Abstract

本发明涉及热循环再生的车载淋浴房。本发明是太阳能与热泵的联袂,用于车载流动浴室,同时淋浴的人数为10-16人。为野战军、野外施工、救灾等场所提供节能的临时浴室。当然,其原理用于旅游船、陆地上的企业同样是节能的。首次热来自太阳能,启动后即可连续使用,因为热量已进入循环机制,上一轮淋浴下来的废热水,要取掉它的热量后方能去下水道,该提来的热量去加热下一轮淋浴人所需热水,如此循环不已。由于本发明安排热量的存放,即由加热水箱3和废水箱5分别存有清洁热水和废热水,第2天可以很快进入新一轮循环。

技术背景:野外工作人员所用热水,或用油烧、或用油发电后加热,都很浪费。太阳能固然好,但能流密度疏,跟不上众多人员的淋浴之需。
发明内容:本发明就是让太阳能获首次热能,淋浴开始后就用热泵将废热水中的热量回收,加热新一轮浴水,用这个原理制造的车载淋浴房,热泵启动后太阳能仅起辅助作用。第2个特点是加热水箱与贮热水箱分开,一箱专管“烧”,一箱专管用,不管是太阳能还是热循环加热,水烧到预设温度即进贮水箱,不再有温度烧得过高再用冷水掺和的“可用能”浪费,这是由温控电磁阀(7)负责做到的,温度一到就接通贮水箱,温度稍降马上关闭。第3个特点是分道电磁阀(14)一旦温度低于预设温度,(14)会变道,让冷废水去下水道,从而防止蒸发器水道结冰。第4个特点是废水箱地漏(16),都装有金属丝团用于过滤毛发。第5个特点溢水装置(12)的进水口设在箱底;弯管最高点与水箱上盖持平,出口直径大于进口直径以防止产生当虹吸现象,废热水来的多它就能把温度最低的废水溢出。第6个特点是太阳能二侧的玻璃吸热管可以撑开接受太阳能,行军时收拢,卷链门外壳收拢时起保护作用,撑开时转到反面起反射太阳光的作用。第7是浮球取水口,目的是取废水箱上层较热的水。

实施举例:进水泵9工作,水位到a停止,降到b再开启,这样水箱(2)和(3)都可以贮满,贮满水的(2)和(3)是无法通过(7)而进贮水箱(4)的,只有在(3)、(5)都有存水可供循环时(6)才可启动,将(3)加热到预设温度(譬如C点为42度),(7)才会打开,允许热水进(4),稍有降温(7)就会关闭,为了压缩机(6)不至频繁启动,当42度时打开(7)时,不关闭(6),到45度时才关闭(6),压缩机与二只循环泵(8)是连动的,都附有水流开关,断水时会将压缩机断电并报警,起保护作用。循环泵比压缩机早启动、晚关闭1分钟。废水箱d低于预设温度时(譬如5度)为防止蒸发器结冰,分道电磁阀(14)会自动排水。如果废水箱已满,为了接纳新的废热水,溢水口12会将底层冷的废水溢出。

Claims (6)

1.本发明就是让太阳能获首次热能,淋浴开始后就用热泵将废热水中的热量回收,加热新一轮浴水,用这个原理制造的车载淋浴房,其特征是加热水箱与贮热水箱分开,一箱专管“烧”,一箱专管用,不管是太阳能还是热循环加热,水烧到预设温度即进贮水箱,不再有温度烧得过高再用冷水掺和的“可用能”浪费,这是由温控电磁阀(7)负责做到的,温度一到就接通贮水箱,温度稍降马上关闭。
2.权1所述的车载淋浴房,其特征是分道电磁阀(14)一旦温度低于预设温度,(14)会变道,让冷废水去下水道,从而防止蒸发器水道结冰。
3.权1所述的车载淋浴房,其特征是废水箱地漏(16)都装有金属丝团用于过滤毛发。
4.权1所述的车载淋浴房,其特征是溢水装置(12)的进水口设在箱底;弯管最高点与水箱上盖持平,出口直径大于进口直径。
5.权1所述的车载淋浴房,其特征是太阳能二侧的玻璃吸热管可以撑开接受太阳能,行军时收拢。
6.权1所述的车载淋浴房,其特征是取水口装有浮球。
