Abstract

本发明涉及一种飞轮电池的改进技术,特别是一种高效能的双飞轮电池。它包括设于机座上的密封外机壳、转轴、轴承、与转轴相连的主电机转子、设于外机壳内表面与主电机转子相对应的主电机定子、真空嘴及电力电子变换装置,其特征在于:所述的转轴两侧各装设有一个飞轮组件,所述的每个飞轮组件由一对飞轮体和用于安装飞轮体的支撑架构成,所述的支撑架与转轴固定连接。本发明不仅能够增加飞轮的储能,而且能够提高飞轮的极限转速,从而具有储能容量大、效果佳、充电快、能耗低、功效高、使用寿命长、无污染的显著优点。

Description

双飞轮电池
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种飞轮电池的改进技术,特别是一种高效能的双飞轮电池。
(二)背景技术:
目前,人们在生产生活中使用的蓄电池种类很多,如铅酸电池、锂电池、燃料电池、超导储能电池等,其中使用最多最广的储能电池无疑是化学电池,它将电能转变为化学能储存,再转化为电能输出,与其他蓄电池一样其存在的缺点:一是储能密度小,用电时间短;二是充放电次数受到限制,故使用寿命短;三是充电时间长,使用效率低;四是造成了环境的二次污染,电池使用后需要被回收处理。
随着社会的进步和科技的发展,人们对环境保护和电池性能的要求越来越高,虽然燃料电池、超导储能电池的蓄能方式更加先进,能够符合人们的要求,但是燃料电池需要不断进行维护,其应用范围小,而超导蓄能电池的工作环境有严格的限制,故人们逐渐发展出以机械方式储能的飞轮电池。飞轮电池是世界90年代才提出的新概念电池,它突破了化学电池的局限,用物理方法实现储能的一种技术,现有的飞轮电池主要是由一个飞轮体、一个可拖动飞轮体转动的电机即电动机-发电机和电力电子变换装置构成,它的工作原理是充电时电动机带动飞轮运行,飞轮储存动能(机械能),放电时飞轮带动发电机运行,将动能转换为电能,其存在的缺点是力矩作用在轴心,起动力矩大,使得飞轮的转速受到限制,从而影响了电池的功率和储能效果。
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的是要提供一种双飞轮电池,它不仅能够增加飞轮的储能,而且能够提高飞轮的极限转速,从而具有储能容量大、效果佳、充电快、能耗低、功效高、使用寿命长、无污染的显著优点。
本发明是这样构成的,它包括设于机座上的密封外机壳、转轴、轴承、与转轴相连的主电机转子、设于外机壳内表面与主电机转子相对应的主电机定子、真空嘴及电力电子变换装置,其特征在于:所述的转轴两侧各装设有一个飞轮组件,所述的每个飞轮组件由一对飞轮体和用于安装飞轮体的支撑架构成,所述的支撑架与转轴固定连接,在所述飞轮体的外沿圆周或者内沿圆周上装设有磁极,以此构成飞轮式电机转子,在外机壳的内表面上设有与飞轮式电机转子相对应的飞轮式电机定子。
本发明在充电时,电力电子变换装置接通外接电源给主电机供电,此时主电机作为电动机使用,给转轴两侧的飞轮加速,即利用飞轮高速旋转的惯性力储存动能,完成电能到动能(机械能)的转换,在放电时,飞轮给主电机施加转矩,带动主电机旋转,此时主电机作为发电机使用,通过电力电子变换装置对外输出电能,完成动能(机械能)到电能的转换。
由于转轴两侧的飞轮设计成飞轮式电机转子,且在外机壳上设有飞轮式电机定子,故其构成飞轮式电机,它能够与主电机同时配合做功以减轻主电机启动负荷,使其缩短起动时间,提高工作效率,从而达到双飞轮电池快速储能充电的效果。又由于在飞轮体的内沿圆周或者外沿圆周上装设有磁极,在旋转时飞轮的力矩作用在圆周上,故能够提高飞轮的极限转速(每分钟可达万转以上),从而具有功效高、能耗低、储能效果佳、使用寿命长的显著优点。
本发明由于采用双飞轮的结构,故能够增加飞轮的储能,从而具有储能容量大、效果佳、充电快的优点。此外,本发明还具有结构简单、重量轻、使用方便、无污染、可反复使用的优点,它特别适用于电动汽车的高效动力源,及用于变电站、水电站和民用交通工具等储能设备上。

(五)具体实施方式:
参照图1,本发明实施例包括设于机座1上的密封外机壳2、转轴3、轴承、与转轴3相连的主电机转子4、设于外机壳2内表面与主电机转子4相对应的主电机定子5、真空嘴6及电力电子变换装置,其特征在于:所述的转轴3两侧各装设有一个飞轮组件,所述的每个飞轮组件由一对飞轮体9和用于安装飞轮体9的支撑架10构成,所述的支撑架10与转轴3固定连接。
在上述飞轮体9的外沿圆周或者内沿圆周上装设有磁极,以此构成飞轮式电机转子,在外机壳2的内表面上设有与飞轮式电机转子相对应的飞轮式电机定子11。上述的磁极为鼠笼式磁极,或永磁式磁极。
为了增加双飞轮电池的储能容量,提高储能效果,上述的转轴2两侧可装设有多个飞轮组件或飞轮式转子。
使用时,可根据需要装设有由冷却进水口7和冷却出水口8组成的冷却装置。

1.一种双飞轮电池,包括设于机座上的外机壳、转轴、轴承、与转轴相连的主电机转子、设于外机壳内表面与主电机转子相对应的主电机定子及电力电子变换装置,其特征在于:在所述的主电机转子的两侧各装设有一个飞轮组件,所述的每个飞轮组件由一对飞轮体和用于安装飞轮体的支撑架构成,所述的支撑架与转轴固定连接;在所述飞轮体的外沿圆周或内沿圆周上装设有磁极,以此构成飞轮式电机转子,在外机壳的内表面上设有与飞轮式电机转子相对应的飞轮式电机定子;所述的外机壳是设计成为带有真空嘴的密封式结构。
