2. The method of claim 1, wherein the service platform sending the short message to the called mobile terminal comprises:
the service platform adds a specific identifier to the called mobile terminal number, and sends the called mobile terminal number carrying the specific identifier to a short message center, so that the short message center sends the short message to the called mobile terminal according to the called mobile terminal number carrying the specific identifier; or
The service platform sends an address query request to a home location register, receives the mobile switching center address of the called mobile terminal from the home location register, and sends the short message to the called mobile terminal according to the mobile switching center address.

the short message center receives a called mobile terminal number carrying a specific identifier from the service platform;
and the short message center sends the short message to the called mobile terminal according to the called mobile terminal number carrying the specific identifier.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the sending the short message to the called mobile terminal by the short message center according to the called mobile terminal number carrying the specific identifier comprises:
the short message center obtains the mobile switching center address of the called mobile terminal from the home location register according to the called mobile terminal number carrying the specific identification, and sends the short message to the called mobile terminal according to the mobile switching center address.
6. A short message implementation system is characterized by comprising a service platform, a short message center and a home location register:
the service platform is used for receiving the short message containing the called mobile terminal number from the short message center and searching a short message receiving mode preset by the called user according to the called mobile terminal number;
the service platform sends the short message to a short message receiving end with the same number according to the short message receiving mode;
if the short message receiving mode is that an internet client receives the short message, the service platform sends the short message to the internet client;
if the short message receiving mode is that the called mobile terminal receives the short message, the service platform sends the short message to the called mobile terminal;
the short message center is used for receiving a short message containing a called mobile terminal number, sending a query request to the home location register according to the mobile terminal number, receiving a service platform address from the home location register, and sending the short message to the service platform according to the service platform address;
and the home location register is used for judging whether the called mobile terminal has the same number short message signing attribute, and if so, sending the service platform address to the short message center.
