技术领域
本发明涉及一种煤矿用远距离长深度钻孔智能化高温在线测温仪,属煤矿安全防护检测设备及方法的技术领域。
背景技术
煤矿的防火、灭火方法主要采用灌浆法和注胶法,在防火、灭火工作中,常要进行钻孔测量温度,以精确制定灭火方案、参数,也是关系到灭火工作成败的关键。
国内外煤矿火区测温法主要有直接测温法和间接测温法,直接测温法操作简单,测量的温度精确,但受到耐高温探头元件和长距离信号传输问题的限制,测量距离不超过100m,温度在70-80℃之间;间接测温法采用红外线测量法,测量距离在10m以内,且仪器必须与测物垂直;矿山火区多在几百米,甚至上千米的地下,温度有的高达上千度,现有的测量手段无法解决高温测量和长距离传输这两个难题。

发明目的
本发明的目的就是针对背景技术的不足,设计一种新的煤矿用远距离、长深度钻孔智能化高温在线测量仪,采用传感器摄取温度信息、集成电路程序控制、液晶显示报警,以解决煤矿远距离、长深度钻孔温度的测量问题,以填补同类技术的科研空白。
技术方案
本发明主要结构由:机箱、基座、提手、操纵面板、液晶显示屏、指示灯、控制开关、报警器、传感器插口、电缆插口、功能制动设置旋扭、方向设置旋扭、自检设置旋扭、温度设置旋扭、复位设置旋扭、传感器探头、防爆电缆、电缆卷筒组成;机箱1呈矩形,下部为基座2,前部为操纵面板15,机箱1内正面设有电路板16,电路板16上设置集成控制电路;在操纵面板15的左部由上至下设有液晶显示屏3、指示灯4、电源控制开关5、报警器6,在操纵面板15的右部由上至下设有功能制动设置旋扭7、方向设置旋扭8、自检设置旋扭9、温度设置旋扭10、复位设置旋扭11、传感器插口12、电缆插口13;电缆插口13、传感器插口12分别通过电缆线19与电缆卷筒18、传感器探头17联接,传感器探头17深入煤层底部测量温度信息,电缆线19为屏蔽防爆电缆。

操纵面板上的液晶显示屏、指示灯、电源控制开关、报警器并排设置;功能设置由功能制动设置旋扭、方向设置旋扭、自检设置旋扭、温度设置旋扭、复位设置旋扭组成,可根据测量情况调整。
电缆插口、传感器插口通过屏蔽电缆与电缆卷筒、传感器探头联接,传感器探头探测摄取的温度信息可即时传输给测温仪。
图2、3所示,为电路板布置及电路图,各部位置、联接关系要正确,各端子要焊接牢固。
电路为集成电路,微处理器CPU为32位单片计算机,进行程序计算、控制并发出信息指令,完成测温功能,各分电路协凋使用,组成整体电路运行。

1.一种煤矿用智能化测温仪,其特征在于:主要结构由:机箱、基座、提手、操纵面板、液晶显示屏、指示灯、控制开关、报警器、传感器插口、电缆插口、功能制动设置旋扭、方向设置旋扭、自检设置旋扭、温度设置旋扭、复位设置旋扭、传感器探头、防爆电缆、电缆卷筒组成;机箱(1)呈矩形,下部为基座(2),前部为操纵面板(15),机箱(1)内正面设有电路板(16),电路板(16)上设置集成控制电路;在操纵面板(15)的左部由上至下设有液晶显示屏(3)、指示灯(4)、电源控制开关(5)、报警器(6),在操纵面板(15)的右部由上至下设有功能制动设置旋扭(7)、方向设置旋扭(8)、自检设置旋扭(9)、温度设置旋扭(10)、复位设置旋扭(11)、传感器插口(12)、电缆插口(13);电缆插口(13)、传感器插口(12)分别通过电缆线(19)与电缆卷筒(18)、传感器探头(17)联接,传感器探头(17)深入煤层底部测量温度信息,电缆线(19)为屏蔽防爆电缆。
