Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is: the projection equipment is based on any existing mobile phone supporting video and audio file playing, and projection imaging is achieved through a light source component embedded in the LCD position of the mobile phone and an optical component externally arranged at the LCD position of the mobile phone.
The following describes the embodiments in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A mobile LCD-based projection device, comprising: the mobile phone supporting the playing of the audio and video files, the device further comprises: a light source component embedded in the LCD position of the mobile phone and an optical component externally arranged in the LCD position of the mobile phone. Wherein, the light source part is used for emitting high-brightness parallel light. The optical component is used for projecting and imaging the video and audio picture displayed on the LCD of the mobile phone; the focal length adopted for realizing projection imaging is equal to the projection distance/projection width.
The mobile phone supporting the playing of the audio/video file is any existing mobile phone capable of supporting the playing of the audio/video file, and the mobile phone internally comprises various components capable of realizing the normal mobile phone function and the audio/video file playing function. For example, the various components inside the handset may include: a bluetooth module, a power amplification module, an audio module, a microphone, a receiver interface, a speaker interface, an earphone interface, a memory, a keyboard, a system connector, a main chip, a transmitting module, a receiving module, a duplexer, a frequency synthesizing module, a power supply and charging management module, a battery, an LCD driving module, an LCD module, and the like.
Here, the light source part specifically includes: a Light Emitting Diode (LED) cold Light panel; the LED cold light plate is used for emitting high-brightness parallel strong light.
Here, the LED cold light board is optionally pre-integrated with the LCD of the handset. The thickness of the LED cold light plate needs to meet the requirement that the LED cold light plate is arranged on the back of an LCD inside the mobile phone and does not influence the basic structure of the mobile phone.
Here, the optical member specifically includes: convex lens with cassette. The distance between the convex lens and the LCD of the mobile phone is as follows: greater than one times the focal length and less than two times the focal length. Here, the requirement of more than one times the focal length and less than two times the focal length can also be understood as: convex lens with cassette, depth of cassette.
Here, the apparatus further includes: and the projection switch is used for controlling the existing LCD driving module in the mobile phone to switch between a normal use mode of the mobile phone and a projection mode of the mobile phone.
For the LCD driving module, the LCD driving module is used to drive the LED light-emitting particles on the LCD of the mobile phone to emit light in the normal use mode of the mobile phone, and display the video and audio picture displayed when the mobile phone plays the video and audio file normally on the LCD of the mobile phone. Wherein, the LED particles are used for illumination when a user uses the mobile phone in a normal use mode of the mobile phone.
The LCD drive module extinguishes LED luminous particles and drives an LED cold light plate to emit light when entering a state that the mobile phone uses a projection mode under the control of a projection switch, and simultaneously controls the LCD drive module to reversely rotate the video and audio picture displayed on the LCD of the mobile phone, and the projection of an erect image is obtained through the projection imaging of an external convex lens with a cassette.
It should be noted that: according to the projection imaging principle, a positive image with the distance between one focal length and two focal lengths of the convex lens is projected through the convex lens to obtain a projection of a reverse image; and the reverse image is projected through a convex lens to obtain the projection of the positive image. Just because the video image displayed on the LCD may be a reverse image, the LCD driving module is required to control the inversion processing of the video image displayed on the LCD of the mobile phone, so as to obtain the projection of the normal image.
In summary, the present invention mainly includes the following contents:
the invention aims to solve the technical problem that the final effect of projection imaging is achieved by relying on the structural basis of the original mobile phone and utilizing the LCD display screen of the mobile phone, an internal light source component and an external optical component.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme: the projection equipment comprises a main body part of a mobile phone, and further comprises: a light source component and an optical component. And the light source component is arranged on the back of the LCD position of the mobile phone, and the optical component is arranged outside the LCD position of the mobile phone by the LCD of the mobile phone.
The mobile phone part and the hardware aspect need to support the playing of the video and audio files; the software aspect can realize the image inversion function under the control of the LCD driving module. The light source part is a cold light luminous body capable of emitting high-brightness parallel light. The LED cold light plate capable of emitting high-brightness parallel strong light can be selected. The LCD part needs to reach a certain resolution ratio, and the screen display is fine and smooth, and the optical structure of the screen is transparent. The optical component needs to satisfy a certain focal length.
With respect to the realization of the image inversion function, with respect to the image inversion, if an erect image is required due to the principle of lenticular imaging, the projection original image displayed on the LCD must be subjected to the inversion process. In the principle of video-audio image display, due to the physiological structure of human eyes, a pause feeling is generated when 10 frames per second of images are watched, but if the number of film frames exceeds 20 frames per second, the picture is smoother. The number of frames shown for a normal motion picture print is 24 frames to ensure continuity of viewing of the film by the viewer. That is to say: a seemingly smooth audiovisual image, which in effect decomposes into 24 frames per second of continuously changing pictures. The key point is how to reverse each frame of the decomposed image display, and the continuous playing after the reverse can meet the requirement of the reversal processing of the projection original image. For image display of a frame, a mobile phone processor reads original video and audio file information, firstly, a video stream and an audio stream are analyzed, and the audio stream is decoded by an audio chip and then is played by a power amplifier and a loudspeaker; the video stream is decoded by a display module or a special display chip, then the LCD driving module drives each pixel of the LCD display screen by carrying information through the video stream, and finally, the image display is carried out; if the original video and audio signals need to be inverted, decoding is carried out through a display module or a special display chip, then a video stream is reconstructed by using a special algorithm function, the original positive image stream information is converted into inverted stream information, then each pixel of an LCD display screen is driven through an LCD driving module, and finally inverted image display is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention depends on the existing mobile phone structure, and on the basis of replacing or adding as few equipment as possible, the invention can achieve the same effect as that of the mobile phone projection function obtained by adding a professional projection module in the same type, and has great advantages in the aspects of producibility and cost performance.
