本发明涉及各种枪炮消除后坐力装置,包括分别设置于枪管底端两侧的进气孔和前坐气缸,所述前坐气缸的内腔为封闭气压室,所述封闭气压室通过所述进气孔与枪管管腔相通,所述弹头底端插在弹壳颈部,弹头下端设有环型齿轮牙,环型齿轮牙的高度占弹头下端插入部分的2/3,齿轮牙上段插入弹壳部分的高度占1/3。所述枪管底端两侧的封闭气压室的底面积之和小于相应弹壳底部面积的5%。本发明通过火药气体在两个前坐气缸内产生反冲力来抵消发射产生的后坐力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种枪炮上的装置,具体涉及各种枪炮消除后坐力装置,在枪响或炮响瞬间可减小后坐力产生的部件。
背景技术
随着我国国防工业的建设,我国军队武器装备,不断更新换代,特别是枪炮制造,有着较大的改进,大大提高了军队作战能力,为保卫国防,发挥着强大的威力,但现有的枪炮在发射时所产生的后坐力仍然很大,不能满足我国军队作战的需要,有待进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供各种枪炮消除后坐力装置,其在枪或炮发射时可基本消除后坐力。
本发明实现其目的所采取的技术方案:各种枪炮消除后坐力装置,包括弹头、弹壳和分别设置于枪管底端两侧的进气孔和前坐气缸,所述前坐气缸的内腔为封闭气压室,所述封闭气压室通过所述进气孔与枪管管腔相通;所述枪管底端两侧的封闭气压室的底部面积小于相应弹壳底部面积的5%。
前坐气缸上端连接枪管,下端连接枪膛壁。常规的子弹由弹头和装有火药的弹壳组成,弹头下端设环型齿轮牙。弹头下端插在弹壳颈部位置。环型齿轮牙的高度占弹头下端插入部分的2/3,齿轮牙上段插入弹壳部分的高度占1/3。
本发明的有益效果:通过火药气体在两个前坐气缸内产生反冲力来抵消发射产生的后坐力。由于枪炮管底端两侧设进气孔,该孔连通封闭气压室,当枪响瞬间,子弹在火药的冲力下瞬间顺着枪管前冲,当弹头底部脱离弹壳1/3时,弹壳内的火药气体瞬间从环型齿轮牙2/3处的缝间提前挤出,强压入进气孔和封闭气压室,使两侧的气压室和弹壳底部强压相同,因此抵消单一面的冲力,保持强压平衡度,不再发生后坐力。

具体实施方案
参见图1,弹头2,设在枪管1内;枪管底端两侧各设一个进气孔5和前坐气缸3;前坐气缸内腔为封闭气压室4,进气孔连通封闭气压室。封闭气压缸上端连接枪管,下端连接枪膛壁8;弹头2底端插在弹壳9颈部,弹头下端设有环型齿轮牙7,其上为齿轮牙上段6。弹头下端插在弹壳颈部位置。环型齿轮牙的高度占弹头下端插入弹壳部分的2/3,齿轮牙上段占弹头下端插入弹壳部分的1/3。进气孔5为火药气体通向封闭气压室的通道。两个封闭气压室的底面积之和小于枪壳底部面积的5%。
当枪响瞬间,弹头在火药的猛冲下,从枪管内向外冲,当弹头底部1/3处的齿轮牙上段脱离弹壳瞬间,其弹壳内强大的火药冲力通过环型齿轮牙凹处,迅速强压入进气孔和封闭气压室,使两气压室的强压与枪内弹壳底端的强压持平,而相互抵消,因此在枪响瞬间不再发生后坐力,同时也不影响原有射程。本发明适用于各种中径的枪炮。

Claims (2)

1.各种枪炮消除后坐力装置,其特征在于:包括弹头、弹壳和分别设置于枪管底端两侧的进气孔和前坐气缸,所述前坐气缸的内腔为封闭气压室,所述封闭气压室通过所述进气孔与枪管管腔相通,所述前坐气缸上端连接枪管,下端连接枪膛壁;所述弹头底端插在弹壳颈部,弹头下端设有环型齿轮牙,环型齿轮牙的高度占弹头下端插入部分的2/3,齿轮牙上段插入弹壳部分的高度占1/3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的各种枪炮消除后坐力装置,其特征在于:所述枪管底端两侧的封闭气压室的底面积之和小于相应弹壳底部的面积5%。
