学,2006,7(11);激光痔疮治疗仪器方面有:《激光痔疮治疗仪》,白凤翔、斉玉珍,中国激光医学杂志,2001,10(2):131;射频痔疮治疗仪器方面有,《ZZ型肛肠综合治疗仪治疗痔疮379例体会》,徐宏健,实用医学杂志,2000,16(8):675。
(三)发明内容
本发明的“β粒子痔疮治疗仪”,其目的是利用高能β粒子和低能γ射线的电离效应,使生理性旺盛的微血管发生闭塞,促使病变细胞调亡,增强正常细胞代谢,进而使增生组织产生萎缩或其它退行性改变,以减轻肛门部胀力,达到止血、止痛、消除炎症和排便通畅的疗效。该仪器具有操作简便、疗效显著、安全可靠、移动灵活等优奌。是一种无痛苦、无创伤、无副作用,且治疗费用低、患者易接受的新疗法。可以治疗内痔、外痔、混合痔、肛门裂、肛窦炎、肛乳头肥大等多种肛肠疾病,并且已经在临床上取得明显效果
本发明的β粒子痔疮治疗仪,其技术方案是:采用含有β放射源的照射器对各类痔疮实施表面敷贴放疗。照射器的头部——治疗棒可插入患者肛门;治疗棒内有若干块“屏蔽瓦”,通过小电机驱动“传动轴”,以分别带动每块屏蔽瓦的“开”或“关”,从而控制照射区的范围,直至将屏蔽瓦全部打开,进行360°的全方位放疗,实施环形痔(即同一径向有多颗痔疮)的同时治疗。照射器安装在“定位器”上,定位器用于调整和确定治疗的位置。定位器可以固定在升降器上,利用摇把自由地升降照射器,以便适应采用不同治疗位置的患者进行放疗,整套装置安装在可以随意活动的移动车上。

图1为β粒子痔疮治疗仪。图中1是照射器,2是定位器,3是升降器,4是移动车,5是控制器。
图2为照射器。图中1为向位螺母,2为轴承,3为锁固环,4为源托,5为放射源,6、7为屏蔽瓦,8为传动轴,9为治疗棒,10为小电机,11为传动箱,12为定位环,13为护盖,14为窥视窗,15为照射窗。
(五)具体实施方案
下面是实施例:
本发明β粒子痔疮治疗仪由照射器(1)、定位器(2)、升降器(3)、移动车(4)和控制器(5)组成。图I为β粒子痔疮治疗仪的结构图。照射器(1)安装在定位器(2)上,定位器具有前后运动和角度调节功能,其前后运动的调整范围为300mm,角度调节功能依靠万向手柄来实现。定位器固定在升降器(3)上,利用摇把可以自由地升降定位器。治疗仪安装在移动车(4)上。移动车底部装有4个轮子,其中有两个轮子备有刹车片。移动车设有把手,整台治疗仪可用把手轻易推动,定位后只要踩下刹车片即可制动。患者治疗时可取侧卧位(背向施手术者,双膝向胸部屈曲)或取胸膝位。照射器中心最高高度为1100mm(调节范围>300mm)。
图2为照射器的结构图。它由治疗棒(9)和传动箱(11)两部分组成。治疗棒外直经为14-22mm,传动箱外直径为50-80mm。治疗棒安装在传动箱一侧。照射器上的治疗棒是用于射线治疗的关键部件。内装有放射源(5),它镶嵌在源托(4)上,并用锁固环(3)锁紧。放射源活性区由照射窗(15)保护。传动箱内安装有小电机(10),它固定在定位环(12)内侧。与电机轴相连的传动轴(8)顶端有向位螺母(1),内设的轴承(2)与传动轴连接。当小电机启动时,即能带动传动轴一起转动。传动箱的另一端装有窥视窗(14),外曲月护盖(13)保护。
在治疗棒内的放射源与照射窗之间设置有三块屏蔽瓦。在治疗患者单个痔疮时,只要将照射器插入肛门并予定位后即可开启治疗机,使小电机带动传动轴旋转120°,此时第一屏蔽瓦(6)便会自动打开,在设定好的吸收剂量限值下进行照射治疗。若患者同一径向有两颗痔疮需同时进行治疗,可再次开启治疗机,使传动轴旋转240°,打开第二屏蔽瓦(7)即可。对于患者环形痔(即同一径向有多颗痔疮)需同时治疗时,可继续开启治疗机,使传动轴旋转360°,打开第三屏蔽瓦即可。小电机(10)是否处在工作状态,可通过后压盖(14)观察。在治疗结束时,小电机会根据控制器传来的声光报警信号,使屏蔽瓦自动恢复原位,即可自动停止照射,确保了使用的安全性。
Claims (6)
1.一种β粒子痔疮治疗仪,主要由照射器、定位器、升降器、移动车和控制器组成,其中照射器安装在定位器上,定位器具有前后运动和角度调节功能,其前后运动的调整范围为300mm,定位器固定在升降器上,升降器又固定在移动车上,照射器可调范围>300mm,且其中心位置的最高高度达1100mm;照射器由治疗棒(9)和传动箱(11)两部分组成,治疗棒外直径为14-22mm,传动箱外直径为50-80mm,治疗棒安装在传动箱一侧,内装有镶嵌在源托(4)上的β放射源(5),并用锁固环(3)锁紧,放射源活性区由照射窗(15)保护,传动箱内安装有小电机(10),它固定在定位环(12)内侧,与电机轴相连的传动轴(8)顶端有向位螺母(1),内设的轴承(2)与传动轴连接,传动箱的另一端则装有窥视窗(14),外面用护盖(13)保护,治疗棒内的放射源与照射窗之间还专门设置有屏蔽瓦,其特征在于:采用β放射源和上述结构,可满足不同位置的各类痔疮和同一径向多颗痔疮的表面敷贴放疗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的β粒子痔疮治疗仪,其特征在于β放射源释发的β射线是通过照射窗射入痔疮组织的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的β粒子痔疮治疗仪,其特征在于在放射源和照射窗之间设置有3块屏蔽β射线的屏蔽瓦。
4.根据权利要求3所述的β粒子痔疮治疗仪,其特征在于各个屏蔽瓦可以根据治疗要求,分别或接连开启和关闭。
5.根据权利要求4所述的β粒子痔疮治疗仪,其特征在于使用小电机驱动传动轴以分别或接连带动各块屏蔽瓦的开启和关闭。
6.根据权利要求5所述的β粒子痔疮治疗仪,其特征在于屏蔽瓦的开启和关闭是采用自动控制方式实施操作的。
