Abstract

本发明属于避孕用品技术领域，具体为一种避孕套用高润滑性复配硅油。该复配硅油由一种高粘度硅油和一种低黏度硅油按一定的质量比例复配组成，三者满足如下基本关系式：(X1+X2)lgn＝X1lgn1+X2lgn2，其中，n1、n2、n3分别为三种硅油的黏度，(X1+X2)、X1、X2分别是三种硅油的质量。本发明提出的复配硅油较单一黏度硅油的润滑性能有较大改善，可以经久不干涩。使用这种复合硅油的安全套适合于广大妇女避孕使用，尤其适合于年轻女性由于生育期、哺乳期，情绪紧张，剧烈运动引起的阴道干燥者使用。

技术领域
本发明属于避孕用品技术领域，具体涉及一种避孕套用润滑油。
背景技术
目前，避孕套(亦称安全套)用的润滑油大都是二甲基硅油(简称硅油，下同)。其黏度一般在5到1000mm2/s范围，并且，使用的都是单一黏度的二甲基硅油。这种润滑油涂在橡胶安全套的外面，性交时能起到润滑阴道的作用。但是，这种润滑油油腻易干，润滑效果不理想，容易引起性交疼痛。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提一种润滑效果好的安全套润滑油。
经研究发现，一种高黏度硅油和一种低黏度的硅油按一定量复配混合后，得到一种具有适合黏度的复合硅油。该复合硅油的黏度在原来的两种硅油的黏度之间。并且，与同样黏度的单一组成的硅油相比，其润滑性能有很大提高。据此，本发明提出了安全套用润滑油，它是一种复合的二甲基硅油。即根据安全套用润滑油的黏度要求(称为目标黏度)，采用一种高黏度的硅油和一种低黏度的硅油按一定的质量进行复配组成。这里，所谓的高黏度硅油是指黏度高于润滑油目标黏度且低于1000万m m2/s(黏度单位)的硅油。低黏度硅油是指黏度低于润滑油目标黏度且高于0.65m m2/s硅油。润滑油的目标黏度记为n，高黏度硅油的黏度记为n1，低黏度硅油的黏度记为n2，满足如下基本关系式：
(X1+X2)lgn＝X1lgn1+X21gn2             (1)
其中，X1为高黏度硅油的质量，X2为低黏度硅油的质量。0.65≤n2＜n＜n1＜1000万。Lg为对数符号。
本发明中，根据安全套润滑油的要求，目标黏度n一般为5-1000m m2/s之间，优选5-500m m2/s。
本发明中，两种复配硅油的黏度与目标黏度差比较大些为好。例如：0.65≤n2＜n-100，n+1000＜n1≤1000万，优选n+5000≤n1≤300万。
本发明中，当需要的目标黏度n确定后，选择合适的复配硅油的黏度n1和n2，就能根据关系式(1)求出两种复配硅油的质量关系。由于在测量和计量时的误差，关系式(1)中的参数允许有一定的误差，其误差允许范围为计算值的±5％。
本发明中的复合硅油用作安全套中的润滑油，其润滑性能优于同样黏度的单一黏度硅油，其外观清澈透明，润滑性能持久，可经久不干涩。使用这种复合硅油的安全套适合于广大妇女避孕使用，尤其适合于年轻女性由于生育期、哺乳期，情绪紧张，剧烈运动引起的阴道干燥者使用，更适合于各年龄段患阴道干燥症人群，如更年期或更年期过后的中老年女性使用。
具体实施方式
根据安全套使用的要求，确定需要的润滑油黏度n(目标黏度)，初步选定两种复配的硅油的黏度n1和n2，然后确定两种复配硅油的质量。
例1：确定的目标黏度为n＝1000m m2/s，目标润滑油的质量为10kg，即X1+X2＝10kg，低黏度硅油的黏度为n2＝0.65m m2/s，则高黏度硅油的黏度n1和质量X1，X2关系列表如下：

测试例1
根据本发明的复配方法，确定的目标润滑油黏度n＝500m m2/s，选用n1＝1000万m m2/s的高黏度硅油和n2＝5m m2/s的低黏度硅油进行复配，测得其中电压数据为783毫伏。目前市场上销售的美国道康宁、德国瓦克、日本信越等公司的同样黏度为500m m2/s的单一硅油，测得的电压数据如下：
道康宁：1100毫伏
瓦克：1120毫伏
信越：1133毫伏
测试例2
根据本发明复配方法确定目标润滑油黏度n＝350m m2/s，选用n1＝900万m m2/s高黏度硅油和n2＝5mm2/s的低黏度硅油进行复配，测得其电压数据为806毫伏，目前市场上销上述品牌的黏度同样为350m m2/s的单一硅油，测得其电压数据如下：
道康宁：915毫伏
瓦克：920毫伏
信越：925毫伏
这里，毫伏数越大，表示磨擦力越大，润滑效果越差。(测量摩擦力要用传感器来测量，传感器输出的信号是电压信号，电压高低和摩擦力成正比。我们测量得到的数据就是电压信号。那么这些电压究竟代表多少力呢？这要通过标定来确定。如何标定？可以通过加上一个已知力得到一个电压量，从而确定电压与力的比例关系。用这一比例就可确定我们测量得到的电压量究竟代表多少力。这些力再除以正压力，就得到摩擦力系数)测试结果表明，本发明复配的润滑油的润滑效果明显优于同样黏度单一硅油。

Claims (3)

1.一种避孕套用高润滑性复配硅油，其特征在于根据避孕套用润滑油的黏度要求，采用一种高黏度的硅油和一种低黏度的硅油进行复配而组成，这里，称避孕套用润滑油的要求黏度为目标黏度，所谓高黏度硅油是指黏度高于目标黏度且低于1000万m m2/s的硅油，低黏度硅油是指黏度低于目标黏度且高于0.65m m2/s的硅油；记目标黏度为n，高黏度硅油的黏度为n1，低黏度硅油的黏度为n2，三者满足如下基本关系：
(X1+X2)lgn＝X1lgn1+X2lgn2
其中X1表示高黏度硅油的质量，X2表示低黏度硅油的质量，0.65≤n2＜n＜n1＜1000万，5≤n≤1000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的避孕套用高润滑性复配硅油，其特征在于：5≤n≤500。
3.根据权利要求1所述的避孕套用高润滑性复配硅油，其特征在于：0.65≤n2＜n-100，n+1000＜n1＜1000万。
