本发明涉及微生物菌株提取装置领域,尤其是一种置于待处理污水中进行提取菌株的培养基插片,具有置于待处理污水中的框架,框架的上端连接有浮件,框架的内侧设置吸附有培养基的载体,框架为方形框体,框架的四周为不锈钢和/或塑钢组成,框架的表面积大的两侧面具有不锈钢网片和/或聚乙烯塑料网片,浮件为两头封闭的PVC塑料管,载体为开孔的三聚氰胺泡沫,培养基为至少一种厌氧培养基和至少三种好氧培养基。本发明的有益效果是,适用于各种污染水体及工业污水生物治理,通过提取的微生物菌株的培养达到净化水体的作用。

培养基插片
技术领域
本发明涉及微生物菌株提取装置领域,尤其是一种置于待处理污水中进行提取菌株的培养基插片。
背景技术
污水生物治理技术的核心是生物,任何一种高洁净环境生产的纯种微生物菌种都很难适应各种污染水体复杂的自然生态环境,如何在待处理污水中富集与提取具有针对性、目的性、效果性较强的应用微生菌株群是环保界污水生物治理待解决的光碱性难题。固定微生物技术在水处理领域被广泛的应用,固定微生物技术中菌株自身的水处理性能对最终的污水处理效果影响非常的大,但是目前菌株的筛选方法筛选出来的菌株只占菌群的很小一部分,所以对污水处理的效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述存在的缺点与不足,提供一种培养基插片,可以有效提取筛选菌株。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种培养基插片,具有置于待处理污水中的框架,框架的上端连接有浮件,框架的内侧设置吸附有培养基的载体,将选择性培养基吸附固定于载体上,将插片置于待处理污染水体中一段时间,即可形成生物膜菌株。
进一步,由于是将插片置于污水中,故而插片要耐腐蚀得,所以框架的为方形框体,框架的四周为不锈钢和/或塑钢组成,框架的表面积大的两侧面具有不锈钢网片和/或聚乙烯塑料网片。
为了提高插片的漂浮能力,便于插片的取出,浮件为两头封闭的PVC塑料管。
为了节省材料,提高培养基的附着能力,载体为开孔的三聚氰胺泡沫。
为了提高提取微生物菌株的能力,培养基为至少一种厌氧培养基和至少三种好氧培养基。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的培养基插片,适用于各种污染水体及工业污水生物治理,通过提取的微生物菌株的培养达到净化水体的作用。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的最佳实施方式的培养基插片,具有置于待处理污水中的框架1,框架1的上端连接有浮件2,框架1的内侧设置吸附有培养基的载体3,将选择性培养基吸附固定于载体3上,将插片置于待处理污染水体中一段时间,即可形成生物膜菌株。
框架1的为方形框体,框架1的四周为不锈钢和/或塑钢组成,框架1的表面积大的两侧面具有不锈钢网片和/或聚乙烯塑料网片。浮件2为两头封闭的PVC塑料管,提高了插片的漂浮能力,便于插片的取出。载体3为开孔的三聚氰胺泡沫,提高培养基的附着能力。培养基为至少一种厌氧培养基和至少三种好氧培养基,提高了提取微生物菌株的能力。
本发明实施时,先配制选择性培养基加入固定剂,然后将其吸附固定在三聚氰胺开孔的泡沫载体3上,制成四组微生物富集的培养基插片。将四组培养基插片插入待处理污染水体内,放置7~10天,此时生物膜即可形成。再将已经成膜的四组生物插片取出分别进行厌氧和好氧培养,培养时间在36~48小时之间,从而获得了四组微生物,其中微生物的种类有100~120种之多。最后将四组微生物分别扩大培养,浓缩,加入凝胶,然后按照1∶1∶1∶1进行混合,混合后吸附固定于其他载体3上,即可成为该污染水体生物治理的应用微生物菌株种群。

1.一种培养基插片,其特征是:具有置于待处理污水中的框架(1),框架(1)的上端连接有浮件(2),框架(1)的内侧设置吸附有培养基的载体(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养基插片,其特征是:所述的框架(1)为方形框体,框架(1)的四周为不锈钢和/或塑钢组成,框架(1)的表面积大的两侧面具有不锈钢网片和/或聚乙烯塑料网片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的培养基插片,其特征是:所述的浮件(2)为两头封闭的PVC塑料管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的培养基插片,其特征是:所述的载体(3)为开孔的三聚氰胺泡沫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的培养基插片,其特征是:所述的培养基为至少一种厌氧培养基和至少三种好氧培养基。
