Abstract

本发明涉及一种电池盖结构,其应用于便携式电子装置上,该电池盖结构包括一电池盖和一本体;该电池盖上设有一铰接部,该本体上设有一容置电池的安装槽,邻接该安装槽具有一安装部,该铰接部可转动地安装在安装部内并可拆分地安装在本体上;该铰接部可拆分且可转动地固定在安装部上。该电池盖相对本体可转动,更换电池无需将二者相分离防止丢失;该铰接部可方便地从安装部中取出,便于电池盖与本体拆分。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖结构,特别涉及一种适用于便携式电子装置的电池盖结构。
背景技术
目前,个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动电话等便携式电子装置多采用电池作为其能量来源,现有的便携式电子装置电池多为可拆式电池,并容置于便携式电子装置中,其上设置与便携式电子装置本体插接的盖体,当需更换电池时可打开盖体取出电池。
常见的便携式电子装置所用的盖体一般仅通过固定机构插接及卡固在便携式电子装置本体上,而盖体与便携式电子装置本体间无连接。当更换电池时需要将盖体整体拆卸,此时盖体与便携式电子装置本体完全分离,易导致与便携式电子装置本体分离的盖体遗失。
为解决上述问题,可将电池盖结构装设于便携式电子装置的壳体上,该电池盖结构包括一盖体、一铰链结构及一限位机构;盖体通过铰链结构可开合地装设于所述壳体上;限位机构限制所述盖体开合过程中的活动范围,并防止盖体与所述壳体分离。该电池盖结构,使用了限位机构,结构较复杂,且其与便携式电子装置的壳体固接,将盖体与本体上拆分较困难。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种电池盖与便携式电子装置本体相可转动相连接、易于拆分的电池盖结构。
一种电池盖结构,其用于便携式电子装置上,该电池盖结构包括一电池盖和一本体,该本体上设有一铰接部,该电池盖上设有一容置电池的安装槽;该安装槽包括一第一侧壁,该第一侧壁上设有一与铰接部对应配合的安装部,该铰接部可拆分且可转动地安装在安装部上。
与现有技术相比,该电池盖相对本体可转动,更换电池无需将二者相分离防止丢失;该铰接部可方便地从安装部中取出,便于电池电池盖与本体拆分。

具体实施方式
本发明的电池盖结构适用于移动电话及个人数字助理等便携式电子装置上,以下以其安装在移动电话上为例说明本发明的较佳实施例。
请参阅图1至图2,本发明的较佳实施例为一种电池盖结构,其包括一电池盖10及一本体30。该电池盖10包括一盖身101,该盖身101的三边上依次设有彼此连接的一第一侧板102、一第二侧板104及一第三侧板106。该第二侧板104的两端分别与第一侧板102及第三侧板106连接,从而使该电池盖10形成一三面封闭一面敞开的结构。该盖身101的敞开端上设有一铰接部11,该铰接部11包括两个铰接块111,该铰接块111的两侧间隔地凸设于电池盖10的敞开端的内表面上。请结合参阅图3,该铰接块111设有两延伸块1111,每一延伸块1111由铰接块111一端向外延伸形成。该每一延伸块1111大致为一长方体,其包括两相对的弧形面及两相对的平面。该第一侧板102及第三侧板106上的内侧顶部分别间隔设置两卡块1021、1061,每一卡块1021、1061大致为长方体。该第二侧板104间隔设有两凸块1041。
该本体30内装设有电路板(图未示)等移动电话组件。该本体30上开有一安装槽301,该安装槽301用于容置电池。该安装槽301为一大致长方形槽,其具有一第一侧壁302、一第二侧壁304、一第三侧壁306及一第四侧壁308。该第一侧壁302、第二侧壁302、第三侧壁306及第四侧壁308依次首尾相接。
该第一侧壁302上设有一安装部31,该安装部31设有与二铰接块111相对应配合的二容置槽311。请结合参阅图4,该容置槽311为一阶梯槽,其包括一第一槽3111及一第二槽3113。该第一槽3111的一端两侧分别相向设有一挡块3112,另一端与第二凹槽3113相连通。该第二槽3113的两侧顶部相向设有两挡板3114。该每一挡板3114与其同侧的挡块3112之间形成一装配槽3115。该装配槽3115用于安装铰接块111。该铰接块111置于装配槽3115后,可滑入挡板3114下的第二槽3113的空腔内。
该第二侧壁304的外侧间隔设置与第一侧板102上的卡块1021对应配合的两卡槽3041,每一卡槽3041包括一导向槽3042及一滑槽3044,该导向槽3042的一端与滑槽3044相贯通,每一卡槽3041呈L型。该第三侧壁306的外侧间隔设置与第二侧板104上的凸块1041相对应配合的两卡口3061,每一卡口3061大致呈长方形。该第四侧壁308的结构与第二侧壁304大致相似,其外侧间隔开有与第三侧板103上的卡块1061相对应配合两卡槽3081。