The invention is illustrated below.
Fig. 1 shows a projection diagram. The projection utilizes the convex lens imaging principle, and when the object distance is larger than one focal length of the convex lens and smaller than two focal lengths, an inverted amplified real image is formed beyond the two focal lengths on the other side of the convex lens.
It should be noted here that if the projected image is an erect image, the inverse image is required to be displayed as the projection original image according to the principle of convex lens imaging.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural assembly diagram of the device of the present invention, which shows a structural assembly diagram of the mobile phone LCD-based projection device of the present invention. In fig. 2, the structure of the mobile phone LCD-based projection device is indicated with 1 to 6 in a disassembled manner, wherein a general mobile phone is indicated with 1; an LED cold light plate is indicated by 2; LCD indicated with 3; a convex lens with a cassette is indicated by 4; the projection changeover switch is indicated by 5; LED light emitting particles for general daily lighting of a mobile phone are indicated with 6.
After the mobile phone is assembled, the LED cold light plate 2 and the LCD3 are integrally assembled to form a mobile phone original, a complete mobile phone structure indicated by 7 is used, and the complete mobile phone structure 7 is matched with the detachable convex lens 4 with a cassette to form the final projection equipment 8 based on the mobile phone LCD display screen.
If the LCD3 is positioned between one focal length and less than two focal lengths, that is, when the distance between the convex lens 4 with cassette and the LCD3 is between one focal length and less than two focal lengths, the parallel light emitted from the LED cold light plate 2 illuminates the LCD3 and forms an inverted real image beyond the two focal lengths on the other side of the convex lens 4 with cassette by the convex lens imaging principle.
In order to be able to cast an erect image, three points need to be satisfied: a light source part; a convex lens; and displaying on the screen of the LCD. Firstly, for the light source component, such as the LED cold light plate 2, is integrated in the mobile phone, the size requirement is very strict, the thickness is required to meet the requirement of being installed on the back of the LCD display screen inside the mobile phone without affecting the basic structure of the mobile phone, and the LED cold light plate capable of emitting parallel strong light is preferred. Secondly, for a convex lens, the choice of the convex lens needs to satisfy a certain focal length. The focal length is given by the formula: the distance of the convex lens focal length, i.e. the width of the projection/projection, can be obtained. And from this formula: since the depth of the cassette in the convex lens 4 with the cassette is required to be between one focal length and two focal lengths, and the depth of the cassette is required to be as small and light as possible in accordance with the use requirements of the mobile phone, if the focal length of the lens is 5cm, the depth of the cassette is about 8cm, and if an image with a width of 20cm is to be projected, the projection distance, that is, the distance between the convex lens and the image is about 100cm can be obtained by using the above formula.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of main modules corresponding to the device of the present invention, and fig. 3 only illustrates the most relevant modules of the present invention, and other modules for implementing normal functions of a mobile phone are not described herein again. Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing a light source unit and a projection selector switch for projection. Fig. 3 includes: the mobile phone comprises an existing main chip, an existing LCD driving module, an existing LCD module, a newly-added LED module and a projection switch. The LCD module corresponds to the related LCD display screen from the perspective of the mobile phone structure; the LED module corresponds to the LED cold light plate mentioned before from the perspective of the mobile phone structure. Here, because the LED module and the projection switch are newly added, the mobile phone needs to realize the projection function, and therefore, the function of the LCD driving module is improved, that is: the LCD drive module extinguishes LED luminous particles and drives an LED cold light plate to emit light when entering a state that the mobile phone uses a projection mode under the control of a projection switch, and simultaneously controls the LCD drive module to reversely rotate the video and audio picture displayed on the LCD of the mobile phone, and the projection of an erect image is obtained through the projection imaging of an external convex lens with a cassette.
Therefore, the LCD driving module needs to invert the image displayed by the LCD at the same time, and the positive image can be obtained after projection, where software and hardware function addition needs to be performed on the LCD driving module. In the software part, the LCD driving module needs to be matched with a projection mode to reverse the influence, and a positive image can be obtained after imaging through a convex lens; in the hardware part, the LCD driving module needs to drive and control the projection light source illuminant and the LED light emitting particles to work, and meanwhile, receives the control of the projection switch.
The user adjusts the playing of the video file in a general use mode, namely, in a state of a normal use mode of the mobile phone, and after the projection switch is switched, the LCD driving module extinguishes the LED light-emitting particles and drives the projection light-emitting body to emit light. And simultaneously, the LCD driving module carries out inversion processing on the image, and the image is formed through an external convex lens with a cassette, so that the orthographic projection is finally obtained.
A projection method based on mobile phone LCD, the method includes: after the light source component emits high-brightness parallel light, projecting and imaging the video and audio picture displayed on the LCD of the mobile phone through the optical component; wherein, the focal length adopted for realizing the projection imaging is equal to the projection distance/the projection width.
Here, when projection imaging is realized, the object distance between the video picture and the convex lens in the optical component is as follows: greater than one times the focal length and less than two times the focal length.
Here, the method further includes: under the control of the projection switch, the LCD driving module in the mobile phone is switched between the normal use mode of the mobile phone and the projection mode of the mobile phone.
Here, when the mobile phone is in a normal use mode, the LCD driving module drives the LED light-emitting particles on the LCD of the mobile phone to emit light, and displays the video picture on the LCD of the mobile phone.
When the LCD driving module enters a mobile phone to use a projection mode under the control of the projection switch, the LCD driving module extinguishes LED luminous particles and drives an LED cold light plate to emit light, and simultaneously controls the audio-video picture to be reversed and imaged through the convex lens projection with the cassette, so that the projection of an erect image is obtained.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
