本发明公开了发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机用双轴破碎刀,其包括两根平行放置的刀轴,两根刀轴上对称地固定有刀片,两根刀轴上的刀片相互错位排列,并且每根刀轴上的相邻刀片以相同方向错开一定角度排列于刀轴上。本发明适用于发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机。

技术领域
本发明涉及发泡聚苯乙烯的回收装置领域,尤其涉及到发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机上使用的破碎刀领域。
背景技术
发泡聚苯乙烯因其封闭式结构,而具有优异的缓冲性、隔热性、防水性和浮力性等特性。除了作为隔热建材、天花板材、土木材料等使用外,主要用作包装材料、食品容器等。但是因其不易老化和难以降解,造成了较为严重的白色污染。就其体积而言,空气占98%,树脂成分占2%左右,体积庞大,不便运输,这对其回收再利用造成了很大的困难。要对发泡聚苯乙烯物料进行回收利用,必须先将其破碎,传统的破碎装置大多采用单轴的破碎刀,其破碎刀的刀片一般都同角度的固定在刀轴上,此种结构导致对发泡聚苯乙烯物料的破碎不彻底,从而导致破碎后的发泡聚苯乙烯物料不能完全热熔,容易造成热熔回收机堵塞、增加机器的能耗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种可有效的将发泡聚苯乙烯物料破碎的发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机用的双轴破碎刀。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机用双轴破碎刀,两根平行放置的刀轴,两根刀轴上对称地固定有刀片,两根刀轴上的刀片相互错位排列,并且每根刀轴上的刀片按相同方向以等差角度均匀排列于刀轴上,每根刀轴上的第一片刀片和最后一片刀片成90°夹角。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用双轴破碎刀,并且每根刀轴上的相邻刀片以相同方向错开一定角度排列于刀轴上,能将发泡聚苯乙烯物料有效的破碎成较小的物块,从而方便发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机对其进行热熔,使热熔回收机不易堵塞,节约了热熔回收机的能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机用双轴破碎刀作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机用双轴破碎刀,两根平行放置的刀轴1,两根刀轴1上对称地固定有刀片2,两根刀轴1上的刀片2相互错位排列,并且每根刀轴1上的刀片2按相同方向以等差角度均匀排列于刀轴1上,每根刀轴1上的第一片刀片21和最后一片刀片22成90°夹角α。
本发明的工作原理是:如图3所示,安装于发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机内的双轴破碎刀,由于每根刀轴1上的刀片2按相同方向以等差角度均匀排列于刀轴1上,每根刀轴上的第一片刀片21和最后一片刀片22成90°夹角α,从而当双轴破碎刀在驱动电机的驱动下,异向向内啮合旋转时,形成一股往下的抓力,使物料不断的往下运动,经过刀片2的切割,进而破碎成较小的物块。
本发明的有益效果是:在发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机中使用双轴破碎刀,能将发泡聚苯乙烯物料有效的破碎成较小的物块,从而方便对发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机对其进行热熔,使热熔回收机不易堵塞,节约了热熔回收机的能耗。

1.发泡聚苯乙烯的热熔回收机用双轴破碎刀,其特征在于:两根平行放置的刀轴,两根刀轴上对称地固定有刀片,两根刀轴上的刀片相互错位排列,并且每根刀轴上的刀片按相同方向以等差角度均匀排列于刀轴上,每根刀轴上的第一片刀片和最后一片刀片成90°夹角。