请结合参阅图5及图6,装配时,先使电池盖10与本体30大致垂直,将铰接块111上的延伸块1111置入安装部31上容置槽311的装配槽3115上。装入电池50,转动电池盖10,至其与本体30相扣合;使卡块1021置入第二侧壁304上卡槽3041的导向槽3042,相应地,该卡块1061与卡槽3081配合。再向安装部31方向推动电池盖10,使卡块1021在卡槽3041的滑槽3044上滑动,该凸块1041卡合于卡口3061,该卡块1061容置于卡槽3081,从而完成装配。由于该卡块1021与卡槽3041配合,凸块1041与卡口3061配合,卡块1061与卡槽3081配合,从而该电池盖10与本体30的配合可靠。
请结合参阅图7及图8,背向安装部31的方向推动电池盖10,该卡块1021在滑槽3044上滑动至导向槽3042,该凸块1041与卡口3061相脱离,该卡块1061在卡槽3081相应滑动。转动电池盖10,使其与本体30的角度小于90度,将电池盖10置入第二槽3113,该铰接块111抵持于安装部31上的第二槽3113的底壁,该电池盖10一侧抵持于挡块3112,另一侧抵持于挡板3114,在本体30的重力作用下,该移动电话可站立于桌面。由于该延伸块1111由两相对的弧形面及两相对的平面组成,故其在第二槽3113内可相对本体30转动,且其在转动角度小于90度的过程中不会从本体30上脱落。转动电池盖10,露出本体30上的安装槽301,可更换电池50。当转动电池盖10使其与本体30的夹角为90度时,该延伸块1111的长方体的短边与装配槽3115相配合,该电池盖10可从本体30上取出。从而,实现电池盖10与本体30相分离,以便清洗安装部31上容置槽311的积尘或脏污。
可以理解,本发明电池盖10上的的卡块1021、1061及凸块1041均不限于两个,可为一个或多个;相应地,本发明本体30上卡槽3041、3081及卡口3061相应变化。
可以理解,本发明电池盖10上的卡块1021、1061与本体30上的卡槽3041、3081可部分或全部对换,同样的凸块1041与卡口3061也可对换。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种电池盖结构,其应用于便携式电子装置上,该电池盖结构包括一电池盖和一本体,其特征在于:该电池盖上设有一铰接部,该本体上设有一容置电池的安装槽,邻接该安装槽设有一安装部,该铰接部可转动地安装在安装部内并可拆分地固定在本体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该铰接部包括至少一凸设于电池盖的铰接块;该铰接块的两端分别向外延伸形成一延伸块,该安装部包括至少一容置槽,该容置槽包括一第一槽及一与第一槽相邻设置的第二槽;该第一槽的一端两侧分别相向设有一挡块,该第二槽的顶部向内凸设有两挡板;每一挡板与其同侧的挡块之间形成一安装延伸块的装配槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该第二槽具有一底壁;在电池盖与本体夹角小于90度的范围内,该铰接块抵持于第二槽所在的底壁上,每一延伸块抵持于第二槽的挡板上,该电池盖结构支撑便携式电子装置站立。
4.如权利要求2所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:每一延伸块包括两相对的弧形面及两相对的平面。
5.如权利要求2所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该电池盖包括一第一侧板、一第二侧板及一第三侧板,该第一侧板上及第三侧板上设置有至少一个卡块,该第二侧板上设有至少一凸块;该本体包括一第二侧壁、一第三侧壁及一第四侧壁,该第二侧壁及第四侧壁上设有与该卡块对应的卡槽,该第三侧壁上设有与凸块对应的卡口。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该每一卡槽呈L型,其包括一导向槽及一滑槽,该导向槽的一端与滑槽相贯通,该滑槽的槽宽与卡块的尺寸相当。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该电池盖的第一侧板、第二侧板及第三侧板围成一三面封闭一面敞开的结构,该铰接部凸设于该敞开端的内表面上。
8.如权利要求3所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该电池盖包括一第一侧板、一第二侧板及一第三侧板,该第一侧板上及第三侧板上设置有至少一个卡槽,该第二侧板上设有至少一卡块口;该本体包括一第二侧壁、一第三侧壁及一第四侧壁,该第二侧壁及第四侧壁上设有与该卡槽对应的卡块,该第三侧壁上设有与卡口对应的凸块。
9.如权利要求8所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该每一卡槽呈L型,其包括一导向槽及一滑槽,该导向槽的一端与滑槽相贯通,该滑槽的槽宽与卡块的尺寸相当。
10.如权利要求9所述的电池盖结构,其特征在于:该电池盖的第一侧板、第二侧板及第三侧板围成一三面封闭一面敞开的盖状体,该铰接部设于该敞开端的内表面上。
